Our rental property on Zillow has been incorrectly located on the map due to Zillow's unfamiliarity with the new townhome. Another realtor has listed a different townhome in our complex, which Zillow has linked erroneously, causing confusion. This error has resulted in zero showings of our home. The correct address is [redacted] Hilltop Ascent Drive, Rockville, MD [redacted]. The neighboring home causing the confusion is listed as [redacted] Potomac Heights Lane, Rockville, MD [redacted]. Kindly rectify this issue promptly on the map and unlink the listings.

I am the owner of [redacted] Natural Springs Way in Leland, NC [redacted].
Six weeks ago, I noticed that the Zillow posting was from my own listing when my home was on the market. The house was originally 2,[redacted] square feet, and after adding a [redacted] square foot four-season porch, I tried to update the information but was rejected by the system.
Upon attempting again, I discovered my account was closed at [redacted] and now I am unable to access Zillow to search for homes in another North Carolina city.
I have two questions:
1. How can I get my account reinstated?
2. Can you update the square footage from the incorrect 2,[redacted] square feet to the new total of 2,[redacted] square feet?
Thank you,
John Van Horn, owner of [redacted] Natural Springs Way, NC [redacted]

The Zestimate for my property seems inaccurate due to outdated and erroneous sales data. The value heavily relies on proximity to water, water views, and waterfrontage, which many of the comparables used do not have. The historical value graph is erratic, showing my home valued at $[redacted],[redacted] seven years ago, despite selling for nearly $[redacted],[redacted] over 25 years ago. The local tax authority's assessment appears more accurate as it considers factors that Zestimate's algorithm overlooks, providing a value that aligns better with the property's potential sale price.

We are currently selling our home in Reading, MA. Our Zillow listing initially didn't appear, but after our agent spoke to Zillow, it was fixed, and we could be found under a Reading search. However, when our address was entered, outdated information from 28 years ago was displayed. When our agent tried to correct this, our Reading listing disappeared again. Despite our agent being a premier agent with Zillow, we're puzzled by these issues. Many people use Zillow to find properties and open houses in town. If our listing isn't corrected promptly, I won't have positive feedback for Zillow. Please address this situation so our house appears in all relevant Zillow searches for Reading and our specific address. Thank you for your attention. Diane P., 51 Enos Circle, Reading, MA

We are experiencing issues with updating our rental listing at [redacted] Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, Missouri [redacted]. A local Real Estate Company has tampered with our advertisement, converting it into a For Sale listing with the agent's contact information. Despite reaching out to the broker, we were advised to use Craig's List for advertising. Subsequently, all 4 duplicated listings for this address have been marked as Off Market, preventing us from making any changes. The contact number displayed requires verification. We are requesting the removal of these listings to allow us to correctly advertise our property for rent. I am Robert Hughes, a licensed Real Estate Agent, assisting the couple in resolving this situation. My contact number is [redacted].

I have been trying to contact Zillow's corporate office for over a week regarding my property at [redacted] Charlotte Pike, Nashville, Tennessee [redacted]. The listing is marked as claimed and off-market while it is actually for sale and listed on the MLS through my agent. I need this corrected promptly. If I do not receive a callback before the weekend, I will consider legal action for posting inaccurate information without my consent. Zillow lacks consumer communication options. I am Bill Kimball, please call me at [redacted] as soon as possible.

Hello, I wanted to address a listing issue we had yesterday for our rental unit at [redacted] Friars Road, Unit [redacted], San Diego, CA [redacted]. When our listing went live, we noticed some incorrect information. We would appreciate your assistance in correcting these details: 1) The correct property type is a Condo, not an Apartment. 2) The flooring is primarily carpet, not tile. 3) The space available is not a basketball court; it is part of the Presidio Place amenities. We urgently need to find a renter by November 1 as we are relocating to our new home. We are puzzled as to why these inaccuracies appeared on the listing when we provided different information. Your prompt attention to this matter is invaluable. Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Michael and Christina S.

Last week, on either Thursday or Friday, I contacted Zillow to request the removal of a listing from my account. This listing was for W410 Hwy M69, Bark River, Michigan [redacted], which I posted in June, and another one that my realtor created in September for W410 Co Rd G#30 Rd. Upset with my realtor for listing my property under multiple addresses in different towns, I asked Zillow to remove the oddball address created by the realtor. When a Zillow representative named Chris called and I explained my hearing impairment, asking to speak to someone else, he became hostile, refused to transfer me, and abruptly removed one of my listings. I discovered later that he flagged the other listing for deletion, which was upsetting as I had not authorized this action. I am a terminally ill individual trying to sell my home to buy a handicapped-accessible one, but this incident has jeopardized my plans. I urgently need my listing for W410 Hwy M69, Bark River, Michigan [redacted] restored or proper compensation for the distress caused. The situation has hindered the sale of my home and my opportunity to secure suitable housing. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am the owner of [redacted] Orchestra Place in Centreville, Maryland. I purchased the property on 7/23/18 with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Live Well Group as the selling agent. The house was mistakenly listed as "pending" on Zillow on 9/15/18 at $[redacted],[redacted], and despite contacting the realtor, I still do not have control to update the listing. I need to sell the house myself and require access to my listing to proceed. The agent involved is Brandi Lehman from Better Home and Gardens Realty and can be reached at [redacted]. I urge for a swift resolution to regain control of my listing to list the property promptly. Thank you.

