How Do I Get a New Aeroplan Card?
You can earn points and rewards with an Air Canada Aeroplan card. To get an Aeroplan card, go to the sign-up page on the company's website and fill out all the information. Contact customer support if you can't sign into your account or have other issues with the Aeroplan program.
Air Canada Aeroplan has 5 million members and is the largest frequent flyer program in Canada. With an Aeroplan card, you get to earn points and use them for flight rewards, vacation packages, hotel stays, car rentals, gift cards, travel experiences, and other extras. Members can also transfer, gift, and donate their points.
How Do I Get an Aeroplan Card?
If you don't have an Aeroplan card yet, you'll need to sign up first to join the program.
Steps to sign up for Aeroplan:
- Go to the Air Canada website
- Fill out the account information page with a valid email address and create a password
- Check the "I have read and accepted Aeroplan's Terms and Conditions" box
- Fill out the Personal and Contact Information page
- Follow the instructions provided on the website
The Aeroplan program is only administered online. Membership is free, but you can only enroll in the program once. All forms of communication will be by email only.
What if I Already Have an Aeroplan Number?
If you haven't registered your account yet, you'll need to complete your enrollment online to enjoy all the features of your Aeroplan card. Keep in mind that you'll need to create a new account if you haven't used your Aeroplan in over five years, since the company cancels accounts after that time.
How to complete your registration:
- Go to the Air Canada website
- Enter your Aeroplan number
- Check "I have read and accepted Aeroplan's Terms and Conditions" box
- Click Continue
- Follow the instructions on the Complete Your Enrollment page
What if I Forgot My Aeroplan Number?
Whether you have misplaced or forgotten your Aeroplan number, you can retrieve it by entering the personal details associated with your account.
- Make sure that the information you provide matches the information you provided to Air Canada. Fill out your first and last name, birth date, postal code, and phone number
- Don't forget to check "I'm not a robot," then click Submit
- Follow the instructions on how to retrieve your Aeroplan number
- Go back to the Complete Your Enrollment page and enter your Aeroplan number, and click Continue
