I purchased a supposedly professional DVD converter recently. The advertisement claimed it could convert any file, but what I received was an outdated freeware called DVD Flick. This software does not live up to the promises made in the ad. It's misleading to pass off this software as professional. The label clearly states otherwise. I am disappointed in this misrepresentation and wonder why eBay allows such practices to continue.

I purchased a Rexel Momentum X308 cross-cut paper shredder on 18.03.23 with order number 25-09[redacted]1. The shredder was functioning properly until a week ago when it suddenly stopped working. Despite being advertised as new with a two-year warranty, it failed unexpectedly. I reached out to the seller on 19.07.23 regarding the issue and requested a refund. I provided them with a three-day deadline for a response. Following advice from eBay's live chat, I messaged the seller again, giving them an additional three days to respond. Regrettably, I have not received any communication from the seller thus far.

I recently made a purchase on eBay, but realized I wanted to cancel the item. After reaching out to the seller, they informed me it was too late to cancel the order. The seller kindly agreed to refund me since eBay's customer service is not available over the phone to facilitate the process at this time. I appreciate the seller's understanding, and he has assured me that the item will not be shipped. I require assistance regarding a shipping label fee that was debited from my bank account for $14.00 on 07/31/[redacted] for the sale of the Canon EF 28-70mm f/2.8 Zoom Lens (Item Number: [redacted]08).
Despite my listing stating "NO RETURNS," the buyer informed eBay that they did not want the item received, resulting in a full refund being issued to them from my account without the item being returned to me. I attempted to create a return shipping label last Saturday, even though the item was not available for return label creation. Regrettably, I mistakenly ordered a postage label for myself and promptly canceled the request. However, my bank account was charged $14.00 along with an additional $3.59 on 07/31.
This unauthorized deduction has left my account with a negative balance of -$14.00 and charged me a $37.00 overdraft fee. Please refund the $14.00 + $3.59 back to my account at your earliest convenience.

I purchased four movies in the second week of July, with order numbers [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive them. I have been unable to get any assistance, and it seems that the orders are not showing up in the system. I hope eBay can assist with resolving this issue because I have been unsuccessful in contacting The TV Movies. Additionally, the lack of communication regarding the delivery timeframe is frustrating. I purchased a UConn Huskies necklace for my granddaughter under order #12-10[redacted]4. Supposed to arrive by July fourth but tracking showed only a shipping label was created with no actual package sent yet. This caused my daughter to not receive her gift at her graduation party. I also created an account with eBay, which was then canceled. I am considering ordering from Amazon since they have faster delivery times. I am really disappointed with this order and would appreciate some clarification or I will have to shop elsewhere.

I encountered an issue with the filter system I purchased from EZbuy365 on E-Bay. It leaked from the middle canister after installation, even after cleaning and re-installing it multiple times. Upon closer inspection, I discovered a hairline crack in the housing assembly above the filter canisters, causing the leak. This defect was present upon receipt of the item. I kindly request a replacement unit to be shipped out. I am willing to return the faulty unit if necessary. I am a seller of a mattress. The mattress cover came off, and I couldn't sell it in that condition. They accepted an offer from a buyer without consulting me while I was trying to halt the sale. I was out of town for a funeral and used eBay's help to cancel the sale from the seller's end. I informed the chatbot that the item was damaged, but they proceeded with the sale, and the buyer sent the payment. I tried everything to stop the sale, but failed. The mattress now has mold and is unsellable. eBay emailed me that the funds will be in my account in 3-5 days. I am at a loss for what to do next.

I purchased the Purple Harmony Pillow twice. When I first ordered it, I received a notification from eBay that the seller had sent it to the wrong address. I placed a second order, but for $10 more. After a week, I was informed that the item had been delivered, but I hadn't received it. I filed a claim and was advised to wait a day. Today, I reached out to FedEx, the carrier, and discovered that the tracking number given by the seller and eBay belonged to a different customer at a different address. I ordered some car parts that do not fit my vehicle. I tried to contact the seller but received no response. I then escalated the issue with PayPal Buyer Protection. In the meantime, the seller messaged me asking to close the case on PayPal so I can return the item through eBay. I received the IQ Air Atem Desk Personal HyperHEPA Air Purifier on August 2nd at 23:22 AEST. However, the item I purchased for AU $[redacted].28 from seller "unbeatsale" on July 28th is defective. The air purifier's socket is damaged, making it unstable and causing the silver metal parts inside to come out with the power adapter cord. Even though I tried to fix it manually by pushing the metal contents back into place, it remains loose and faulty. I have reached out to the seller three times but have not received a response. I am unable to contact eBay to report the issue as I lack the necessary technical means. I am seeking assistance from eBay to address this matter with the seller. I am willing to return the item if the seller covers the postage expenses since I paid for the delivery, not for a defective product. I am having trouble getting my eBay packages because the United Postal Service does not have an agreement with our leasing office. The packages are being returned to the sender without attempts for delivery. It would be helpful if eBay could arrange with the United Postal Service to deliver packages to our front door instead of requiring a locker. Not getting packages without a locker seems unreasonable and possibly illegal. I plan to report this issue to consumer affairs. I hope eBay can assist customers like myself who are facing this problem. There are others in California experiencing similar issues, where tenants are being charged for lockers they don't need, seemingly to generate more revenue and prevent theft.

I purchased a pair of Clarks heels on July 28, [redacted], but unfortunately, they are too big. I ordered a size 6, but received a 6.5.
