I received a suspicious message from a fake user pretending to be interested in making friends. They shared a phone number and a link. Strangely, these same messages are now being sent from my account to other users without my knowledge. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. Suddenly, it seems like the app doesn't recognize me. I tried logging in, but it kept saying my password was incorrect. I've reset my password a few times, but the problems persist. It's acting as if I'm a new user, which led me to uninstall the app. I want to regain access to my account. I'm not sure if my account was hacked. This all began when a member sent me a link to their photos online. After clicking the link, it prompted for my Zoosk password, and the issues began. I never got to see the photos.

My Zoosk account got blocked by an administrator without any explanation. I paid for a one-month subscription valid until January [redacted], and about a week ago, they blocked me. I sent an email, and they replied asking me to open another account with a different email. The application doesn't allow me to create a new profile with a different email; it keeps saying that the action cannot be completed. I demand a refund for the one-month subscription I paid for, which I only used for one week.

I recently joined Zoosk but hadn't subscribed yet when I came across a picture of a lady with a phone number on it. I texted the number and things seemed okay until she asked for money to chat live. I shared some personal details but stopped when she requested money. I quickly blocked her, deleted my profile, and account. I have had limited activity in my account. Since I began using the app, I have messaged numerous women who I believe could be a good match for me. However, I have received very few responses. I am continuously prompted to pay more money to either receive responses, hide my account, or secure more dates. I am frustrated by this as I had already paid $20 per month for 3 months. Although I understand that not everyone may find me suitable, I am now attempting to stop receiving email notifications. I prefer to keep my inbox organized and do not wish to receive alerts every time someone views my account. Unfortunately, Zoosk is not allowing me to unsubscribe from their emails. This is a new and uncomfortable experience for me, and I feel it is unfair that I am unable to opt-out. I do not wish to just unsubscribe; I want to cancel my account and request a refund.

I recently canceled my subscription after the 3-month trial. Some years ago, I ensured it was canceled and removed from auto-pay. I usually do not thoroughly check my bank statements, but upon recent inspection, I was shocked to find a Zoosk charge. You have been debiting $60 every 3 months for several years without my knowledge! I am extremely frustrated and feel as if I have been deceived and robbed for the past 2.5 to 3 years. I am requesting a refund for all charges (excluding the initial 3 months) and to be removed from auto-pay. I am unable to access my account. Your prompt attention to this matter and assistance in resolving it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't believe this happened again! I should have known better than to expect any changes on your website. I paid over $70 for a six-month subscription, only to find out that I can't chat without spending additional money. I want to cancel my subscription. You can keep three months' worth of payment and refund me the rest. I've had enough. Zoosk hasn't shown any changes, improvements, or updates from a year ago. Seeing the same people still on here makes me believe it's just another dating app scam.

Hello, I opened an account a few years ago and despite receiving regular emails, I've been unable to log in as my account appears to be blocked by an administrator. I originally registered with "[redacted]" but later updated my email to the one you currently use for communication. I've tried to reset my password without success and attempting to log in through Facebook has also been unsuccessful. Considering the continued receipt of emails, I believe my account is still active. I requested the subscription be cancelled to avoid future charges, which they confirmed. However, I recently noticed another $29.95 charge on my account. I was asked to pay $3 a month just to view pictures with no option for communicating with anyone. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will cancel my account and not return. I made two phone calls to ensure my Zoosk account wouldn't renew as I only subscribed for one month. Unfortunately, the money was deducted from my account despite my request. This has occurred previously and I am very disappointed. I kindly request my account to be canceled, a full refund issued, and confirmation of this email's receipt. I plan to call again tomorrow. Someone has accessed an account I no longer subscribe to, changed my screen name, and used their own payment account for it. I have evidence of this payment account as I took a screenshot. Later, they tried to cover their tracks by inputting my mom's information for the payment, which they could only do because our Verizon accounts are linked. I just spoke to my mom, and she confirmed that the payment account used is from an old card that was canceled two months ago.

This individual, Greg Voss, has active accounts where he interacts with users like Love2laugh, countrygirlatheart, and Carocal. Greg uses multiple email addresses and frequents numerous dating sites without displaying his real picture. He manipulates conversations on dating platforms, chat rooms, and video chat apps to watch women, often targeting those between the ages of 18-25. Despite being 39 years old with children, he misrepresents himself, claiming false identities and ages to solicit explicit images. His actual identity is Gregory Voss, working at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and residing in Adamsville, Alabama. Some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Let's work together to address this concerning behavior.
