I purchased shoes from eBay, and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]47. The tracking information shows that the shipment was refused at my address, but in reality, no one refused it; it was delivered somewhere else. The seller's listed return address is incorrect as they no longer reside there. The shipment is now in limbo with no destination. I have reached out to eBay for a refund, but they are insisting that I retrieve the package from the shipping carrier, which I find unjust.

I've been attempting to reach eBay customer service because I recently received an email regarding my order for a women's winter Parka with a short fur hooded coat. The email mentioned a refund, but I really want the coat instead. I am unable to track the item or check if it's on track for the estimated delivery date. The item number is [redacted]05, and the tracking number is LM[redacted]40CN. The case number is [redacted]. Can you please inform me promptly if I will still be receiving the coat? Thank you.

Hello, I accidentally mixed up two parcels for customers, but I have now sorted everything out. Both buyers returned their parcels, I have reposted them, and refunded the postage costs. Today, I noticed you automatically generated a postage label and initiated a refund for Customer Item ID [redacted]26. The other customer is lillymart83(2}. Both customers requested to have the correct parcels resent and did not ask for a refund. I have kept in regular communication with both customers throughout this process and one payment for a parcel is pending on PayPal.

I am having trouble updating my address in your system despite multiple attempts. Currently, two purchases were sent to my old address. I had to cancel one item due to the shipping error after realizing the mistake. In the past, I have experienced issues with items going to my old address without receiving them after payment. If this problem cannot be fixed, I may have to stop using eBay altogether. I urgently need the canceled order to be fully canceled. Frustrated, I ended up ordering the same item from Amazon. I await a prompt response from your team.

I need assistance. Our system was hacked by a cryptocurrency team named Antpool, and we have an ongoing ticket regarding this issue. I am unsure about the coin involved and was not aware it had been sold. Our operations were completely offline for several days, and we are still dealing with ransomware on a few computers. I am extremely lost as to how to proceed. My business partner had someone interested in buying locally, and it seems that the money came into my PayPal account but was quickly withdrawn. This might shed some light on what occurred. I am currently experiencing a negative balance in both my bank and PayPal due to this security breach. :(

Hello, I recently had a disappointing experience with a seller who misled me about refunding a glossy case I purchased from China. Despite claiming to have issued a refund, no refund was actually processed. The seller even provided a fake refund notification. I feel frustrated as the seller is now refusing to honor a £5.00 voucher that I had used for the purchase. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it indicates fraudulent activity on the seller's part. For reference, my eBay account email is [redacted], and my username is easwa_56. Thank you, Eashan W.

Hello Jebjo43, it has been nearly two hours since I mistakenly confirmed the order at your request, but I have yet to receive the account information. I am growing impatient and will give you 30 minutes to send the info to the account and the linked email. Failure to do so will result in formal reports being made to Ebay and Paypal support. If needed, I will engage my attorney in this matter promptly. I am anticipating a swift response from you. On Saturday morning in Israel, Feb 9, [redacted], my son, I.C., accessed his Ebay account with my help using my Paypal account linked to [redacted] We purchased game access info from Jebjo43, a new seller, to enhance my son's Fortnite gaming experience. Despite my lack of familiarity with such products, I am aware they are commonly sold on Ebay. Following payment, sellers typically email account details to buyers for game access. However, Jebjo43 inaccurately claimed the item would be shipped physically in a month. We know from past purchases that such data should be sent via email immediately. Jebjo43 insisted we confirm receipt on Paypal before providing the information, causing us to comply against our better judgment. Subsequently, communication ceased after confirmation. Jebjo43 has since relisted the item at a higher price, indicating deception. I urge Ebay to take action against Jebjo43 promptly.

Dear Mr. Jay Lee, I need to address a recent issue that has left me disappointed. As a devoted member of eBay since [redacted], I cherish being a part of the community and strive to reach another milestone of [redacted] positive feedbacks. Unfortunately, I recently encountered a situation where I felt let down by the community and eBay Germany. To summarize, I made a purchase (item number [redacted]32, under the username Panopson) that turned out to be unusable due to cut wires. Despite providing evidence through pictures and trying to resolve the issue with the seller, they refused to cover the costs of fixing the item. In response, I left a negative feedback to alert my fellow community members. However, I was disheartened to discover that my feedback had disappeared without explanation. After contacting the German customer service, I was informed that the seller had influenced the removal of my feedback, which left me feeling slighted. It is crucial to me to be able to use the feedback system to protect and inform the eBay community. Additionally, I was asked to alter my feedback, but I stood firm in my decision as I had evidence of the item's undisclosed condition, constituting fraudulent behavior. Regrettably, it seems that the system does not allow for reinstating my feedback, leaving the seller unaccountable. In conclusion, I find myself with a broken item I had to repair at my own expense, a seller engaging in deceptive practices, and a lack of protection from eBay. I seek clarification on how to continue supporting the community amidst such occurrences and the overlooking of facts by eBay associates. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Gianmaria Sirbaella

I recently sold a painting on Ebay for $14,[redacted]. The buyer has received the painting, shared a photo, and left positive feedback. Despite this, I have not received the funds and have a reference number for the issue - 1-[redacted]97. I have contacted Ebay repeatedly, and they say the matter has been escalated to Ebay Headquarters. I am frustrated by the delay and lack of communication. I am considering seeking legal advice or exploring other selling platforms if this is not resolved promptly. I am disappointed in the handling of this matter and expect the funds from the sale to be released to me soon.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding an item I purchased last year. Here are the details: Purchase Date: 15/05/[redacted] Item Number: [redacted]62 Product: Turbocharger for Audi A4 1.9 TDI AVF 96KW The seller advertised a 2-year warranty on the item (as shown in the main picture, which is no longer available). Unfortunately, the turbocharger broke after only 8 months of usage. When contacting the seller, I was offered a replacement at a reduced price, claiming the warranty is only valid for two months. I believe a turbocharger should last longer than 2 months. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation. Thank you for your help.

