Hello, I recently purchased a jacket and received the incorrect one. I ordered the Blanc Noir Sleeper Draper Jacket. I believe there may be two jackets with the same name causing confusion. I have already contacted a representative several times and they have shipped me a replacement five times. I would like to share my disappointment with the service I received. This will be my first and last purchase from your official website. I ordered a lipstick online, and upon receiving it, I noticed the box was damaged. Despite thinking it was just the packaging, upon opening the lipstick, I discovered signs of prior use.
The lipstick appeared far from new, with noticeable scratches on the product and the print almost entirely worn off. Such a condition is unacceptable for a new item. I paid the full price but obtained a used product. Shouldn't these items be inspected before shipment? I attempted to contact customer service via email but received no response. I waited nearly thirty minutes for a live chat representative who instructed me to return the item.
Am I expected to invest my time and effort to return a product that was received in such poor condition due to your oversight? This has been an incredibly unpleasant experience.

Hello, I am Gabriela Sanchez from Costa Rica.
On May 11, I purchased two pairs of shoes, including a pair of Golden Goose sneakers from the shoe department store. Unfortunately, after less than 20 days, I noticed that one of the sneakers had damage on the exterior part of the sole.
The two pairs I bought were a Manolo and a Golden Goose special edition. I didn't try them on in the store, and only noticed the issue with the Golden Goose sneakers when I returned home to Costa Rica.
I made the purchase using two credit cards - an American Express and a Mastercard. I am requesting a refund of the total amount charged to both credit cards. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
