I bought my house at [redacted] Green View Terrace, Middleburg, FL [redacted] in March [redacted] as a short sale. The Zillow value was just under $[redacted],[redacted]. A few months later, I refinanced with a mortgage equity loan for $[redacted],[redacted]. However, these changes are not reflected on Zillow. I made significant upgrades to the property including a new HVAC system, whole house water conditioning system, and upgraded flooring. Despite these improvements, my Zillow value dropped by over $68,[redacted] while my neighbors' values remained steady or increased. Trulia valued my home at $[redacted],[redacted]. I have unique features such as more living space, a private swim spa, and 3 full bathrooms. This sudden drop seems like an error in the system. I urge for this issue to be resolved promptly. Thank you, Geoffrey A. Pfister Sr.

When searching online for our property, the information received indicates that it is not currently for sale, which is inaccurate. The property is indeed for sale, and this misinformation could discourage potential buyers from viewing the listing. Once the listing is opened, it correctly shows that the property is for sale. It is important to correct this discrepancy to ensure that all potential buyers have the opportunity to view the listing. I have encountered similar issues with other listings as well and believe it is crucial to address this issue promptly. Please investigate and rectify this error to prevent any possible missed opportunities for interested buyers. Thank you for your assistance.

When searching for our property online, it inaccurately states that it's "not currently for sale" on Zillow. This misinformation could deter potential buyers from viewing the listing. It should correctly display the property as "FOR SALE" to avoid any confusion. Other listings may also have similar inaccuracies. I have noticed this issue from my experience. Please address and correct this so all potential buyers will be encouraged to open and view the listing. Search for "Monterey Bay Dr, Boynton Beach, FL" on Zillow and it should accurately show that the property is for sale. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I have been unsuccessful in resolving my concern with Zillow regarding a significant 17% price drop within a month. Despite contacting multiple Zillow representatives through calls and emails, I have not received any effective assistance. Zillow seems to have shifted the responsibility back to me to address the price drop issue, treating it as if I am to blame. My property has more square footage and land than some nearby homes, which makes the sudden drop puzzling. Asking Zillow to review the past 30 to 60 days, I believe there has been an error in their Zestimate calculations or algorithms. I am exhausted from attempting to rectify a situation beyond my control. I hope others facing challenges with Zillow find resolution, as my experience has only led to automated responses. This is my final attempt to request correction, providing my address: [redacted] N. Tropical Trail, Merritt Island, Florida [redacted]. - Greg M., Contact: [redacted]

I need assistance correcting the listing for my single-family rental unit at [redacted] Caminito Del Rocio on Zillow. The property is mistakenly categorized as a multi-family unit, resulting in an incorrect listing that shows two different properties for sale. I have been trying to resolve this for over a week with no success, causing me to waste valuable time and money. The rental listing was priced at over $[redacted] per month, with a realtor fee of 6% for a one-year lease. As a seasoned real estate broker in California and Arizona, I rely on Zillow for advertising my properties. However, the incorrect listing has led to significant frustration and inconvenience. I am disappointed and upset that this issue has not been resolved promptly, forcing me to incur additional expenses to rent out the property.

I am disappointed by the low price you assigned to the "zestiment" of my home. I did not authorize this valuation. Many have questioned why it was valued so low when I am asking for much more. You have not visited the property or seen the house. I believe it is unjust for you or anyone else to determine the value of my home. It should be up to the potential buyer to decide. Thank you, Margie G.

I am encountering an issue with my land listing on 14 Riverside in Gloucester, MA. The owner's view still displays when the listing appears, despite deleting the owner's pictures. To view my listing information, users must click on agent view. I am looking to have my listing information automatically show up for those searching for land in Gloucester, MA. I reached out to Zillow previously with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Mary C. J Barrett & Company [redacted] Main Street Gloucester, MA [redacted] [redacted]

Dear GetHuman, I recently noticed on Zillow.com and the Zillow app that the property at [redacted] Audrey Smith Lane, Saratoga CA [redacted] has an incorrect estimate price and data. The estimate is significantly lower by around $1.5 million or 35%-40% compared to neighboring properties built by the same architect and builder on the same street, like [redacted] Audrey Smith Ln and [redacted] Audrey Smith Ln. The current estimate is below the purchase price from years ago and even lower than the current county property tax estimate. I am wondering about the determining factors Zillow uses to estimate house prices, why the sudden sharp decline in the estimate, and why it doesn't align with similar neighboring homes. Could you please pass this message along to the appropriate Zillow tech staff to address the estimate price and data issues and provide answers to my questions? I would like to know 1) the determining factors for estimating house prices, 2) the reasons for the sudden sharp decline in estimate price, 3) how to prevent this from happening, and 4) the corrected estimated price and data. Thank you for your assistance! Best regards, -Diana

Hello, my name is Jon Donahue. I'm reaching out to request an update on the Zestimate for my property located at 21 Pleasant Valley Rd, Claysville, PA [redacted]. Despite claiming my home and updating all available information, the listed value remains unchanged. My mortgage company and several other websites estimate the value of my large, well-maintained brick farmhouse to be between $[redacted],[redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted]. The current Zestimate on your website of $[redacted],[redacted] seems inaccurately low. As I plan to sell my home soon and acknowledge the influence of Zillow on potential buyers, I kindly request a reevaluation of the property value. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Regarding my late mother's property at [redacted] McCall Drive, Anniston, AL [redacted], I have inherited the home. An email from Zillow claimed the house was sold on July 09, [redacted], yet I possess the deed and am the current owner. The property is neither sold nor for sale presently. I urge Zillow to promptly contact me to explain and remove the erroneous online listing of the sold house. I have left messages via phone twice with Zillow, with no response. I am traveling from Charlotte, NC to Anniston in August to clear out the house. I insist that no one resides there upon my arrival, as my mother's belongings which I wish to keep are still inside. If not rectified swiftly, I will involve legal assistance. Prompt clarification is essential to alleviate my distress. Kindly address this issue without delay. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Email is acceptable, but I greatly prefer conversing with a representative. Sincerely, Cathy A. [redacted] Home [redacted] Cell

