How Do You Change a Flight with Aeroplan?

Aeroplan provides flexible options to customers who need to make cancellations or changes to their bookings or flight plans. Patrons are allowed to make changes up to two hours before or after their flight. However, Diamond members receive a twenty-five dollar discount and are only charged seventy-five dollars for booking changes. Conversely, patrons who cancel a flight within a 24-hour time frame receive a full refund without any additional fees being accessed.

The Time frame

If you determine that you need to make a change to your flight plans you can do so up until two hours before a flight. Aeroplan also allows you to make changes to your flight plan after you have already departed as long as the changes are made two hours before the next flight. Simply call customer service to make changes to your flight plan. You can also cancel everyone in your party's booking or just specific members. Furthermore, if changes are made within 24-Hours, Aeroplan will issue you a full refund without any penalties or fees.

What Does it Cost?

Aeroplan charges one hundred dollars each way to make changes to your travel plans. However, Diamond Plan members pay a discounted rate of seventy-five dollars. You can also cancel your current flight without being charged a fee. However, if you request a refund, there is a non-refundable refund fee. However,m you can be reimbursed airport fees and your miles can be reinstated.
