Our home, located at [redacted] W Central Ave, Pearl River NY, is a spacious property with five bedrooms, two full baths, and a two-car garage below the house, making it stand out among the 36 homes in the cul-de-sac. The house features attractive landscaping with pavers, Hardy Plank siding, a modern front door, a 12 sq ft gazebo with screens and a ceiling fan, and a 10 sq ft utility shed. Significant investments were made in the property, including a new roof last year. It is currently listed for $[redacted],[redacted]. In comparison, the neighboring property at [redacted] W Central Ave has five bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, but no garage and a patched roof. It was sold in August [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. Another nearby property at [redacted] W Central Ave, sold in June [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted], has four bedrooms and two garages on the ground level, but with an old roof. Our neighbors at [redacted] W Central Ave. sold for $[redacted],[redacted] in August [redacted], and the property at [redacted] W Central Ave. sold for $[redacted],[redacted] in June [redacted]. We have invested in landscaping, a Gazebo, and other upgrades, making our property unique on our cul-de-sac. Zillow should adjust the estimate considering the recent sales prices in the neighborhood.

We listed our condo for rent last week on your website and discovered that our condo advertisement appeared in the apartment listings in the Alexandria and DC area. We are concerned about the lack of visibility as there are numerous ads. On Zillow, we were able to specify the zip code, resulting in fewer properties displayed. Could you assist us in optimizing our condo ad to show up only in the designated zip code? We typically search using the zip code or Alexandria city, VA. Our condo is located at [redacted] John Carlyle Street, Unit [redacted], Alexandria, VA. If possible, please include it under the [redacted] zip code along with other properties such as houses, townhouses, and condos. I have contacted [redacted] with the following details: Name: Bill Thayer (Landlord) Listing Address: [redacted] Oakhill Rd, Watauga TX [redacted] Issue: Verification of work and rental history for multiple rental applicants to make a renting decision promptly. One applicant, Corey Fisher, mentioned facing issues with the Zillow application and expressed interest in applying through Trulia instead. While I can see an incomplete application by Corey Fisher on the rental manager page, there is no record of an application on Trulia. Upon attempting to access Trulia, I couldn't locate a dashboard for my listings. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly to facilitate my rental decision. I need urgent assistance with my address. It is currently marked as being in foreclosure, which is causing distress for my family due to unwanted visits from realtors and strangers. A few years back, during my engagement, my partner used to share Zillow home listings with me as we searched for our future home. Unfortunately, the engagement ended in Oct. [redacted], but I am continuously receiving numerous Zillow home emails forwarded by him, which feels like harassment. Despite asking him in [redacted] to stop sending these alerts, they persist. I believe being spared from these emails is necessary for my peace of mind. I have been utilizing Post-it notes and Zillow for my rental properties with success over the years. However, I am currently experiencing difficulties reactivating my listings on Zillow. For the past few months, the program has not been responsive, and in the last couple of weeks, my attempts to reactivate have been unsuccessful. When trying to reactivate, I receive an error message instructing me to refresh the page, but this has not resolved the issue. However, whenever someone searches for our address on Zillow, it directs them to [redacted] Bright Cloud Ave instead. We reside in a two-family condo above [redacted] Veraz St., Las Vegas, [redacted], which is correctly displayed. Could you please rectify the location information for our property? We posted a rental ad on Zillow for a condo at [redacted] John Carlyle Street, Unit [redacted], [redacted]. Unfortunately, the ad appears among numerous other commercial apartment listings, making it hard to stand out when searched on Google. Unlike other sites like rent.com, Zillow doesn't list condos separately, so our individual listing is lost in a sea of apartments under the same address. We feel overlooked as individuals trying to rent out our property rather than commercial entities. To increase visibility, we need to list on multiple platforms. Zillow should consider categorizing condos differently. This issue is causing us significant worry. We have another condo in a different location. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have three issues that I need assistance with. 1. I believe my listing should be categorized under townhomes rather than single-family, as it is attached on one side and has an HOA, although it is on one level like a single-family home. I would like this to be adjusted. 2. I previously listed my villa for rent on Zillow at [redacted] Satinwood Trail, Coconut Creek, FL. However, I have decided to upgrade and sell it instead of renting. After receiving an independent appraisal on 3/7/19 for $[redacted],[redacted], I noticed that the Zestimate is lower, impacting my selling prospects. Good afternoon, I'm Anthony R. and I own the rental property at [redacted] Pele St. in Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. I came across a concerning email posted by a prospective tenant, Debra, that I believe is misleading. Debra initially agreed to rent the property but backed out just five days before the move-in date, claiming she was relocating back to Las Vegas. I believe this negative post is in response to her disagreement with our contract terms, refusal to sign the lease, and unwillingness to comply with deposit requirements for utilities and security. I decided to sell my home as a for-sale-by-owner and no longer work with my agent. The property is located at [redacted] Gloria Ave. Shreveport, LA [redacted]. I listed the house on your website and received a verification call from your [redacted] number to confirm details. During the call, there was some confusion about the room count. I initially stated 9 rooms, which you corrected to 3 bedrooms, after I mentioned that pre-remodel there were 7 rooms. Due to this misunderstanding, the automated message indicated that the home would not be posted at that time. I inquired about a listing on Zillow and "Alex" contacted me, claiming to have the listing agent on the line. After putting me on hold multiple times, he suggested a Saturday morning appointment which he failed to follow up on. Upon calling back, he mentioned a different realtor and then abruptly disconnected the call. Despite his text about a missed call, I received no voicemail or record of it. Requesting to speak to a manager, I was met with no response. After being put on hold and disconnected by another person, also named Alex, I felt ignored. Subsequent attempts were met with my number allegedly being blocked. After contacting the office and speaking with "Rachel" who vowed to investigate and email me by Monday, no communication was received. This frustrating encounter was by far the worst real estate experience I've encountered.

Dear all, I am reaching out as a premium home builder on Camano Island, Washington. A recent buyer withdrew from a deal due to a misguided Zillow estimate for a property, causing undue confusion. Despite a prior request made over a month ago, I have not received any response from Zillow regarding this matter. The property under appraisal is 92 Pleasant Lane, Camano Island, WA. The current Zillow valuation severely undervalues the property at $[redacted],[redacted], while it should realistically be evaluated at around $1.2 million. To offer context, I am providing three comparables ("comps") for review. These properties, located at [redacted] Newell Road, [redacted] Walnut Court, and [redacted] Newell Road, have higher Zillow estimates despite being of lesser quality than 92 Pleasant Lane, which I developed. A few months ago, the location of our home/property was inaccurately updated on Zillow, placing it 30 miles away with a different house and street name. Unable to contact support, I adjusted the pointer to correct the location. Now the image only shows our highway gate. The property, located on Arizona State Highway [redacted], was wrongly given a local name from Show Low, Az. Originally, Zillow displayed home facts, values, and pictures from a [redacted] listing. I kindly request to have this information restored to its previous state.

I have two active listings on the MLS, but when I click on the agent finder and my name appears, it does not show that I have any listings. One is active at 22 SE 11th Ave, Ft Lauderdale, FL [redacted], and the other is pending at [redacted] Crestview Circle, Weston, FL [redacted]. For both listings, my picture shows up as the listing agent, but my name is not clickable and my company is not listed. My email is [redacted], and I work for Coldwell Banker.
