What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Bergdorf Goodman allows you to return eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns on swimwear, intimate apparel, and skincare products are accepted only if they are unopened and unused. Please note that all returns must be made in-person at our store or shipped back to us using our provided prepaid return label. If returning by mail, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Keep in mind that final sale items, such as jewelry and customized or personalized merchandise, are non-refundable.