I recently listed my cabin on Zillow, but the Zestimate doesn’t seem accurate. The house across from me sold two years ago for $[redacted],[redacted] and now has a Zestimate of over $[redacted],[redacted]. When I purchased my cabin in [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted], I made extensive upgrades and renovations. I replaced flooring, lighting, faucets, appliances, and even added air conditioning. The exterior improvements include landscaping, a back deck with Trex flooring, covered front deck, pergolas, and screening. I also enhanced accessibility with paved pathways, steps, and handrails. I made significant investments totaling over $[redacted],[redacted] in enhancements. Despite these improvements, I am disheartened that my property is valued lower than the purchase price from 14 years ago. Additionally, I've encountered difficulties updating my Trulia profile as it displays an old and inactive email address.

Subject: Property Valuation Inquiry for [redacted] Woodlawn Dr. Portage MI [redacted] A few months ago, I made updates to the details of my property, aiming for an accurate representation. The original Zestimate was around $[redacted],[redacted], which aligned well with the values of other lakefront properties in the area. Subsequent to the updates, the valuation methodology seemed to shift. The system began referencing non-lakefront properties for comparisons, significantly reducing the estimate to below $[redacted],[redacted]. To address this discrepancy, I have indicated a "make me move" price of $[redacted],[redacted], a figure I believe to be more reflective of the property's worth. Interestingly, neighboring properties are still listed in the half-million range, further accentuating the disparity in the valuation. I kindly request a review of the Zestimate and the comparable properties used for a more accurate representation. Sincerely, J. Donaldson

I am interested in the frequent emails I receive from Zillow regarding my home, which is not currently on the market. For years, the Zestimate was in line with the estimates provided by local brokers for my home's value. However, over the last few months, the Zestimate for my property has significantly decreased by 35%. Today's Zestimate is around $2,[redacted],[redacted], whereas it used to be over $4 million. The Zestimates for neighboring homes remain high, for example, the house next door at [redacted] Summit Ave sold for $5 million and is now estimated at over $5.4 million. Initially, I ignored these discrepancies, assuming there was an issue with the system. However, it now concerns me. I consulted my realtor friends, who gave me estimates ranging from over $3.7 million to likely over $4 million. Why is there such a drastic difference with Zillow's Zestimate for my property? I would appreciate an explanation for the 35% decrease. Thank you, N.S.

I have seen a property on Zillow across from my house that is listed for sale. The listing includes a picture of my home and an appraisal amount that is significantly lower than its actual value. I have tried to contact Zillow through multiple emails and calls over the past three days to have my house's picture and information removed from the neighborhood listing without success. I want my house's pictures and estimate removed from the listing at [redacted] South Watson Drive Centre, AL [redacted]. I have not authorized this information to be shared, and I am eager to have it taken down promptly. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, C. and R. Wynn

My client left a review for me on Zillow but it hasn't appeared on my profile yet. I value reviews and they are vital to my business. I received a confirmation email from Zillow acknowledging her review submission. Could you please ensure the review is posted without having to ask her to write it a third time? I want to thank her for taking the time to do this. Below is the confirmation email from Zillow. Thank you, Ron Talon.

I am having challenges with Zillow misrepresenting the value of my property due to confusion with another nearby property. Our farm spans 5,[redacted] square feet, contains two large ponds, and sits on nearly 50 acres of land, offering breathtaking views. Our address is [redacted] Eanes Rd. NE Check, VA. Currently, our property is listed for sale at $[redacted],[redacted], which we believe is a fair valuation for all the amenities it offers. Unfortunately, Zillow's estimate inaccurately reflects the value at $[redacted],[redacted], mistakenly associating our property with a smaller nearby home that has already been sold. Our property includes custom features, a barn, fencing, a log cabin, a cottage, a tractor shed, and two ponds spanning an acre and a half each. Notably, one of our ponds features a steel bridge leading to an island.

I wrote a review about Patty Lance, a Realtor at Coldwell Banker, but it was rejected by Zillow moderators. I purchased two multimillion dollar homes through Patty in five years. The feedback I received asked for more specifics about my experience working with Patty. I believe my review is accurate and should not violate any guidelines. Our house at [redacted] Golf Course Road, Amsterdam, NY [redacted], is currently listed for sale. On Zillow, the property listing contains both current and outdated photographs from a previous listing, which do not accurately represent our current home after remodeling and repairs. Although the old photos were successfully replaced with new ones when our listing first appeared on MLS, they are now back on Zillow alongside the updated images. The outdated photographs are only visible on Zillow and need to be removed to avoid confusion for potential buyers. We kindly request assistance with correcting this issue to ensure that only the current and relevant photos are displayed on the listing. For any necessary communication regarding this matter, please contact us at [redacted] or via email. Thank you, Laurie and Jay Mycek

My name is Ron Yarbrough, the listing agent for [redacted] Farmington Rd in Farmington, MI. Today's open house is scheduled from 12pm-3pm, but Zillow shows it from 7pm-10pm. Please correct this promptly. I recently held an open house at [redacted] Colony Farms Dr in Plymouth, MI [redacted]. The advertised time on Zillow was incorrect, showing 8-10 pm instead of 1-3 pm. I'm concerned about the misinformation as it could inconvenience my clients. Zillow seems to be 7 hours ahead. The correct details are on Realtor.com and the MLS. Please address this soon!
