We appreciate your interest in updating your email details. For security reasons, we can't handle email changes through this platform. Log in to your Aeroplan account, navigate to 'Profile' and click on 'Contact Information'. Here, you can update your email address. After making the changes, remember to save them to ensure they are properly updated.

If you can't sign in to your Aeroplan account because of an email change, you'll need to reach out to Aeroplan's member services directly to update your login information. They can assist you in updating your account with the current email address, allowing you to regain access to your account. Do remember to have important information like your Aeroplan number and personal identification handy to verify your identity to the customer service representative.

To change the name on your Aeroplan card due to a change as reflected on your passport, you'll need to reach out to Aeroplan directly. We, unfortunately, are not able to assist with that process. They will require appropriate proofs for the changes needed. This is to protect member's profits and to ensure security. For example, generally, if your name has changed due to marriage, you will need to provide your marriage certificate. Specifics may vary, so please reach out directly to Aeroplan's customer service to facilitate this change.

To change your email address on your Aeroplan account, start by logging into your online profile. Once there, navigate to the "Profile" tab, and find the "Email Address" section. There, you can edit the email address associated with your account. Always remember to click 'Save Changes' once you've entered your new email to make sure that your preferences are updated correctly. Please note that you will continue to receive emails at your old email address until the changes have been saved and confirmed.

To update your last name on your Aeroplan account, you'll need to submit a request through the Aeroplan website's Contact Us page. You will be asked to provide documentation for the name change, such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree or legal name change document. Please note, the name on your Aeroplan account must match the name on your passport or other government-issued ID to ensure seamless travel and accurate tracking of your miles.
