The image used to be of the front of our house, which was correct; however, it has now been changed to a picture of the side of our house, which is actually on Tradewinds Lane and not on Santiago Drive. Regarding 25 Chuckwagon Road in Rolling Hills, California, I wanted to inform you that the property is no longer available for rent and will be listed for sale later this year. Currently, there seems to be a valuation algorithm in place that determines the property's worth in terms of rent.
Observing the current valuation of 3 Chuckwagon, which is now over $4 million, it's noteworthy that there are no pictures or history available since its purchase in [redacted]. To ensure a more accurate valuation on Zillow for our property, we should remove the rental pricing information. Additionally, it is essential to update the number of garages from 2 to 5 in their records. The house was appraised at $3.6 million during a recent refinance.

I have 8 listings that I'm trying to get back up on your rental website. I've been a user for more than 6 years. I'm unsure why the properties have been declined, causing me lost time and income. Despite reaching out through the help site, nothing seems to be resolving the issue. Though marked as solved, the map still asks for me to activate the listing. In "My Properties," it still states declined. I've attempted to remove and reactivate it, but it consistently shows as declined. Although it appears activated on my page, it displays as declined on Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads. As the owner, I can provide tax documents for verification. I have been communicating with Malaya Sacopla from Zillow Help Center regarding a significant issue with our Zestimate after listing our house for sale by owner. Despite neighboring houses with lesser updates holding or increasing their values, our Zestimate keeps decreasing daily, affecting our ability to attract potential buyers. I struggled posting my deceased mother's home on Zillow. After attempting to upload a video, I realized why there are no videos on Zillow. It has been weeks, and I have been unable to successfully post. My sister and I took pictures but now the posting is messed up, and I can't see any images. Is there a limit I wasn't aware of? How can I resolve this issue? When I filled out the application, I wasn't prompted to create a password. I have fixed that, but how do I access the photo section? I am desperate and frustrated.

I've been browsing homes to retire on Zillow, and twice now I've reached out about properties. Each time I was promptly contacted by a Zillow representative who assured me an agent would follow up. On both occasions, an agent called promptly, but unfortunately, my experiences with them were disappointing. The first agent from San Antonio took my information but never got back to me. Similarly, the agent for a townhome in NC didn't provide satisfactory answers about the low price and never followed up as promised. I understand Zillow can't control the actions of every realtor, but these experiences have deterred me from using Zillow moving forward. I just thought I'd share my feedback with you. Thank you.

I would like to request the immediate correction of the information regarding our home listed for sale on Zillow. Our home is unequivocally not for sale. It appears that your algorithms have mistakenly identified a different property at [redacted] North on [redacted] East street and listed it as our home, which is actually located at [redacted] East on [redacted] North street. This error is affecting the perceived value of our property since the other home is smaller and priced significantly lower. Please promptly remove all data and images of the incorrect property. The current listing is causing unnecessary inquiries from people interested in what they perceive as a "great deal," disrupting the five college students who currently reside in our home and are preparing for exams. Despite being the owner, I am unable to edit this listing as the page notes suggest contacting the listing agent, Austin Cales, for modifications. Mr. Cales has informed me that he cannot make changes and advised me to contact Zillow instead. However, I have not found a contact number to address this issue. I am experiencing the same problem! Currently, only the first picture is visible, followed by very small pictures. Some were deleted when I first listed my Make Me Move. Users can't scroll down to see the rest of the description or details, causing me to only receive calls from agents. Please return the site to its previous layout and reupload the deleted pictures to resolve this issue.
