Generally speaking, Universal Studios tickets are nonrefundable. However, if you cancel a vacation package up to twenty four hours before you're scheduled to arrive, you can receive a full refund, including a ticket refund. If you're not canceling the entire package and just want to cancel your tickets and receive a full refund, you might consider simply saving them for later use. Unused tickets don't expire unless otherwise noted. However, it's best to speak with your travel agent, if applicable, or Universal Studios, and explain your reasons for wanting a refund. Although they have a no refund policy, you may be able to come up with a resolution.
