How Do I Reset My Ally Invest Password?
Log in to your Ally Invest account and select Forgot Password under the Help option to reset your password. You will receive a prompt to enter your email address. Once you have entered your email address, click on Reset Password. Log into your account again and click on Profile in the upper right corner of the screen. Scroll down until you see the Change Password link and follow the directions to update your password.
If you have forgotten your login details, you can reset your Ally Invest password. Follow these steps to reset it.
1. Type in Your Username and Password
You'll need to access the account settings page to reset your password. Select the Reset Password option and type in your username and password when you get the prompt. The system will ask you to confirm that you want to change your password before initiating this process.
2. Click Sign In
Next, click Sign In at the top of your Ally Invest page. This will take you to a login page. You'll see a box asking for your username and password, so enter them into those fields and click Submit.
3. Click the Forgot Your Password

4. Enter an Email Address
- Enter the email address you want to use to reset your password and click Next.
- The next step is to enter the code you've received by email.
5. Reset Your Password
Within a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see this email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder and contact Ally Invest customer support. Select Reset from the dropdown menu under Password Reset at the top of the page, enter your email address in the field provided and click Reset Password.
6. Enter Your New Password
Return to the Ally Invest Login page and enter your new password. You must also click Sign In once you have entered it.
7. To Change Password
Confirm your new password by clicking Submit. Once you have reset your password, click Sign In at the top of the page to continue using the site.
