I completed the broker agreement and submitted the form from the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, but it has been almost a month, and my listing is still not up. The address for the listing is [redacted] Thornhill Rd. in Oakwood, Dayton, Ohio [redacted] with MLS [redacted]. I am receiving frustrated calls from my clients, and I am at risk of losing them. I urgently need someone to address this situation promptly.

This is affecting my ability to sell my house as I have made significant improvements since purchasing it. Please rectify this issue promptly. If it cannot be resolved, kindly remove the posting for [redacted] East Fair, Garden City, KS [redacted]. Thank you.

I noticed that my Zestimate for [redacted] Osman, Madison Heights, Michigan [redacted] was significantly decreased. Other real estate sites value the property around $[redacted],[redacted]. I am a realtor in Portland, Maine. My agent account linked to [redacted] has been disabled. I need help reactivating it as some listings are not showing under my name, and this is causing confusion for my clients and myself. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times but have not received any response. I also called the customer service number but was informed that I do not qualify for tech support. Can someone please assist me with this issue promptly?

We uploaded 7 photos of our property to Zillow, but somehow the listing now shows 17 extra photographs that do not belong to our property. These additional photos were not posted by us, so we cannot edit or remove them. We need Zillow to address this issue promptly since our listing has been up for 4 days now.

Yesterday, I emailed to inform you about the significant reduction in the zestimate for my home by over $18,[redacted] in the past thirty days. I clearly explained that this seemed incorrect and requested an investigation into the matter. After receiving a response confirming the correction, I observed that there was a further reduction of $3,[redacted]. I kindly request your assistance in looking into this issue for me. Thank you, Alan R. at [redacted] Wexford Hall, Hendersonville, TN [redacted]. Email: [redacted]

The real estate listing for a house at [redacted] Southwest 10 9th Street in Ocala, Florida, by Bricks-and-Mortar featured Sherry Smith as the agent. The ad implied the house was eligible for a mortgage, but upon putting in a purchase agreement, it was declined due to a low offer and the need for a new roof, making it unsuitable for inspections, essentially requiring a cash buyer. The property was not accurately portrayed on Zillow, leading to me making financial decisions like withdrawing funds from my IRA and incurring taxes. Honesty and transparency in listings is crucial to prevent misleading buyers in the future.

The estimated value of my home on Zillow is significantly lower than the actual value. I live in a neighborhood where similar homes have sold for much higher prices. For example, one neighbor's house sold for $[redacted],[redacted], and another transaction involved grandparents selling their home to their grandchildren for $[redacted],[redacted]. Our updated home, however, is showing a Zillow estimate of $[redacted],[redacted], which is unacceptably low. We are concerned about being undervalued if we were to sell at that price. Our address is 16 Circle O Addition, Colona, IL [redacted]. We are seeking assistance in obtaining a more accurate Zestimate for our property.

Hello, I have a house available for rent in Anaheim, CA, at [redacted] S. Marjan St., [redacted]. Despite the property being on the market for several weeks, we were unable to view it. The home is now vacant, and we attempted to update the listing by deactivating the old one and posting a new one. Unfortunately, we are facing issues as the new listing isn't accessible on Zillow, though it appears on other platforms. I believe we made an error in the process. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this. Thank you, Frank Gleason.

I noticed that our home value decreased nearly $[redacted],[redacted] in a single day after making edits and adding new information. The Zestimate dropped from $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] for our property at [redacted] Irene Drive, St. Clair, MI [redacted]. I'm concerned because I am unable to edit or add pictures to reflect the actual property value without causing this significant error. Could you kindly address this issue promptly as real estate values in this neighborhood are generally increasing? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Barbara Skovran

I am urgently requesting that this demand letter be sent to the Office of the President today. I have previously informed Zillow & Trulia that no other online real estate company is displaying the Short-Lived For Sale By Owner lowball price on the MLS other than your websites. This misinformation is damaging my ability to sell my house as potential buyers are assuming I can sell at the lower price. I cannot afford to do so with the increased real estate fees. I am formally demanding the removal of the $[redacted],[redacted] For Sale By Owner price and will pursue legal action if it is not done promptly. I urge you to rectify this situation immediately to prevent further harm to my property sale. I am prepared to take necessary steps to address this issue. Thank you.

