I participated in an auction on eBay for a cavansite crystal sample. Despite being the highest bidder when the auction was scheduled to end at 01:18, eBay extended the time without alerting me, causing me to lose the item. This unfair practice has happened before, and after being a member for 25 years, I am disappointed with eBay's lack of transparency and customer service. I am frustrated that there is no way to contact eBay about this issue. The item number is [redacted]64. I feel eBay needs to improve how they handle auctions and not just focus on profits.

I prefer not to have my payment information saved by eBay to automatically pay when a seller accepts my offer or bid. It is important to me to have the freedom to choose the payment method at the time of acceptance. One eBay representative suggested that I delete my card to resolve this issue. However, I found that without providing a payment method, eBay would not send my offer to the seller, even if the seller has already accepted it. I have a history of promptly paying for items once a seller accepts my offer.

I purchased an iPhone from Ebay, including insurance, for $[redacted].98. The order number is 02-10[redacted]3. Upon contacting Cricket, I discovered the phone is used and already registered to a different subscriber. Additionally, I bought protection insurance, a case, and a screen protector for a total of $[redacted].87. Due to the seller's deception in selling a used item as new, I am seeking a full refund. Cricket confirmed the phone is registered by someone else, who claimed they found it after I inquired if it was stolen. This situation constitutes fraud and I am pursuing a resolution.

I have received numerous requests asking me to provide positive feedback. Despite being as positive as I could genuinely be, I have received around 15 letters urging me to elaborate on my feedback. Initially, I chose not to respond, but the requests persisted. Eventually, I indicated that the matter was resolved, without requesting a refund. Despite this, I continued to receive letters pushing for more positive feedback. The issue lies with the three bras I received, as they had various quality issues. I am seeking advice on how to cease the flood of letters. Must I provide positive feedback if it is not accurate? I refrained from detailing the problems in my feedback and simply wished to move on. I am seeking a refund because I have not received my Nike Revolution 5 shoes. I placed an order for them on July 6, with an expected delivery date of July 28, [redacted]. However, on the 28th, I received a call notifying me that the item was returned to eBay due to me not uploading the required ID, which I was not aware was a request from eBay. I was informed that eBay would issue a refund within two weeks, and that time has already passed, but I am still waiting.

I received a Jaxon J hat with order number 21-10[redacted]4, but it is too large. I reached out to the seller, but have not received a response. I requested a refund for the amount of $20.46, but I was only refunded $14.46, which is not the correct amount. The case has been closed, and I am confused about the situation. I recently made a purchase and immediately realized I needed to cancel it. However, as I was logged in as a guest, I encountered multiple error pages when trying to access the order for cancellation. When attempting to reach out to eBay support, I faced challenges because I didn't have an eBay account. Upon trying to create one, I got stuck in a loop of human verification prompts and was unable to complete the process despite receiving a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I cannot access the order page as directed by the support information. I am at a loss for how to proceed given the account creation and order page loading issues.

I purchased 2 gift cards, and within an hour, someone else used them. I am seeking assistance from your legal/security team. As I did not authorize this use, the funds should rightfully still belong to me. I am requesting a direct telephone number to speak with a representative, as I prefer not to use an automated system. Per federal law, any amount over $[redacted] spent but not received is considered fraudulent. I will consider filing charges against eBay for fraud, as advised by the FBI.

Hello, a few months back, I purchased a product that turned out to be a fraudulent item. After noticing no results from using it, I compared it to a genuine one and found clear differences indicating it's fake. Despite trying to reach out to the seller multiple times, I received the same generic response each time, which heightened my suspicion. While I've already used 2 out of the 6 bottles, I'm wondering if there's any chance of getting a partial refund at least. Thank you.

I recently placed an order and mistakenly used an incorrect address due to the quick pay option filling in an old address. I contacted the seller immediately to correct the address, but they failed to update it, resulting in the package being sent to an address I haven't used in 8 years. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the seller provided unsatisfactory responses and now eBay has closed the case without issuing a refund. The second item in my order faced the same address issue and I had to reorder it separately. I received the re-ordered item at my current address, but the item sent to the wrong address in Modesto, CA needs to be refunded. I am currently in New Caledonia and encountering difficulties changing my contact phone number on eBay Australia due to the security code text verification. Despite trying various methods such as changing the password and logging in through Apple and Google, I am unable to proceed without receiving the security code via text, which is not possible with my current New Caledonia phone number. The Help Assistant only allows calls from specific country codes, excluding New Caledonia. Emailing eBay has not yielded a response either, and the lack of an email option for the security code is a significant issue. I recently purchased a potting table, but unfortunately, while assembling it, my son discovered one of the wood sides was cracked. I contacted the company, and they offered me a 20% refund, which would only amount to less than $16 due to the low-quality wood. What's worse, I noticed they have since reduced the price of the item online by $10, so the actual refund they are offering is just $6 now. Having already invested time sorting and starting the assembly process, disassembling it for a return seems like a hassle. Despite my attempts, the company has not been responsive to my messages regarding this issue.

The seller "alilyoutside" sold me a defective gas cap. After contacting the seller and exchanging emails without success, they stopped responding. I left a negative review, and then the seller reached out offering a refund if I changed my review first. I informed them that I would only revise the review once I received my money back. The seller refused. To me, this is clearly extortion. I did nothing wrong; they sold me a faulty product. I won't be blackmailed, and sellers like this don't belong on eBay.

Hello, I recently sold Item ID: [redacted]20, which I shipped via UPS using the label provided by eBay. The package has unfortunately gone missing during transit. UPS is unable to proceed with the claim without information from eBay regarding the item's value, which they insist must be sent directly from eBay to UPS. This is the feedback I received when contacting UPS over the phone. I find myself quite confused and unsure of the next steps to take. I bought an item from China and was very dissatisfied with the product. The size was too small and not as advertised. I requested a return from the seller, Zora881, who suggested an exchange instead of a refund. I am adamant about returning the item and have all email communications saved. I recently purchased a pair of earbuds, only to discover they are counterfeit. Initially, I initiated a return process on eBay. However, when attempting to seek a refund via PayPal, my return request got canceled. I wish to reopen the return because I received a fake product. The AirPods Pro 2 I received were in substandard packaging, and several features are non-functional, indicating their inauthenticity.
