If you can't log back into BitMart because you have forgotten your password, go to the sign-in page to reset it. Below are the steps to reset your password:
1. Visit BitMart's sign-in page and hit Forgot Password.
2. Enter your mobile number or email address. This is the login ID you used when you first registered with BitMart.
3. You will be asked to complete the puzzle to continue. A Verification Succeeded pop-up will appear, and then an email code box. Hit Send to get the email code.
4. Log in to your email and look for the email with the subject "BitMart Reset Login Password."
5. Copy the verification code and type it in the email code box.
6. If you didn't get the email code, feel free to resend another one.
7. Type the code and set a new password and confirm it.
8. Hit Submit.
You can start using the platform again after resetting your password. With BitMart, you have access to one-stop services, including futures and Spot. All registered users can take advantage of the platform's innovative asset management features.
Below are the steps to check your funds:
1. Go to the BitMart website and log in to your account.
2. Hover to the upper right corner and hit Assets.
3. You'll then see three sections on the assets page: Spot, Futures and Buy & Sell.
Spot: You'll find all assets on the BitMart Spot here. Users can check for the amount and the total value for each token. They can also trade, withdraw or deposit funds.
Futures: Users can check their USDT assets for trading here.
Buy & Sell: You'll find all the assets available on the Fiat Channels here. Users can check for the available amount and the total value for each token. They can also buy, sell or transfer a specific token.
Follow the steps below if you want to transfer Spot funds to futures or futures to Spot:
1. Click Futures and hit Transfer.
2. A pop-up window appears. Use the blue button for switching from Futures to Spot or Spot to Futures. Type in the amount in the orange box and then hit Transfer.
3. Wait for a few seconds to see the transferred amount.
If you bought tokens from Simplex or MoonPay, you'll see them in the Buy & Sell section. To trade on BitMart, you'll need to transfer your Buy & Sell funds to Spot. Below are the steps you'll need to take:
1. Click Buy & Sell and hit Transfer.
2. Choose the token you want to transfer in the pop-up window. Note that you can switch from Buy & Sell to Spot and Spot to Buy & Sell in the orange frame. Then type the amount you want to transfer.
3. It's the same process for transferring funds from Spot to Buy & Sell. Select the token and type in the amount you want to transfer.
