I have tried to contact you regarding the incorrect value listed for my home on Zillow. The value you have provided is significantly lower than the actual worth of my property at [redacted] Mulholland Hwy, Calabasas, CA [redacted]. Comparing it to my neighbor's house at [redacted] Mulholland Hwy, which is smaller but with a higher value of $4,[redacted],[redacted], I believe the estimate for my property at $2,[redacted],[redacted] is inaccurate. Both houses were built by the same company, and mine even features more custom finishes. Historically, there has always been a $1,[redacted],[redacted] difference in our property values, so I am unsure of how you have calculated this estimate. If you cannot provide an accurate value, I would prefer that you do not list any value for my home in the future. I would appreciate a confirmation of this email.

I am interested in selling my property to Zillow. The address is [redacted] Old Federal Road, Old Fort, Tennessee, [redacted]. The property is a single-unit double-wide trailer with a block foundation and a metal roof. The back deck and both trailer doors have been replaced with metal doors featuring deadbolt locks. Additionally, I have transformed the property into a Monarch Butterfly Refuge, complete with a Monarch Placard, five butterfly houses, a butterfly tree, a concrete park bench, and an herb garden. The property size is approximately 0.98 acre.

I recently discovered a discrepancy between my home appraisal value of $1,[redacted],[redacted] and Zillow's Zestimate of $1,[redacted],[redacted]. After multiple attempts to contact Zillow, both by phone (5 times) and in writing (4 times), I am still facing issues with the Days on Market (DOM) displayed. Despite relisting my property with a new agent on 5/31/[redacted], the DOM calculated by Zillow is inaccurate, as it should only be 71 days. Throughout my selling process, I have encountered challenges with various agents, including failure to present offers, agent turnover, and contract cancellations from previous years impacting the DOM. It is crucial for Zillow to rectify this error promptly to avoid hindering the sale of my property.

Hello, I've noticed that the comparable properties listed on Zillow for my home are significantly inaccurate. The homes being compared to mine are actually trailer homes located in a completely different township, which is not representative of the true value of my property. In my area, similar homes have sold for around $[redacted],[redacted], whereas my tax assessment is $[redacted],[redacted] and the Zestimate shows only $66,[redacted]. The difference is quite drastic, and I'm seeking guidance on how to address this issue.

Hello, Zillow team. I have noticed some inaccuracies regarding my house listed on your website - 30 Barrington Ave, Bluffton, SC [redacted]. The address does not appear to be recognized in the neighborhood which is concerning. Also, I had listed my home for rent on your platform, but now the listing seems to be missing. As the homeowner, I should have exclusive control over the property. Could someone else be making changes without my permission? Thank you, J.L.

I need assistance adding a professional video to our Zillow listing. Despite uploading the video to gamls for Zillow's pull, it's not showing up. I've emailed various Zillow "help" addresses without any response, and calling was not helpful either. This is urgent for a client, so I hope to get a prompt resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.

I need help fixing wrong information on my listing that I cannot remove. It is urgent to correct it right away, but I haven't received a response after reaching out via email and voicemail. I specifically need the following part removed: "What I love about this home This property would make a great rental. Detached 2 stall garage. Central Air unit is only 2 years old. Newer furnace. Hardwood floors. Needs a little TLC and has some basement issues. Come check it out at our open house this Tuesday, June 25th, from 5-7pm." Please delete this as soon as possible. Thank you.

When I posted my listings, a call from your New York representatives informed me that the information provided was incorrect as we are located in Arkansas, not Texas. I am confused as to why the state of residence matters since we are the property owners of vacant lots. The address we listed is [redacted] Sandlewood Loop Indian Hills Harbor, Avinger, TX [redacted]. After confirming the zip code and asking price, both which matched, we were told to repost as the information did not align. These properties are listed under our corporate name; could that be the issue? The representatives did not provide a reason but advised to repost or contact support. It is frustrating not knowing why the listing is not accepted, making it challenging to resolve the issue.

We bought our home in Wilton, CT at [redacted] Drum Hill Rd in [redacted] for $1.3 million and have invested over $[redacted],[redacted] in renovations since then. We improved the heating and cooling systems, added a solar backup system, renovated four bathrooms, updated the kitchen, expanded the family room, built a new balcony, redid the swimming pool area, and created a three-room office. We enhanced the property with perennial gardens and upgraded lighting fixtures. Our home borders 2.5 acres of conservation land, offering privacy while being close to amenities. Despite the local market decrease, we believe the Zestimate undervalues our property.

I would like to clarify the listing of my property. It is not accurately described as a three-bedroom, it is actually a FOUR bedroom building with two bathrooms. The structure consists of two separate units, each with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Additionally, each unit has its own electric meter and washer/dryer hookup. The upstairs unit features a 12'x 14' deck connected to the living room, along with a "bonus" or "sun" room. The downstairs unit has front and back decks, and there is a long driveway with grape arbor cover for off-street parking. I have owned this property for 40 years since November [redacted], and it has always operated as a duplex. Please update the listing accordingly. Thank you for addressing this matter. Regards, Judith A. E., Owner.

