Yes, China Eastern Airlines allows passengers to bring power banks in their carry-on luggage, not in checked luggage due to safety regulations. However, the power bank capacity must not exceed 160Wh. For power banks with a capacity between 100Wh and 160Wh, you can carry up to two and they must be for personal use only. Charging devices with a power bank during the flight is not allowed. Also, the airline requires the power bank to be turned off for the duration of the flight.
