I have a property located at [redacted] Keel St. Martinsville, VA, that I have been trying to list for over 2 weeks. The verification team in Las Vegas keeps informing me about Zillow's new policy that limits individuals to listing only 2 properties without ownership proof, which I have. Despite contacting them 4 times, they keep mentioning that someone from their corporate office will contact me but haven't provided a direct number. I have been waiting for 2 weeks with no follow-up as promised. Communication has been challenging as they stick to scripted responses without offering assistance, even after I explained that I never received any calls as they stated.

I enlisted the help of my neighbor to list my condo at [redacted] Crystal Shores Dr, Apt [redacted], Boynton Beach, FL [redacted] about 3 weeks ago. I never removed it from the market, but when I checked on Zillow today to add some pictures as the calls stopped coming in, it showed as "OFF MARKET." I tried to reactivate the listing with my neighbor's help, but during the verification call, I couldn't recall the original listing price on Zillow. After calling back, I spoke with Gabby, who wasn't very pleasant. I found her attitude disappointing and hope she never experiences memory lapses at 80 years old. It's frustrating that the listing shows as off the market when it's actually not. I feel your treatment and that of your staff towards seniors is discriminatory, and I may have to escalate this issue to AARP and other appropriate channels. It's concerning how outdated information from the MLS is causing misunderstandings, especially considering memory issues in older adults.

This is my second attempt today to seek assistance from Z. I had prepared text for an apartment rental ad with photos but encountered issues uploading them to my Z. advertisement. After my initial text, the completed ad without photos seemed to vanish. It was approximately 10:13 am EST when this happened. I returned now to retry posting the apartment rental ad with photos. Surprisingly, upon visiting Z's website, I discovered that my house was listed for sale instead. I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter directly rather than automated responses. It would be great if a reputable company like Zillow could reach out. I can be reached at [redacted]. I am home and eager to resolve this confusion. Thank you. B. Drake. I will provide my email but prefer a phone call, as this is urgent.

I encountered an issue while trying to leave a review for real estate agent Maggie Burgess, who has the listing for a property I am selling. When I attempted to submit the review, I received an error message stating, "Invalid security check. Please reload the page and try again." I attempted to resubmit the review multiple times without success. Upon checking the agent's profile on Zillow, I noticed that the property address listed was incorrect, showing "[redacted] Salem Loop" instead of "[redacted] Salem Road." I confirmed the correct address is "[redacted] Salem Road, Graham, TX [redacted]." Despite trying to submit the review with both addresses, I faced the same error message. I have a Zillow profile and any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jack Atwood

Hello, I kindly request a reevaluation of my Zestimate for my property. I am Paul Best, and my address is [redacted] Carter Lane, Charlottesville, VA [redacted]. My house has undergone a full renovation costing $[redacted],[redacted], not reflected in the current Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]. Comparable homes in my area are listed at $[redacted],[redacted] despite minimal updates since the 1960s. My home, listed at $[redacted],[redacted], seems undervalued. My Realtor is willing to discuss this matter. For instance, referring to [redacted] Jamestown Dr., a larger house in the same area with fewer upgrades, only a few blocks away, could provide insight. Several properties in the Greenbrier Neighborhood have sold for over $[redacted],[redacted] and even $[redacted],[redacted], showing the potential value of my home. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am willing to provide further details if needed. Thank you for your time.

As a real estate agent at Lang Realty in Palm Beach, Florida, I have encountered issues with Zillow regarding two of my listings. The property at [redacted] S Lake Dr, Lantana FL [redacted], listed on Beaches MLS since 1/19/[redacted], is not showing as an Active listing. Additionally, the listing for [redacted] Lands End Rd, with MLS # RX-[redacted]5, displays incorrect information on Zillow. It features new photos, but the marketing copy is from a previous expired listing with a different agent. This misinformation is causing problems due to inaccuracies about the Eau Palm Beach Hotel and Spa facilities for La Coquille Club members. I kindly request immediate correction of these discrepancies. Thank you.

I'm experiencing difficulty with listing my house. I uploaded photos of my property in July and added more information in December without making it live for sale. However, there are now two listings for [redacted] Norman Circle, Greenville, KY [redacted], with missing photos and incorrect details indicating two units. I have discovered the page I edited in December with the additional information but when I attempted to list it for sale in February, it wasn't published. I received a call from a potential bot verifier asking if I listed the house, to which I confirmed, yet the listing is not live and only saved in my account. I tried to remove it, but it claimed there were two owners. I need assistance to rectify this issue as I am eager to list my house correctly.

