A similar problem was found with another neighbor's Zestimate, where my email was also visible in the same section. This error affects the entire private community, and I am worried about potential legal implications if not rectified promptly. I'd like Zillow to provide me with the data they used to lower the value of our house. A few months ago, it was valued in the $[redacted],000s, but recently it keeps decreasing while other houses in our neighborhood are going up. Unfortunately, this is happening right when we are getting ready to sell. We need accurate information as we prepare to sell our property at 22 Fletcher Ave, Lexington, MA. We hope the value can be adjusted back to the $[redacted],000s and an explanation for the mistake would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was editing my home details to get a more accurate zestimate when I noticed a sudden drop in value from $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. Even after correcting the square footage mistake, the zestimate remained at $[redacted],[redacted]. As I'm planning to sell my home, it's crucial for the zestimate to reflect its actual worth. After editing our Zillow listing to include upgrades and new photos, our Zestimate decreased by around $[redacted],[redacted]. Despite our home being almost twice the size and having more features compared to our neighbor's recently sold property, the Zestimate suggests a lower value. A recent appraisal aligns with my account. I am concerned that potential buyers may undervalue our property in comparison to similar listings due to this discrepancy. Our neighborhood consists of various home sizes, and my property's value should reflect its unique size and features accurately.

I was informed that signing up for Zillow to list my properties is a free service. Am I correct? A friend helped me sign up the other day, but I didn't have any pictures to show, so I took some today. I'm having a tough time trying to sign in now. It keeps asking me to correct my password, and I've attempted to change it several times. I'm not very adept with computers and would really appreciate some help so I can use Zillow. Thank you.

Installed an architecturally designed boat dock using commercial-grade materials to withstand hurricane force winds. It includes a 50 ft boardwalk leading to a [redacted] ft by 4 ft wide boat dock with running water and electricity, along with a 20 ft by 20 ft boat house with a metal roof. 2. I have updated my property listing, but the changes are not reflecting correctly. The previous special features, such as Electricity, Internet, and Netflix, are no longer included. I am trying to remove them from the listing. Here is the corrected description of the unit: "This beautiful, recently remodeled second-floor unit will be available starting Sept 15, [redacted]. It features a full kitchen, fully furnished as shown in pictures, community washer and dryer on the ground floor, portable A/C unit, keyless front door entry, water and garbage included, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, onsite manager, assigned parking spot, and a no smoking or pets policy. The location is excellent, across from Westgate mall with easy access to AMC, banks, restaurants, shopping centers, and major companies like Apple, Ebay, and Netflix. Nearby schools include elementary, middle, and high schools. The apartment is fully stocked with towels and linen for extended stays. It's like a private extended stay housing option. Additionally, optional electricity, wifi, Comcast, and Netflix can be included for a flat monthly rate. I need help to remove the outdated special features from the listing."

Good Morning, I am a Real Estate Agent in Oakland, CA. My broker has a listing in his office that has been on Zillow for 17 days with the wrong neighborhood. Even though the listing and Google Maps place the home at [redacted] Courtland Ave [redacted] in Maxwell Park, Zillow incorrectly shows it as in Fremont. This misinformation has caused confusion and potential losses for me and my buyers. The incorrect neighborhood association impacts the perceived value negatively, when in fact, the house is in an area where property values are increasing. I kindly ask for a prompt correction to prevent any further issues. I hope to hear from you soon with updates or be prepared for potential legal action. I expressed interest in getting pre-approved and was given the contact information for Glynn A Skibinski, the branch manager at Millennium Home Mortgage. He called me to gather details about my inquiry and requested that I upload necessary documents to his website for pre-approval. It has been two weeks since I uploaded all my personal documents, and I have yet to receive any response. I only received two texts mentioning that he would review my documents on the same day, but no further communication followed. If he is not interested in doing business with me, he should not have requested my documents after responding to my inquiry. I work for Redinf and received a request from our seller, Touray Kingkagam, regarding his Zillow listing. He noticed an old paragraph under "what I love about my home" that he wants to remove but is unable to do so himself. The listing agent for the property at [redacted] SE 303rd Ct, Auburn is Kenny Whiteside. We have tried reaching out via email but have not received a response. Hello, I have reached out to Zillow multiple times through their online help center and voicemail over the past week, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from their team regarding the issue with my property listing. I recently bought the property at [redacted] Forebay Road, Pollock Pines, CA [redacted], and I have noticed that there are still twenty pictures of my new home on Zillow. I have specifically asked for all but one picture to be kept for safety reasons, but my requests have been disregarded. Despite my attempts, Zillow has not taken any action, and all 29 pictures of my home are still visible on the website. The safety of my family is being compromised, and I am concerned about the lack of response from Zillow. As a real estate broker, I have my personal residence listed in Las Vegas at [redacted] Trapani Place, [redacted]. I kindly request for the old listing number to be removed from the front page as it was not serviced and has no content. Unfortunately, the history has been removed by the realtor association. I have updated the home with 50 pictures, so I would appreciate if you could remove the old cluttered information. The estimation on your site is inaccurately updated, comparing it to non-related 2-story homes when this is a single-story dual-master home with a 3-car garage. Our property is located at [redacted] Holyrood Ct., Dublin, OH [redacted]. We previously had our house listed on the MLS with a previous agent for 6 months, but it didn't sell. After the old listing agreement expired, we removed it from the MLS. Subsequently, we signed a new 6-month agreement with our current agent from a different company. Our house is now listed as a new listing on the MLS and Realtor.com. However, Zillow still shows it as being on the market for [redacted] days, which is not ideal for our new listing. Could you assist in aligning the listing days on Zillow with the MLS listing? Thank you!

The estimated value for my property is incorrect. The homes nearby are valued much higher, and I do not understand why my estimate has dropped significantly in just 30 days. This inaccurate data can be harmful if I were to consider selling. The address is [redacted] Paca St, Fulton MD Maple Lawn. I bought the property at $919k, and seeing it drop by over $200k without any changes is frustrating. Please update your algorithm to reflect the true value of my home.

There is a listing at 28 Yonkers Avenue, Tuckahoe, NY [redacted] on your site for a house that is not for rent. This situation has been ongoing for weeks with people coming to our property, taking photos, and ringing the bell. The correct address is in Yonkers, NY. It is unsettling and poses a safety risk for strangers to keep showing up at our residence, even entering our driveway. I will involve the authorities if this persists. Attempts to contact the phone number on the listing have been unsuccessful. Kindly remove my address from your website to prevent further incidents.
