How Do I Transfer Money from My BitMart Account?

BitMart is a global digital asset platform that provides trading, investment, and other financial services. BitMart has added the ability to transfer money from your BitMart account to external bank accounts to serve our users better. This guide will show you how to do just that.

How to Transfer Money Through the PC

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your BitMart account and navigate to the "Funds" page.

  2. Click on the "Assets" from the "Your Homepage" section.

  3. Under the "Spot" section, enter the coin you want to withdraw.

  4. Click on "Search."

  5. Then tap "Withdraw."

  6. Choose "Manage Address."

  7. Type in your email address and amount.

The time it takes for the withdrawal to be processed and completed will vary depending on the cryptocurrency you are withdrawing and the blockchain network conditions. Generally, it should take no more than 24 hours for your withdrawal to be processed and completed. Call customer support when a problem arises.

How Much Does BitMart Charge?

BitMart does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, when withdrawing cryptocurrencies, the blockchain will charge a small network fee. The network fee is used to pay miners so that they can include your transaction in the next block. The network fee is paid by the sender and is not refundable.

How To Withdraw From Your BitMart Account Using the App

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the BitMart App.

  2. Click on the "Assets" tab from the bottom menu.

  3. Select the coin you want to withdraw and click "Withdraw."

  4. Enter your email address and withdrawal amount.

How Safe Are the Transfers?

BitMart takes security seriously. We have implemented multiple layers of security to protect our users' accounts and digital assets. When you make a withdrawal from your BitMart account, we require you to verify your identity through email or SMS verification. We also use industry-leading security practices such as SSL encryption and cold storage to keep your account and digital assets safe. Engage the customer support team when you experience specific issues.

Best Tips When Doing the Transfers

We recommend that you only withdraw the amount of cryptocurrency you need and keep the rest of your cryptocurrency in your BitMart account. This is because withdrawals are irreversible, and once the coins have been sent to an external wallet, we will not be able to recover them for you.

Make sure to double-check the receiving address before you confirm the withdrawal. Once a withdrawal has been confirmed, it's irreversible.

Suppose you are withdrawing a large amount of cryptocurrency. In that case, It's recommended that you spread out your withdrawals over a few days to minimize the risk of your transaction being flagged by the network. Whenever you have any problems with your withdrawal, contact the customer support team for assistance.

Can You Transfer Money From BitMart to Your Bank Directly?

BitMart cannot transfer money directly from our platform to your bank account. Banks are not currently accepting cryptocurrency as a form of payment. However, you can sell your cryptocurrency on BitMart for fiat currency and then withdraw the fiat currency to your bank account.

However, you can use a deposit address to transfer money to your BitMart account from an external wallet. Log into your BitMart account and navigate to the Funds page to create a deposit address. Click on the Deposit section and select the coin you want to deposit. Copy the deposit address and paste it into the external wallet you will be sending the funds. Once the transaction is confirmed, the funds should appear in your BitMart account.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for BitMart Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
