I purchased two dehumidifiers on eBay around 2.5 to 3 years ago, and unfortunately, one is faulty and covered under warranty. Hello! I am having trouble using the eBay gift card I purchased yesterday. Every time I try to make a payment, regardless of the seller, it prompts me to verify the address or payment method. I find this frustrating because even sellers I have used before are giving me this issue. My brother faced the same problem when he tried it as well. I purchased item number [redacted]96 from haoxue_21 with order number 27-10[redacted]3. Shortly after buying it, I realized I had the wrong shipping address and requested to cancel the order within 3 - 5 minutes. Despite my request, the seller ignored me and shipped the item anyway. It is unreasonable for an item to be shipped within such a short time frame. I believe this seller should be reprimanded, and I am requesting for the order to be cancelled.

I purchased two electric scooters in November intended for Christmas [redacted], however, one of the scooters broke within the first few months. The seller sent me a new stem to fix it myself, which I am unable to do. Subsequently, the second scooter also broke in the same place, leading to injuries to both of my children. I made a motorcycle purchase on June 28, [redacted], with Transaction ID #VPP[redacted]60. I paid the full amount through an E-Transfer. Subsequently, on June 30, [redacted], I received another payment request from eBay Motors for insurance, with a 3-hour time limit. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline as I was away from home. I contacted Mr. Hollan, the seller of the dishes regarding my incomplete order. I am disappointed with the false advertisement and intend to report this issue to the Attorney General's office for fraud. My goal is to receive what was advertised at the price agreed upon. Additionally, I plan to address this matter with eBay. Regarding the damaged items, I suggest improving the delivery process, as the cups arrived broken due to inadequate packaging. Please send the remaining items and the broken cups to resolve this matter, avoiding legal action that could be costly for both parties. I am prepared to seek legal advice if necessary. I am facing an issue as I have not yet received my order, which includes a set of 4 TPMS sensors T10 Foxwell. I recently tried to return a Christian Dior gown I bought online, but the seller refused to accept returns. Despite clearly stating that the gown was much longer and bigger than a normal size, the seller accused me of trying to return a different item and lying. I am frustrated as I spent over $90, including taxes and shipping, on a product I cannot use. I reached out to EBAY for assistance, but it seems the case was closed without the option to appeal. The seller later revealed in an email that the gown originally belonged to her tall mother-in-law, which was not disclosed in the product description. I believe this is deceptive.

I recently sold a projector screen on eBay. It was priced for a minimum of $[redacted], but it sold for $[redacted]. I was then charged $[redacted] for shipping, making the total $[redacted] for the buyer. When I shipped it, it cost me $[redacted], not $[redacted] as eBay indicated. The buyer received the screen and claimed it was not as described, prompting eBay to say they would refund him upon returning it. I did not receive any money from the sale and was told I still owe eBay more. After waiting for my $[redacted] screen to be returned, I was informed to pick it up at the post office for $[redacted] due in shipping costs. Surprisingly, the screen there was old and damaged, not the new one I sent. Now, I am out a $[redacted] screen, the $[redacted] shipping cost, plus additional fees from eBay, totaling almost $[redacted]. This situation is frustrating, and I believe the buyer scammed the system while eBay sided with them, leaving me in a loss.

I believe the seller agreed to sell me the item at the advertised price but later cancelled my order citing import fee issues. This happened right after the price of the item was increased to $[redacted] from $22. I feel deceived and believe the seller acted greedily. Is it fair to cancel an agreed sale like this? I expect to receive the items at the original lower price. I doubt the import fee story and if it's true, I should have been informed to decide whether to pay. The lack of transparency and abrupt cancellation is unacceptable.
How can I proceed as the seller advised to wait for the issue to be resolved? How can I verify with customs? The necessary steps for resolution are unclear.
I couldn't find a way on Ebay to dispute this treatment or resolve the matter adequately.
Ebay should consider allowing a sale to be voided only if both parties agree. I simply want the items I purchased at the agreed-upon price.