I recently sold a 9ct gold 0.5mm ring on January 23rd. On February 8th, the buyer emailed requesting a refund, claiming the item doesn't seem authentic. The buyer received the ring last week but only inspected it later, noticing it wasn't stamped for gold. I clarified that I purchased it as an authentic 9ct gold stacking band with no mention of being stamped in the listing. Despite providing details of the seller source, the buyer insisted on returning it. I accepted the return, but the buyer has not responded since regarding the return of the ring. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my eBay account, adscustoms. In October [redacted], I made a purchase from the seller a1va (purchase number: [redacted]86) for a spray gun. The item was shipped from China and took four weeks to arrive. Despite several attempts to contact the seller about a fault in the product, I have not received any response. I received a generic email asking about the arrival of my item, but my messages regarding the faulty product have gone unanswered. After checking the seller's feedback, I noticed someone else with a similar experience and recent negative feedback. I am unable to find the appropriate avenue to report the seller and address this issue on eBay. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter. Thank you for your attention. Elliot W.

Hello, I recently purchased a computer from alltechwholesale on eBay, and it has been a terrible experience. The computer has stopped working twice, and now it's completely dead. Despite the seller claiming it was in perfect condition, it clearly wasn't. I discovered that this seller has many bad reviews, and I find it unacceptable that eBay allows them to continue selling low-quality products. I believe eBay should take responsibility for removing sellers like this from the platform. I would like a refund for this defective computer as soon as possible. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I have identified three items that were mishandled and I am seeking assistance to rectify the situation. I plan to contact eBay directly to arrange for returning or reimbursing for the items. I intend to make amends by purchasing an additional item through Buy It Now (BIN) and submitting payment promptly. Due to a recent adjustment in my medication resulting in short-term memory issues, I acknowledge the importance of returning the items, refunding the money, and making a supplemental purchase to demonstrate my commitment to being a conscientious buyer. To address other oversights, I am dedicated to resolving them as well. My username is Aspenleaf22, and I value maintaining a record of prompt payments on eBay. It is my goal to uphold high standards of fairness and integrity in my transactions. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding as I work to correct these errors. Thank you, Connie Tuominen.

I still need to gather more information about this situation, but it seems like it is possible to resolve it. I am reaching out to discuss three specific items that require attention. I plan to contact eBay to arrange for the return or payment regarding this matter and purchase another item using the Buy It Now option to compensate for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have been experiencing challenges with my memory due to a medication adjustment, but I am committed to rectifying this issue promptly. It is important to me to be a responsible and honest buyer, and I aim to correct any mistakes made. I have a history of providing fast payment and wish to uphold my positive reputation. There are a few other matters that I also need to address properly. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, CT from Aspenleaf22.

From eBay member S.J. Regarding item [redacted]95. I purchased 2 iPads from gcomm3rce and encountered issues with both. Apple informed me that the iPads were reconditioned products, not brand new as advertised. After contacting gcomm3rce, they replaced the iPads. However, the replacement received had a damaged box and dirt under the screen. Despite sending it back 12 days ago, I still haven't received a new tracking number or iPad. I am dissatisfied with the service and suspect that the iPads are not new as claimed. I paid £[redacted] each and expect either prompt replacements or a refund. The delays without any concrete information or apologies are frustrating, especially since these iPads are necessary for my children's education. Please address this promptly by sending a new iPad or processing a refund. Contact via email at [redacted] or through eBay account seanj254. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the service provided. The "Shop with confidence eBay money back guarantee" does not apply to my situation even though I have not received the item I purchased. As a buyer, I expect prompt resolution when faced with undelivered items. The delay of nearly three months and the subsequent closure of the case without a resolution is unacceptable. Leaving negative feedback was my last resort, only to realize that I was unable to do so due to the time that had elapsed since the purchase. I am puzzled as to why I have been denied a refund when the seller has not fulfilled their end of the transaction. I urge eBay to uphold its promise of a "money back guarantee" and ensure I receive the refund I am owed.

I have recently experienced a disappointing situation with the customer service provided. According to the "Shop with confidence eBay money back guarantee," I expected coverage for an undelivered item. It seemed logical that if I paid for an item and did not receive it, the seller should be responsible for refunding me or sending another item promptly. However, after almost three months of waiting for a resolution, I was informed that I was not covered under the guarantee. Additionally, when I tried to leave negative feedback, I was unable to do so due to the time that had passed since the purchase. I am seeking clarity on why my refund request was denied despite the seller not fulfilling their end of the transaction. This experience has left me feeling like a victim of theft and fraud, and I am looking for a resolution either from eBay or the seller who currently holds my payment.

I need assistance with a concerning letter I received from eBay requesting a German VAT certificate by March 1 or they will block my account (ID: Den-nik). The letter states I must provide this certificate to continue selling to or from Germany due to a change in tax law. There seems to be confusion as: 1. I reside in Ukraine, not the European Union. 2. My sales volume is low, and I do not exceed German limits. 3. I do not have a warehouse or sell on eBay.de. I have tried contacting eBay support multiple times with no response after 48 hours. I am unsure why I received this letter or why my account is at risk. Where can I find help or clarification on this matter?
