I wanted to inform you that my niece in the Philippines fell victim to a scam involving $[redacted] through your company. She was led to believe she had secured a job with Bristol Myers Squibb as a Clinical Trial Research Associate. The scammer instructed her to pay for accommodation in three different packages, and once she sent $[redacted].25 along with $[redacted] for a supposed Residence work permit, she realized she had been deceived. The scam claimed she would be assigned to locations in Mt Vernon and Evansville, Indiana, which turned out to be closed. After investigating, it became clear this was a fraudulent scheme. I wanted to alert your company so you can take steps to warn the public. I will also forward the email messages to my niece for reference. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Rosario Labarcon

I'm experiencing an issue with my rental listings. The first listing was fine, but in the second listing, I mistakenly chose the property type as "whole apartment community" instead of "apartment unit." As a result, both listings are now under one address, displaying two units with no detailed descriptions for each.
I've attempted to change the one marked as "whole apartment community" to "apartment unit" without success. Deleting it didn't work either, so I tried archiving it.
I created two separate listings with the correct "apartment unit" designation and detailed descriptions. However, the Zillow listing doesn't display the details of these two separate listings.
I need assistance in deleting the listing marked as "whole apartment community." I want both of my individual unit listings to appear correctly on Zillow.
The rental address is [redacted] Gallatin Drive, Santa Clara, CA95051. It's a 4-plex building, with apartments 3 and 4 available for rent.
Thank you for your help.

I have been monitoring my home's value on Zillow for over 2 years. Recently, all my information disappeared from the app, stating "not enough data to calculate value," "no Zestimate available," and "no Zestimate range." Previously, I could see estimates and all the details. Despite trying to update and re-enter information, the app won't allow it. I find it odd that it still displays market appreciation values, tax assessments, and comparables ranging from $471K - $496K, whereas before, it showed my home value as $488K. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, and updated my info, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I can still view Zestimates for my friends and family but want to restore the updating info for my home. I do receive data on another real estate app that starts with R, but I prefer using Zillow. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

On February 27th, I submitted a request to update the Overview/Description of my property at [redacted] Fleehart Street, Amador City, CA. Both ZILLOW and TRULIA are displaying incorrect information compared to my MLS "Description." Despite receiving request #[redacted] and then submitting a follow-up request on March 14th with reference number "[redacted], I have not received any response. The property is up for sale through an online auction with a MINIMUM BID of $[redacted],[redacted] (not $1,[redacted],[redacted]), and the BID DEADLINE is APRIL 11TH (not December 13th). It is crucial that the Overview/Description on both ZILLOW and TRULIA is rectified promptly.

I own a property at [redacted] Queen Street Unit [redacted] in Honolulu, HI [redacted]. I've noticed that the latest Zillow estimate for my unit is lower than similar units of the same model below our floor. Units like [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] with the same floor plan and new status have higher Zillow estimates. Despite being on a higher non-penthouse floor, our unit had a higher list price than the units with the same floor plan below. All units in the building are brand new, differing only in floor plan and location. Units ending in 03 are identical in layout and placement on each floor. Considering these factors, I believe our 38th-floor unit should have a higher estimated value than the aforementioned units below us. Thank you for addressing this discrepancy.

I am confused by this link, as our home is still for sale and has not been removed from the market. I'm concerned about a listing indicating it's "off market," while another shows it's still available for sale. Could you please ensure that the incorrect "off market" listing is deleted? Your help is appreciated.

Zillow is displaying two listings for our property at [redacted] Penny Road, Powell, WY [redacted]. One listing indicates that the home is for sale, while the other shows it as "off market." Zillow is currently displaying two listings for our home at **** Penny Road, Powell, WY ******: one correctly shows our home as listed for sale, while the other indicates that it is "off-market." I have a listing at [redacted] Killarney in Odessa, Florida that is not showing up on Zillow due to an incorrect map for Odessa that does not include this street in The Eagles subdivision. I work with Tammy W. from The Sper Group at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group. We have noticed an issue with the map on Zillow and would like it corrected to show our property. When searching for "Private Swimming Pools in Odessa, Florida" on Google, Zillow results display a map with an error. I have highlighted the area that needs to be included, and it should follow the corrected black line, not avoid the house. Other platforms like realtor.com have this area mapped correctly. Could you please assist us in correcting this issue on Zillow or let us know the steps to update it? Thank you.

I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue with my house listing on Zillow. The property at [redacted] Coventry Circle, Brownwood TX [redacted], was purchased by me about a year ago and has been renovated. It is now for sale by owner, not in foreclosure as incorrectly listed on Zillow for $29,[redacted]. The pictures misrepresent the house, and it has not been sold. I urgently need Zillow to remove this listing as it has been over 72 hours without any resolution. You can contact me at [redacted], my name is Jane Hilland, and my email is [redacted] I hope to have this issue fixed promptly as I do not wish to tarnish Zillow's reputation. I require assistance as a landlord reviewing an online rental application for a prospective tenant. I am facing issues verifying my identity, resulting in being locked out of the process. Despite confirming with Experian that there are no problems on their end, I remain unable to access the application. Although my credit freeze was lifted, I am still encountering this roadblock repeatedly. I am eager to communicate with a representative over the phone but, unfortunately, my recent attempt to contact Zillow's customer service was unsuccessful due to calling outside their operating hours. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my property listing on Zillow. I have verified my ownership multiple times using two different email addresses, as I previously used one before. Despite this, I have been unable to access my listing for [redacted] Tulare Ave. Richmond, CA [redacted] to make edits or manage inquiries. The problem arose after I cleared my computer's data and cache, leading me to forget my password and subsequently become disconnected from my listing. I tried setting up a new listing for the same address to reconnect but was unsuccessful. I have tried claiming and unclaiming my property with the two different email addresses, but have not been able to resolve the issue. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be rectified. Thank you for your assistance. - Judy Penso