I work as a customer support representative for Agent Elite websites. We utilize the "Connect to My CRM" feature to transfer leads from Zillow to our agent's lead dashboard. Lately, when I click on "Continue to Connect to My CRM ยป" on the page, it redirects me to log in again, and the login credentials I initially used are no longer accepted. This issue has been observed on accounts for Sheila R. (License no: [redacted]-RE-S (MA)) and Angela F. (License no: RS-[redacted] (DE)). Feel free to reach out at [redacted]-88-[redacted], option 3, and ask for Heather if you need assistance.

The value of our newly built house dropped over $90,[redacted] in just a day! This drastic decrease is concerning for our selling price. Our house, barely a year old, was previously estimated at $[redacted],[redacted] or higher, but now it's showing as $[redacted],[redacted]. It doesn't reflect the upgrades we've made, including new stainless steel appliances, custom blinds, all brick and stone exterior, a 3-car garage with epoxy floors and 3 driveways, energy-efficient furnace and water heater, plumbing for a downstairs bathroom, a partially finished basement, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms with a spacious master bathroom featuring a custom shower and glass doors, a fireplace, tray ceilings in dining room, master bedroom, and family room with abundant recessed lighting, a den, separate mud room, and laundry room, all on nearly half an acre.

I checked my property address on Zillow, and it's listed as available for rent, which is incorrect. I am unable to update it online. We currently reside at the property, and someone even showed up at our door interested in renting it. I previously emailed customer support and received a vague reply stating, "Your request ([redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I need urgent assistance to rectify this issue quickly. Thank you.

I want to report issues with the property listing at [redacted] N Palm Drive #10, Beverly Hills, CA [redacted]. The lower apartment is plagued with mold, bedbugs, termites, and moths, and the management is unresponsive. They neglect a leaky ceiling with exposed mold and even have a broken railing for trash disposal. Bedbugs infest the entire building, forcing residents to discard their beds and furniture. Additionally, the manager makes unannounced visits despite legal warnings. The property is not suitable for handicapped individuals, as the drains are faulty, leading to standing water and potential slips. This listing is unsuitable for rental due to these serious concerns.

As the landlord for [redacted] W. 23rd Ave in Spokane, WA, I am encountering issues using Zillow's application and credit system to review potential tenants. Despite my attempts, I am unable to access the credit and criminal history of applicants through Zillow's system due to verification problems. This delay is concerning as there are interested tenants waiting. I have reached out via voicemail and email last week and on Tuesday (10/8) with no resolution. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you. - Barri ([redacted], [redacted])

Zillow has not addressed the issue of my listing not being syndicated in "active status." I have followed the steps on their site to no avail. Suggestions for improvement include hiring a tech person to enhance user-friendliness akin to CRMLS and obtaining support staff for assisting new users.

After purchasing our home at [redacted] N Shady Bend Lane, Lehi, UT [redacted], I made edits on Zillow to include details about a deck we were adding. Subsequently, the Zestimate for our property dropped significantly by over 100K, while neighboring homes have maintained or increased in value. Similar properties in the area are listed around $450K, making the current Zestimate of $286K highly inaccurate. This sudden drop appears to be a result of a glitch caused by my edits. Redfin, another estimation platform, adjusted our estimate positively post my deck addition input, with our property currently valued at $424K on their site. As we plan to rent or sell the house in a few months, I urgently need this issue rectified. Kindly reach out to me promptly to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I have reached out through several emails. Initially, I was unable to save searches, and despite several requests for assistance, no support was provided. Seeking to resolve this issue and because I was mistakenly labeled a landlord professional due to one past rental, I opted to cancel my account. Instead of guidance on resolving the problems, I received an email notifying me of the account cancellation. Now, I am unable to create a new account as the system indicates my email address is already in use. Unfortunately, I have lost all my previous searches and saved homes, which required significant time and effort to compile. I will attempt to address this via the platform or contact support if necessary.

I have reached out three times to resolve the access issue with my Premier Agent account. Previously, I used [redacted] as my email linked to a different real estate team. Despite them releasing my profile, I could not log in due to requiring email confirmation. After waiting a week for a response, I asked my former team to reactivate my email for $20. I now have access to the email account, but I am not receiving verification emails to confirm my Premier Agent profile or reset my password. While testing, I was able to receive emails from the system through my agent profile when contacted through my personal profile, but not for my login issue. I hope to resolve this soon as I have 17 reviews on my account that I would not like to lose. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
