I feel like there is a double standard as gay parades are accepted but my video is blocked. I believe in freedom of expression, but I am disappointed by your actions. My YouTube account was suspended three months ago, and I am unsure of the reason. My laptop was affected by ransomware, which led me to spend a month trying to decrypt my files, ultimately resulting in me formatting all the drives. When setting up my accounts on a new Windows system, I successfully logged into my Gmail account, but to my surprise, my YouTube account was suspended. I am frustrated by the lack of support from YouTube, as all I receive are automated messages. The slow response time and unhelpful automated replies are disheartening. I recently fell victim to a scam from someone posing as a YouTubeTV customer support agent this morning. If you need more information, feel free to reach out. They claimed that my computer had been compromised by hackers and offered to assist me. The phone number they used to contact me was [redacted]. Following their instructions, they directed me to seek help from Cisco Certified Networking Associates, claiming the issue was not related to my network. They tried to charge $[redacted] for remote fixing, but I sought assistance from Geeksquad instead, who resolved the issue. Resetting my system by signing out and back in resolved the connection problem. I suspect the initial issue may have been due to an outage with my AT&T service in the morning. They contacted me multiple times using various numbers, including [redacted].

I was looking forward to watching the Duke and UNC championship game, so I signed up for a two-week free trial of YouTube TV. I intended to cancel before being charged, but I struggled to find the cancellation option. The absence of a simple cancellation button under the membership tab was frustrating. Despite my efforts to research how to cancel, I still have the unwanted subscription. I urgently need guidance on canceling the subscription and receiving a refund of $69.70. Using YouTube TV has been interesting, but locating the cancellation button and accessing the app on different devices has been challenging. When trying to log in on another device, it requests a password even though one was not created during the trial; only my email was used. The process has been confusing, and I would appreciate a refund of the charged amount.

Some time ago, I set up two-step verification for my YouTube account, receiving verification codes via SMS. Recently, my SIM card was deactivated, and I obtained a new one with a different phone number. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my YouTube account or upload new content without receiving the verification code on my new number. My account is linked to Google, and I am hoping that a YouTube representative can assist me in updating my phone number. I would like to delete a YouTube channel, but unfortunately, I forgot the email address I used to register it.
In [redacted], I unknowingly created a personal YouTube account using my full name, and I recently rediscovered it when searching for my name online. I am eager to remove it promptly as I am about to embark on a job search and do not want this account visible with all its saved videos.

The individual changed the password, phone number, and recovery email, making it impossible for me to regain access. They are still utilizing my name in the email and maintaining activity on YouTube, even showcasing my photos. I trust you have the capability to view my prior passwords and details associated with the account, which could assist in resolving this issue.
I anticipate relocating to the Netherlands and had arrangements with a hospital, but due to this incident, I'm unable to communicate with them. As a nurse with irregular working hours, the lack of response to my messages has caused additional stress. I have ways to verify my ownership of the account through connections with Snapchat and Instagram, both linked to the compromised email address. I have ceased posting YouTube videos since the breach, feeling utterly bewildered and concerned about how this intrusion occurred.

I recently uploaded a lengthy video featuring approximately 10 copyrighted songs. I knowingly uploaded it, expecting copyright claims and ads to appear. Although I have other videos with copyright claims that continue to be monetized, this particular video was unexpectedly taken down after three days. Most songs are now restricted from being monetized. I tried to explore options to unblock the video, like muting or changing the audio, but encountered issues. The page states there are visibility restrictions, but my channel remains unaffected. Unfortunately, I cannot select any options to address the claimed audio due to an "unsupported" video message. I hope to resolve this matter to keep the video up, even if it means altering the audio.

I utilized a virtual platform to stream music from YouTube in a small window while multitasking on my phone. This platform wasn't from the Google store. I am experiencing an issue with captions not appearing consistently while watching videos with Closed Captions (CC) enabled. Initially, the captions showed up, but upon revisiting the videos, they are no longer displaying. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like adjusting caption settings, clearing browser data, reinstalling Chrome and YouTube, trying different web browsers, restarting my device, and disabling extensions. Despite these efforts, the captions appear intermittently, causing frustration. The videos have confirmed CC files, as indicated by the CC icon, and the transcriptions function is active at the bottom of the videos. However, the captions are unreliable, sometimes showing and other times not, especially upon rewatching. I look forward to prompt solutions to resolve this inconsistency. Thank you.

On Thursday, May 26th, I attempted to cancel my YouTube Premium membership priced at $11.99 per month. However, upon accessing the cancellation page on the app, I discovered the option to pause the membership, which seemed like a better choice. Despite multiple attempts that day, the app crashed continuously, forcing me to restart my phone twice. Regrettably, I postponed the action hoping for a resolution. When I checked my account today, I found it in the negative due to the charge processing. I am requesting a refund and a one-month pause on my YouTube Premium membership. If feasible, waiving the overdraft fee would be appreciated since the app's malfunctioning prevented me from pausing the membership on the original day of attempt. Subsequently, I was able to successfully pause it today after the payment had gone through and affected my account balance.

Despite numerous reports, no actions have been taken to address the situation. This has led to threats, stalking, and the unauthorized use of content. I have gathered many screenshots and recordings to support this claim. The main creators responsible for instigating cyberbullying include So Thar, General Awareness, Thunderpuss, Blood Money, Hittman Benny Keyz, Nikalina777, Crafting through the lies, Savage, and BDAC. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be stopped to prevent harm. Benny Keyz, specifically, has been inciting these actions and misrepresenting himself as an advocate for missing children, despite lacking the necessary credentials. His history of drug issues and criminal behavior should disqualify him from such claims, as he promotes violence and inappropriate behaviors. It is crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent further harm.

My name is Richard Bane, and I reside in Hawk Point, Missouri. I am requesting a refund as I have not received the service I paid for. Please return the funds to my card as I will not pay additional dollars for a service that you failed to provide. I do not want to spend more money to fix an issue that you caused due to my one-time lateness. You assured me a refund or the removal of commercials for $10, which has not been done. I no longer trust you with my subscription and will cancel it. I can find free music elsewhere without the $10 charge. Being a senior citizen, I feel frustrated by the situation. Do not charge my credit card again in the future, as I will instruct my bank to block any transactions from you. Refunding me won't make me reconsider, as I don't believe I should wait for a problem I didn't create.
