I'm frustrated with eBay; I've been attempting to sell many items on the platform without success. Updating my phone number was extremely challenging, as I had to find a button on a different page that I can no longer access. Now, I am unable to sell an item because the app is sending a one-time passcode to an outdated number. It's frustrating that eBay profits while I struggle to use their service. Item # 17-10[redacted]8 arrived damaged. One corner of the cooktop, measuring about 6 x 8 inches, was broken. A small piece was found in the plastic bag. The damage was not due to shipping, as the container was intact, but the plastic bag had a cut in the damaged area. I plugged in the unit, and it functions well; however, the top surface remains significantly damaged. I kindly request a replacement cooktop to be sent promptly, at no additional cost, please. Despite providing all the necessary evidence, eBay ruled in favor of the buyer unfairly. I submitted photos showing the shipment, tracking number, and address provided by eBay. I apologize for using all caps; I have vision issues and find it easier to read this way. I'm wondering about eBay's guarantee when a seller doesn't accept returns. If I buy something that doesn't work, am I protected by eBay? My concern is that the seller doesn't offer returns for the item. Should I be worried I might lose my money if the electronic device malfunctions? I suggest eBay should clearly state that their refund guarantee doesn't apply if the seller specifies "no returns." I'm willing to take a chance on this purchase, hoping the vintage electronic item works fine, even though I can't return it. If there are any issues, I understand I might not be able to get a refund. The product is a sealed vintage electronic item at a great price compared to others listed.

I want to report a seller on eBay with the username "roefield40." I placed the highest bid on an item yesterday, but the seller canceled my bid twice without explanation. Despite contacting eBay, they have not resolved the issue as promised. Frustratingly, I used another email to bid on the same item, only for the seller to cancel my bid again in the final hour of the auction. eBay informed me that the seller violated their terms, yet no action has been taken. I recently noticed that several "Rohmer French Fashion Enfantine Doll" listings from eBay have been copied and uploaded to Etsy, specifically in the StormesBoutique shop. The prices on Etsy are significantly lower, but I've been unsuccessful in contacting Etsy to address this serious issue. Additionally, another seller named donzin on Etsy is also copying materials from eBay and selling them at lower prices. It's frustrating that Etsy is difficult to reach regarding these matters. I'm still attempting to contact them, but it's important for others to be aware of this situation as well.

I am unsure why this occurred. Earlier this week, I made a purchase from a seller and received a tracking number for my item. Despite checking USPS.com for tracking updates and seeing no movement, I understand that sometimes missed scans can cause delays, so I remained patient.
Today, I received an email stating that my order was canceled. After confirming with the seller, they informed me that the order was returned due to an alleged issue with my address. I have used the same address for over 17 years without any problems in my frequent eBay purchases.
The seller offered to re-sell the item at the original price, but I am feeling hesitant. Could this possibly be a scam?