There has been some confusion regarding two properties - 2 and 2A Camino del Luna, Cloudcroft, NM [redacted]. My wooded lot, initially without an address, became 2A due to a county oversight. Subsequently, I acquired Prop #2 as well. I have sold Prop #2 for $[redacted],[redacted] and currently own Prop 2A, which I have enhanced with two large rooms and a deck. Its correct listing price is $[redacted],[redacted]. Kindly update the information on Google Maps. The price for the little cabin ([redacted] sq ft) should be $[redacted],[redacted], not $[redacted],[redacted], as the new owners are selling it for $[redacted],[redacted]. I reside at 2A Camino Del Luna. I purchased a house in Windcrest, TX, at [redacted] Fenwick Dr, and adjusted my living arrangements. Please rectify the property photos on your website, as potential buyers might find it confusing. Thank you. Maria Watson

I am interested in finding out the Zestimate value of my property at [redacted] Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. Apt # [redacted], Washington, DC [redacted]. When I visit the website, I receive a message stating, "We don’t have enough information to calculate a Zestimate for this home." Can you please provide guidance on the additional information required to resolve this issue promptly so that I can obtain the Zestimate as soon as possible? Thank you, M. M. Andrade.

I am experiencing discrepancies with the information I provided and updated on Zillow. The square footage was altered, the description I entered was missing, and it retained old details from the previous owner. Despite uploading 36 photos with captions, only 22 were displayed without captions. After re-entering all the data and photos twice yesterday, the changes were not reflected. Upon correcting the details again today, everything was lost due to network issues. I am frustrated and have already invested over 6 hours on this issue. I am a knowledgeable individual seeking assistance to ensure my correct information is accurately saved and submitted later. Address: [redacted] Nestlebranch Ct, Hudson FL [redacted].

Subject: Inquiry About Zillow Listing Hello, I wanted to inquire about my property listed on Zillow for 37 days at the following address: 94 Furlong Way, Cotuit, MA [redacted] I noticed that it has garnered around [redacted] views and 24 saves. Recently, there has been a decline in the total number of views, dropping to [redacted] in the last 4-5 days. While I expected a decrease in views over time, the fluctuation in the total views is puzzling. Displaying accurate view counts is essential for both the public and property owners. Could you provide some clarity on why the total views are changing? As frequent users of Zillow for information, we value your service and would appreciate an explanation. Hello, I am Chance McCool. I am writing to address critical errors on our Zillow listing. My wife and I listed our house on Zillow for sale by owner after thorough market research and pricing. We found similar homes in our area selling at higher prices per square foot compared to our listing. Our updated home, priced at $[redacted] per square foot, was undervalued with a Zestimate of $380k, equivalent to $[redacted] per square foot. After briefly listing with a Realtor and seeing a minor Zestimate increase to $429k, we chose to go back to selling fsbo. Upon re-listing on Zillow, our Zestimate dramatically dropped to $351k, a significant $78k decrease. Our neighbors' homes were priced more accurately, while ours was undervalued at $[redacted].26 per square foot despite its superior features. It seems discrepancies exist in Zillow's evaluations, possibly favoring listed homes with Realtors. Seeking clarification regarding these issues. Thank you for your assistance, Chance & Kim McCool

Hello! I’m Kara N., the Agent Services Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Fergus Falls, MN. I am reaching out about a listing by Agent Laura Z. J. The property at [redacted] W Cavour Ave seems to be having trouble with the photos switching back to the FSBO ones on Zillow despite being on the MLS. Laura has tried to update the photos, but they keep reverting. Our MLS system, Lake Region Association of Realtors, is connected to Zillow through FlexMLS without any exclusions set. I’m seeking help to understand the issue and find a solution. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] (office) or [redacted] (mobile). Thank you.

Dear GetHuman, Thank you for your assistance. I had an old ad that I removed due to personal issues and replaced it with a new one for the same property. However, the new ad still displays old information on Zillow, stating it has been online for 79 days and received [redacted] views, which is incorrect as it has only been up for 7 days. I am a 66-year-old woman who recently lost my husband, and my sole income is from renting out this townhouse. It has been unrented for about a year, and I cannot continue like this. Could you please update the listing to reflect the accurate details of the new ad and ensure it appears at the top of the search results? Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My home value fluctuates drastically on your site. Starting at $[redacted],[redacted] and then dropping to $[redacted],[redacted] in just a month or two, while my appraisal is closer to $[redacted],[redacted]. The photos of my house are not even up to date. Your listing is completely inaccurate. As a commercial real estate property tax analyst, I know the value is way off. Potential buyers rely on sites like yours, assuming the information provided is accurate. If I were to sell, people might mistakenly believe it's worth only what your site shows, when it's realistically in the $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] range. Please update the information or remove my listing entirely to prevent misinformation. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email with any questions. Thank you, Kathy McPeek

I recently had my house valued at 1.4 million. However, after listing it for $[redacted],[redacted], Zillow lowered their zestimate to $[redacted],[redacted], which doesn't align with our appraisal coming in at over $[redacted],[redacted]. The appraiser valued it around a million, accounting for a discount due to the driveway's slope. I believe the zestimate should be closer to a million, considering we priced it low to facilitate a quick sale. I'm the executor and trustee for my late mother's estate, and with this out-of-state property, selling promptly is crucial for our move back home. Comparable homes in the area are selling for $[redacted]-$[redacted] per square foot. Please revise the zestimate accordingly. Thank you. - Estelle B. I listed my property at 2 Lydia Ln. in Riverton, Illinois some time ago. The Zestimate for my property seems extremely undervalued. I have invested more than $50,[redacted] into it and had a realtor assess it, recommending a listing price of $[redacted],[redacted]. The Zestimate fluctuated from over $[redacted],[redacted] to now $[redacted],[redacted]. This estimate is significantly lower than both the realtor's assessment and the fair market value used for property taxes. Furthermore, I am including an adjacent lot worth $20,[redacted] in the sale. The disparity between the Zestimate and my asking price is substantial and could be discouraging potential buyers. Please reevaluate my property to provide a more realistic value to increase the chances of a successful sale. Thank you.