I used a FSBO agent in CA to get an MLS number. He listed my property on realtor.com, but when it appeared on Zillow, the address was incorrect. I decided to create my own listing on Zillow, but it hasn't been posted yet even though I submitted it last Friday. The correct address is [redacted] High Plains Drive, Rogers, Arkansas [redacted], not Little Flock. I want to emphasize that my "For Sale By Owner" listing I created last Friday is the accurate one. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this. I appreciate your website! - Pattie Heitzman

I noticed that the information about my home on your listing for [redacted] Bel Air Drive NW in North Canton, Ohio was outdated. The "Zestimate" stated it was $[redacted],[redacted], which was before we made significant upgrades like new siding, a new furnace, increased square footage, and an updated kitchen and bath. Even after we updated the information and added new photos about a week and a half ago, the Zestimate still remains at $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. This is affecting the sale of our home negatively. If Zillow cannot reflect these changes, we should be able to remove the listing altogether. This situation is frustrating, especially considering we were thinking of paying to list the house on your site. It's disheartening that the Zestimate is based on outdated information. Please provide a solution to this issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Lynn S.

The information listed for *** Bel Air Drive NW in North Canton, Ohio on your site is outdated. Despite recently updating the property details and photos, the Zestimate remains inaccurate at $****$***. This discrepancy is hindering our home sale. If Zillow cannot rectify the Zestimate, we request the option to remove the listing altogether. The reliance on historical data over ** years old is unreasonable. We were considering paying to feature the property, but the lack of Zestimate update is a deterrent. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you, Lynn S.

I recently received a notification on Monday that my listing was set to expire on Friday, so I clicked on "activate for another 30 days." Once I logged in, the listing showed it was 'off market,' prompting me to re-enter my information, add extra photos, and adjust the monthly rent. Despite resubmitting, I received a notice that my listing was rejected due to it still being active, contradicting the initial message. The listing displays old details with only one photo showing up out of 25. I need the updates I made at 6:00 a.m. through Zillow Manager to reflect on the listing, not the outdated information. For further assistance, I would like to contact customer service directly. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to my concerns regarding the inaccuracies on your website. I clearly pointed out that the Zestimate for rent was significantly lower than the actual value and the rental page had conflicting information. Although the comparable rents were correct, the Zestimate was way off. The final rent we achieved was 20 percent higher than your estimate. I had to take down the listing and details from Zillow to find a tenant. It is disappointing that your company did not address this issue despite multiple attempts to contact you by phone and email. Please reach out to me directly either by phone or email to rectify this situation. Accuracy is crucial as incorrect information misleads potential renters interested in my property.

Hello,

The phone number listed as [redacted] is incorrect and should be updated to [redacted] for immediate correction. Unfortunately, I am unable to update it as the system indicates it is already in use. I am also struggling to display an email address for public use associated with this property.

I am located at [redacted] Sulky Way in Chadds Ford, PA, and saw on Zillow and Trulia that there was a Public Open House scheduled for 10/21/18 from 11:30 am to 1 pm at my address. I am concerned because this information was not listed on the MLS, and it was misleading potential buyers. Several individuals visited the property without authorization, including a young mother with a child, which was dangerous. Additionally, I received a phone call from someone mentioning the Open House when, in fact, the house has already been sold. Please contact me to discuss this matter further at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] It's frustrating that I cannot reach a live person by phone to address this issue promptly.

I filled out the form to list my house for sale, but there were some issues. The "describe your home" section appeared under "what I love about this home." When I tried to post the listing, nothing happened. I re-entered the descriptions correctly, but hitting "post for sale by owner" still didn't seem to work. The customer service line mentioned it can take up to 72 hours for approval, but I'm uncertain if my listing went through and if the formatting issue was resolved. I haven't received any verification, and I'm unsure if the messages now appear under the correct headings.

Hello, my name is Will B. and I work as a property manager at Simply Residential Property Management in Edina, Minnesota. We recently started managing a new duplex located at [redacted] Garfield Ave S in Minneapolis. I am currently trying to market the upper unit for $1,[redacted] per month, but unfortunately, my listing is not showing up. When searching on Zillow, the two listings that appear for the property are one that says "Sold for $[redacted],[redacted]" and another by "Off-Market Real-Time Leasing" with outdated information. Real-Time no longer manages the property, and their listing has different details and pricing compared to ours. I would appreciate any assistance in getting our listing to show up correctly instead of the sold or off-market ones. Thank you for your help!

I listed my property for sale by owner through Flatfee.com. Once Zillow took over the listing and assigned an agent, it no longer shows as for sale by owner, which is fine. However, I have been unable to get any feedback from the agent assigned to me. Despite leaving messages, I have not received any callbacks. I'm worried that potential buyers might be trying to contact me for more information. My main concern is that my phone number seems to have been removed from the listing, and I would like it to be displayed as it originally was. I want to have control over my own contact information. Having the agent's phone number on my listing does not benefit me if they are unresponsive. I am disappointed with Zillow and feel let down by this situation. I am the President of a property management company based in Chicago, overseeing 3,[redacted] apartments. Our recent advertising encounter with Zillow has been subpar compared to my four decades in the field. Initially, we signed a contract without full disclosure, obligating us to list units at inflated prices, creating false impressions. We expected the ability to remove unavailable buildings, yet we were billed for these prior to them being online. Despite promises of increased leads, Zillow only generated 1.3% of our renters. Billing for future leads holds no value in renting. The billing process is excessively time-consuming, and the unclear contract terms, along with erroneous billing, have caused significant frustration. I seek assistance from a higher authority to address these issues promptly and resolve outstanding balances, as this experience has been immensely challenging and time-consuming. - R.P.
