I recently sold an item on eBay and used a shipping label from eBay to send it on May 9th. The tracking info confirmed delivery on May 12th. However, the buyer requested a refund on June 9th alleging non-receipt. eBay refunded the buyer without checking with me, claiming my account was suspended. I reached out to Royal Mail, who denied my claim after their GPS data showed the package delivered. This situation has caused me to lose the item, money, eBay fees, and shipping expenses.

I contacted support to have my account unsuspended in order to receive payment. However, despite the issue being resolved and the payment clearing, I am still unable to transfer the funds to my account. This problem has been ongoing for over a month, and I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone for assistance. I sold the item almost 4 months ago, the customer was satisfied, and the item arrived on time without any problems. I am frustrated that I am still unable to access my money.

I contacted you last Saturday to report that a washing machine seller I want to buy from did not provide any technical description of the appliance he is selling for [redacted] euros. Additionally, he mentioned that he will refuse the product in case of a return, even though he presents it as new. This suggests he is concealing a flaw in the machine. A representative called me back on the same Saturday around 5:30 pm to commend me for the report and advised me not to proceed with the purchase. She will contact the seller to warn them. Today, I noticed that the same seller, under eBay item number: [redacted]43, changed their username to chagar6351, but it is the same appliance with the same photo and price.

I am reporting a case to eBay regarding an issue with sellers mauery21804 and deramache-0. The latest incident is related to case number [redacted] - for DUNLOP 9215R Heavies Calico CELLULOID THUMB PICKS 6 PICKS Medium. Despite contacting the seller to provide the correct address, the package was still sent to the old address. When I tried to resolve this with the seller, they were uncooperative, and the police advised me that there was little they could do. I believe eBay should take responsibility to ensure sellers are accountable for their actions. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will support a boycott within the music community to address these ongoing issues with sellers sending items to incorrect addresses.

I attempted to order Bayer Contour strips, but the system declined my card and still charged me for the purchase. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $55 on top of the $99.95 order. I've informed my bank and demand the order be canceled immediately. I will no longer be using eBay. I have switched to Amazon and insist that you stop any future charges to my credit card.

About two weeks ago, my eBay account was unexpectedly suspended without notice while I still had an order pending shipment. I was unable to access my funds or refund the buyer directly. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the buyer would receive a refund, but the buyer opted to open a claim later to request a refund. Now, it seems there will be a $5.45 charge, and I am concerned if this is a dispute fee. I am hesitant to pay for a fee related to an issue that was beyond my control. I am also interested in understanding if there is a possibility to reinstate my eBay account or at least receive clarification on the reason for the suspension. Prior to this incident, I had not received any warnings or notifications, so I believe there may have been an error. Unfortunately, every time I reach out to eBay via email, I receive a generic response without any information regarding the fee.

On May 17, [redacted], I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra from jokessle82, who is based in Reno but shipped it from China. I received the phone on 06/06/23 with some damage, and we agreed on a $35 partial refund, which he hasn't sent yet. I am interested in buying an item from a previous seller. It is a medical item, and here in New York, medical supplies are not taxable. However, despite this, the seller is still charging sales tax. When I asked him about it, he claimed that eBay adds the tax, and he has no control over it. I bought item with order number 25-10[redacted]0 and found the description inaccurate. When I raised this issue with the seller, he suggested I lie to the manufacturer. I recently purchased Care 'n Share wipes that I have used and enjoyed before. However, the first box of [redacted] wipes I received had approximately 20 that were dry and not usable. Despite emailing the seller twice through eBay without a response, my issue was resolved according to eBay's system. I am eager to contact someone directly as I value their service and wish to resolve this promptly. Upon inspection, I noticed the box they sent me was expired, which I can overlook as long as the product is effective. My request is for them to replace the box of wipes that was not up to standard.

I purchased a car scanner device, and the seller claims it was delivered to my address. However, I have not received anything since I got a delivery confirmation.
