Dear Sir, I have already contacted the vendor regarding the Waterproof Heavy Duty Rotary Washing Line Cover, explaining that it has completely disintegrated. It is clearly not suitable for its intended purpose. I am extremely disappointed and feel that I have been taken advantage of. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the vendor, which is quite upsetting. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter promptly. A red message keeps popping up, explaining that I've been restricted from making offers due to two non-payment strikes in the past year. Despite successfully making numerous offers and purchases, I'm incredibly annoyed by this unexpected restriction. What could be causing this problem, and is there a solution to rectify it promptly? I purchased an item from seller tamgr-63 listed on Jul 8, [redacted], with item no [redacted]53. The seller initiated a bid starting at $42 or Best Offer, declining offers at $40 and $41. As the auction neared its end, a $42 bid was placed and I countered with $45, securing the item for $43. But within less than 24 hours, the seller cancelled the transaction citing that the item was out of stock or damaged. If the seller wasn't willing to sell at that price, they should have set a higher starting bid. I expressed my dissatisfaction with a negative review and believe this new seller should no longer be on eBay.

I purchased a cellphone on eBay that was described as almost new but had several issues upon receiving it on March 25. After contacting the seller, they suggested I get it repaired at a high cost. They offered a partial refund, which I declined, leading them to request the phone back, complicating matters due to international return expenses. Eventually, they provided a return label, which I used on June 23. However, I have not received my refund to date. In addition to this, I opened a case with PayPal, which was closed without my knowledge based on the seller's claim. Despite my complaints, PayPal has not reopened the case as promised, leaving me without assistance in resolving the issue. I feel let down by PayPal's handling of the situation, possibly due to a conflict of interest.

I ordered a gold chain from jumpy [redacted] on July 8 with order number 19-10[redacted]0, priced at $[redacted].06. After updating my address in my profile and confirming it with the seller, the shipment was still sent to my old address. Despite contacting the seller and speaking with a USPS representative named Jimmy, who confirmed the tracking number provided was fake, I have not received a valid response or resolution. I am now seeking assistance to retrieve my refund from eBay due to this situation. I have tried reaching out to the seller for clarification but to no avail. Hello! I am a new seller on eBay. Recently, I sent out a Coach purse with order number 25-10[redacted]4. I provided accurate pictures of the purse in my listing. The buyer has now opened a return case, claiming the item was "not as described" and provided pictures of a different purse that I did not send. The images they provided are not even of the same purse. I am willing to accept the return, but I cannot accept a fake Coach purse back. I feel like I am being scammed. Even though I know eBay usually sides with the buyer, I want this situation investigated. I discovered a negative review on the buyer's account involving a similar issue with a Coach purse. Please look into their account for fraudulent activity. I have evidence of what I sent versus what they claim I sent.

I received the incorrect part from a seller in Washington State. Despite receiving conflicting emails about the delivery date, the part arrived on time as initially promised. However, my excitement turned to frustration when I opened the package and found it was the wrong item. There is no phone support available, hence why I reached out via email. The part number I received did not match the one in the listing. I was willing to pay for expedited shipping, but without a way to communicate this directly, I have been hesitant to shop on eBay. I recently purchased a Valentino bag from a seller on eBay, and it has been over a week with no response or shipment confirmation. Despite messaging them multiple times, there has been no update on when the bag will be sent. The seller initially mentioned posting it quickly, but it has not been shipped. I was contacted by the seller via phone after inquiring about part suitability. They initially offered a different part and later requested more money, even after presenting evidence via email. I ordered a Bosch coil, Bosch leads, and Denso iridium spark plugs from United Auto Parts for $[redacted]. After being told the coil was not available, I had to suggest a replacement and was later informed I needed to pay $88 to upgrade to NGK plugs. Despite disagreements over the cost, I requested to proceed with my original order without additional charges. However, I was later asked to pay $39.50 for the NGK coil, which was frustrating. I have email evidence to support my claims and expect a refund of $39, free shipping, and the NGK plug at the agreed price. I will share the email exchange with United once they confirm. - Matt H.

Hello eBay! I appreciate the platform as one of the best in the world for marketing. I am a member and have carefully reviewed all of eBay's selling policies. I aim to be a successful seller on eBay, but unfortunately, my account got restricted due to an overwhelming amount of orders that I couldn't fulfill on time. I promptly disabled the orders and refunded the customers. Despite this, my account got disabled. I am confident that I have followed all guidelines. I have not received the item even though the tracking information shows it was delivered. I mistakenly left feedback stating I received the item; however, I actually received an expensive watch from another buyer on eBay. It's confusing because the tracking shows one thing, but I got a different item. Order number: 07-10[redacted]5.

I am writing about order 10-10[redacted]4 for the Quencher H20 FlowState Tumbler from seller asiagar-36. I made the order on 7/02/23. On the same day, the seller warned not to contact eBay directly or face immediate suspension. An email on 7/06 confirmed shipment, but later the seller claimed the item was lost. They assured me the item was on its way with a faster service, but failed to update tracking. The seller then asked for my PayPal details, which I declined to provide. I request an instant refund to settle this issue. Additionally, I urge eBay to investigate and suspend the seller's account. Thank you.

On July 6, [redacted], I placed an order for an item and made payment. The order number is 14-10[redacted]3. However, the item has not been shipped yet. I have attempted to reach out to the seller three times but have not received any response. When seeking help through eBay's support section, I keep encountering either "contact seller" options or technical errors. I am becoming frustrated as I simply want a refund for my purchase so I can shop elsewhere. It seems like eBay is allowing fraudulent behavior by not providing adequate assistance to customers like me who are facing such issues.

I believe there might have been a misunderstanding regarding my account. I haven't made any sales since last October. I had a discussion with a representative about my last purchase and informed them that I no longer use the site. Unfortunately, due to severe health issues caused by Covid, I had to undergo multiple surgeries, was in a coma for a month, faced lung and kidney failure, and had to learn to walk and eat again in rehab after months of waiting for organ donors. This led to losing my home and living in my car. As I am not actively using the account and facing these challenges, I kindly request to have it removed from your site. Thank you.

I purchased a seat belt for my Ford F150, but received the wrong one. The seller couldn't provide the correct belt and refunded my money. Now, eBay has my refund, and I want to use it or have already used it to buy a seat belt from another seller. I suggest transferring the refunded amount to a gift card or credit card so I can purchase the correct one. I originally purchased from Ding Auto Parts.
