I was trying to check the delivery costs for an item I wanted to purchase, but the information wasn't available. After adding it to my cart and discovering the delivery cost was unexpectedly high, I removed it. Shortly later, I received an email from ebay about my account being suspended, citing concerns about community guidelines. Despite my inquiries, I only received vague responses. Eventually, a message stated no suspicious behavior was found and my account was unblocked. However, shortly after, I was informed by an "employee" that my suspension was permanent. My account remains suspended.

I have sent multiple messages to eBay Customer Service but have not received a response. I need help from eBay Customer Service regarding a dishonest seller named "draweater". I followed the eBay Help link provided to request assistance by selecting "Ask eBay to step in and help", but I could not find this option despite attempting multiple times. I have tried calling eBay Customer Service at [redacted] approximately 6 times, but the automated system keeps redirecting me to the website without providing the necessary link to request help. The issue pertains to the return of item order number [redacted]69 placed on 07.18.[redacted]. I contacted the seller, draweater, to obtain the return mailing address. The seller offered a 70% refund, which I agreed to, and on 07.30.[redacted], I received a message confirming the refund issuance. However, I never received the refund. Upon inquiring about the refund on 08.04.[redacted], the seller falsely claimed on 08.05.[redacted] that I did not confirm the refund. I believe eBay's intervention is necessary due to the seller's failure to provide the return address, issue the promised $30 refund, and respond to my messages regarding returning the item. I have always relied on eBay Customer Service in the past, and I am disappointed by the current lack of live representatives. I purchased a phone on eBay from the seller "cellupgrade," but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I promptly returned it without using it at all. The seller deducted half of the payment, alleging that I had used the phone. Given that I received the incorrect phone, I suspect it may have been pre-owned, and the blame was unfairly placed on me. I lodged a complaint with eBay, who assured me they would follow up, but I haven't received any further communication. I've been searching for a contact number to speak with a representative, but every number I have tried has resulted in the call abruptly ending.

I received an email from eBay stating that a package has been delivered, but I have yet to receive it. I contacted FedEx, and they informed me that the tracking number provided in the email ([redacted]05) does not match the shipment to my address. The order number listed is 13-10[redacted]5. Please provide the correct FedEx tracking number so that I can follow up on the delivery. The email also notes that my ability to create or edit listings is restricted, and my payouts are being withheld if I am participating in managed payments. I had a frightening experience with a buyer on eBay. The buyer claimed to have received a different item than what was sent, even though I shipped the correct golden chain. Despite not returning the item, the buyer initiated a dispute with their bank, and eBay did not allow me an opportunity to defend myself. I incurred shipping costs, lost my item, paid eBay fees, received negative feedback, and eBay has been unresponsive. I am now hesitant to ship another gold item I have sold due to this experience. I bought a product back in February and didn't keep track of the delivery details. Now in August, I realized it's still stuck in transit. I reached out to the seller who mentioned it's too late for him to assist as there's no tracking number available. I need assistance with my account. I had two disputes which have been resolved in my favor, but the buyers did not return the items. Now, my account is suspended, and the buyers have been refunded without returning the products. I have been trying to reach out to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response. As a seller, I believe I deserve protection as well. I am tired of not getting any feedback regarding the two unresolved returns and I just want this matter to be resolved promptly. While all my other buyers are satisfied, eBay refunded these two buyers, and I even purchased and sent return labels but did not receive my items back. I purchased 4-hole disposable cigarette filters but received 6-hole filters instead. The seller claimed they had removed the description from the listing and left a 4-hole label in the package picture by mistake. I feel deceived as it would have been simple for them to update the quantity. I asked the seller for a shipping label to return the items as I believe I shouldn't have to cover the return expenses to receive a refund. It has been 72 hours since I requested the label, and I have not received a response.

Hello, I placed an order on July 4, [redacted], on eBay with order number 18-10[redacted]5 from the seller tawa7335 for 2 bracelets and 1 ring. The seller had agreed to include a third bracelet to replace a damaged one from a previous order in June [redacted]. At the end of July [redacted], I was surprised to receive an envelope containing only a piece of metal from tawa7335. I immediately contacted the seller with evidence of the received package, but they claimed that the package must have been tampered with during transit and that they were not responsible. I paid $36.01 for the order, but I received only $12.25 as a refund, which is unacceptable. The seller refuses to provide a return label or an address for me to return the item. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and have contacted eBay customer service multiple times without a satisfactory resolution. I feel like I am not being helped, and it is unfair that I received a partial refund for an order that was not fulfilled properly. I need assistance with this matter urgently.

I purchased an item today expecting next day delivery as advertised. However, after the payment was taken from my account, the seller informed me they are on holiday and won't be back until 15th September, a month away. I feel misled as they offered next day delivery knowing they wouldn't dispatch for 30 days. I have tried to cancel the order but it says it's too late.