I have owned [redacted] W Ardmore in Chicago since [redacted]. Recently, the price history incorrectly shows a sale on Feb 22, [redacted], at a significantly inflated price with no listed history, affecting the property's value. A buying agent's name, Alka Patel from Schaumburg IL, was briefly associated with the false transaction on Zillow. After contacting her, she was removed, but the transaction remains. While the Cook County Deed Recorder's title history is unaffected, I have notified a law enforcement group about potential deed fraud monitoring. Concerned about rising deed fraud, I suspect a scam or a data entry error. The quick removal of the agent's name raises suspicions, as it would not have been displayed without association. I request Zillow promptly removes the erroneous transaction from Feb 22, [redacted], to prevent neighborhood value distortion and any impact on my potential sale. Trulia also reflects this error, compounding the issue. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jason Rohr, and I would like to sell [redacted] Eastwyck Dr., Tampa, FL [redacted] as a for sale by owner property. The Zestimate for my house is $[redacted],[redacted]. Comparing it to nearby properties like [redacted] Londonshire Ln and [redacted] Eastwyck Dr, which have sold for $[redacted],[redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted] respectively, I believe my home should be valued higher due to its unique features such as an extended lanai, saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, and more. Redfin.com and Realtor.com also estimate my home's value at $397K and $392K, which further supports my belief. I am requesting a re-evaluation of the Zillow estimates for my property and the surrounding homes. For inquiries, please contact me at [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter would greatly assist me in listing my home on Zillow. Thank you. Jason Rohr

Our contract with Barrett Sotheby's expired on March 12th. I updated my Zillow account on March 18th as an owner to decrease the property price, but on March 22nd, the price reverted to Barrett Sotheby's listing and displayed the old price. Zillow lacks customer service support, making it challenging to address this issue. I want the house description on the site to be mine, not Barrett Sotheby's, and I want the price to reflect the update from March 18th. Please remove the history of March 22nd from the property listing to avoid confusion for potential buyers. The property in question is located at 15 James Street, Lexington, MA.

I'm concerned that my communication with Zillow's customer support may have been too strong due to my current medication. Over the weekend and this morning, I sent emails and left a voicemail regarding an incorrect sale posting on Feb 22, [redacted] for [redacted] W Ardmore Chicago IL [redacted]. Despite submitting detailed inquiries, I have not received any response. It is crucial to resolve this issue as I plan to list this property soon, and this error is causing confusion. I understand Zillow handles numerous inquiries daily, but I was hopeful for a direct response to address and remove the inaccurate listing. It would be helpful to know the source of this misinformation to prevent its recurrence. I am eager for a prompt resolution and hope to hear from them soon.

I placed my house at 8 Green Acre Lane, [redacted] on the market, but Zillow removed most of my photos without reason. I had to reinsert them, only to find out that Zillow has significantly dropped my house's estimate by over $[redacted],[redacted], comparing it to irrelevant properties. I checked other listings within a 5-10 mile radius, and none of them experienced such drastic decreases. I've lived here for years and most of the areas they are comparing me to are unknown to me. Despite my updates, Zillow continues to compare my property to unsuitable options and keeps lowering the estimate even further after my complaints. Their response was simply that it's due to their algorithm, ignoring my actual updates like adding a private beach, which did not increase the estimate. It seems like they are unfairly targeting only my listing for these drastic drops in value. Thank you for the advice, but each update I make results in a decrease in the estimate, not an increase.

I'm curious about the significant decrease in my property's "Zestimate" value recently. Other real estate platforms have not reflected this drop, and there hasn't been any evident changes in the area to justify such a decrease. While the real estate market isn't booming, it's stable in this bayfront town. I'm puzzled by this sudden decline, especially after I updated some positive home details on the Zillow site, including a recent photo showcasing exterior updates. These updates should ideally have increased the property's value on Zillow, not the opposite.

I believe that the Zillow valuation for the property at [redacted] RCR [redacted], Point, TX [redacted] is undervalued. The house has undergone extensive renovations, not just superficial changes. With all new flooring, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchen, electrical system, sheetrock, insulation, doors, and fixtures, along with upgraded features like a functional fireplace, new septic system, and updated porch floors, the property's value should be higher. The total acreage is approximately .[redacted] acres. These improvements amount to at least $[redacted],[redacted], making the Zillow estimate seem quite low. For more details, please contact me, Harvey S. Dorman, Jr., at [redacted] (cell) or [redacted] (home), or via email at [redacted] Thank you for considering my perspective on this matter. - Harvey D.