Good Afternoon,
I am from Grand Rapids, MI, and I want to address an advertisement I saw from Zillow in partnership with YWCA County. I appreciate the program's effort to assist domestic violence victims, but I noticed a bias in the ad. It focuses on women as victims and portrays men solely as abusers, which doesn't reflect the reality where men can also be victims. This one-sided portrayal can discourage men from seeking help for domestic abuse. As someone who has witnessed women as abusers personally, I feel it's essential for media to present a balanced view to encourage all victims to come forward. I hope Zillow will consider inclusivity in their future campaigns to support both men and women affected by domestic violence. If this feedback is not reaching the right person, please forward it to ensure it's addressed.
Spread Love,
Angelica M.

Hello,
I recently came across a review on Premier Agent that contains inaccurate information about me. I own a 2-flat building with two apartments that I rent out myself. I am not representing anyone as their agent, and I do not have any real estate signs posted or the building listed in the MLS. This is my property, and I advertise it for rent on various apartment rental websites. One tenant had to be asked to leave due to non-payment of rent, and he has since spread lies about me, including posting a false review on Zillow. Since I was never his real estate agent, he should not have the ability to review me in that capacity. I am requesting that this review be removed as it is based on false information. Please address this matter promptly as it is important to me to have this inaccurate review taken down from the site. Thank you.

I'd like to address the inaccuracies in the Zillow appraisal for our property at 8 Lower Cove Road in Ware, MA [redacted]. The listing includes two connected properties: the lakefront property at 10 Lower Cove Road and the house property at 8 Lower Cove Road. Both are being sold as one unit. The valuation provided by Zestimate does not reflect the true value of our waterfront home, especially considering the significant renovations we've done over the past 28 years. Updates like replacing electric heat with a baseboard hot water system, adding central AC, and remodeling the basement have not been factored into the assessment. It's important to us that potential buyers understand the full value of our property.

It has come to my attention that there is an error in the property listing for [redacted] Ashwood Place, Parkersburg, WV [redacted]. The property has not been sold as reported on 2/2/[redacted]. Although there was an offer, the home is still available for purchase. Unfortunately, the attempt to temporarily take down the listing resulted in incorrect information being displayed. Efforts to rectify this mistake have been unsuccessful, leading to the property being falsely labeled as sold for $[redacted],[redacted].00. I kindly request assistance in removing these inaccurate details from your site. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

Good evening Mr. Dohmenr,
Could you please confirm if the plan mentioned in your previous email is related to the After School program we discussed during our meeting? We just want to clarify because Taylor is not willing to stay after school. He mentioned concerns about grades being reset but has committed to doing his work diligently from now on, seeing it as a fresh start. Your updates on his progress are greatly appreciated. Apologies for any disruptions he may have caused, and we are committed to supporting him in any way we can. Stilwel is a wonderful school, and we are grateful for the support you have shown him.

I am experiencing a significant issue with the Zillow Zestimate for my property. The displayed value is substantially lower than the actual appraised value and is impacting my ability to sell. Despite two recent appraisals valuing the property at over 800K, the Zestimate is in the low 600K range and decreasing. The Zestimate fails to consider the extensive remodel done in [redacted]-18 and is being influenced by properties in the area that are not comparable. It is frustrating to see my property undervalued compared to others in the neighborhood. This discrepancy of nearly 250K is unacceptable. I believe Zillow should refrain from providing a Zestimate if it cannot accurately represent a property's value. It would be more appropriate to acknowledge when there is insufficient information available to generate an estimate.

My residence at [redacted] Olinda Road, Maui, with [redacted] square feet on 2 acres, is undervalued at $[redacted],[redacted]. Featuring pine trees, citrus, avocados, and ocean views, it includes Island cooking, Koa Wood, valued at $1,[redacted],[redacted] previously. At 70, my taxes froze as a senior courtesy. Perhaps the inaccurate property tax assessment accounts for the low value. Visiting [redacted] Olinda Road, priced at $1,[redacted],[redacted] with fewer amenities, a smaller size, and lesser views, underlines our home's superior value. Please reevaluate our property accordingly. Thank you. - ED Mee
