I recently discovered that Google has been charging me twice for the premium service of YouTube through PayPal for the past three months without my authorization. My usual billing is on the 9th of each month on my Visa card. After canceling autopay on PayPal, I tried to cancel on my Google account, but was informed that the premium account would terminate on July 22. I've been a premium subscriber for over two years, always billed on my Visa card. I noticed the issue when ads started appearing again. I need verification and correction of this double billing. I'm unsure why this occurred as my recent Google account activity was only related to One Drive billing. I paid my June bill on 06/22/[redacted] but Google still deducted the amount through PayPal, leading to a total billing of $39.66. I am requesting a refund of $26.44 or a credit for two months starting in July. I need the double payment to cease as my billing is solely done on my Visa card ending in [redacted].

I initially signed up for a free trial of YouTube's premium music. Even after canceling my subscription, I am still being charged every month. I contacted my credit card company, and they reimbursed the charge but could not prevent future payments. Despite already canceling the subscription and not finding an option to terminate an inactive subscription, the charges persist. What complicates matters is not receiving email notifications about the charges, leading to uncertainty about the associated email address. None of my email accounts display an active subscription or payment history since the cancellation. Despite my efforts, contacting YouTube by phone has been unsuccessful, and the support website requires a merchant or account number to reach out. I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.

Recently, I've been targeted by two YouTubers who are using my old videos to intimidate me. They go by the names "As Above So Below" and "The Bridge Burner." They have made false accusations against me in their comments, claiming I posted inappropriate content when, in fact, it was related to news coverage. Despite my efforts to report this to YouTube, they continue to harass me and spread lies. I am seeking assistance in dealing with this situation as they are now blackmailing me unjustly. This person, who goes by the name AS ABOVE SO BELOW, is located in Canada, specifically Toronto. They have made insensitive comments about a case involving the murder of two girls in Delphi, Indiana, showing a lack of understanding and empathy. This behavior is concerning as it can potentially incite harm towards others. It is essential to address and take action on such harmful online conduct.

On August 22, [redacted], I received an email from [redacted] indicating that my YouTube channel was permanently removed due to severe or repeated violations of the Community Guidelines. The email suggested that I could appeal the decision by filling out a form and provided a link to do so.
I believe this removal was a mistake as I have not violated any policies on the platform. Despite trying to appeal online twice, I have been unable to regain access to my YouTube account. The account and all its videos are still accessible to viewers, but I cannot administer it.
I am hoping to speak with a YouTube representative to resolve this issue and have my account reinstated.

I recently rented the film "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore" on YouTube. Unfortunately, the audio quality was extremely poor, making it difficult to enjoy. I tried watching it on different devices and networks, but the issue persisted. The sound was distorted, especially during music and dialogue, sounding choppy and laggy. I attempted to capture the problem, but it's hard to describe accurately.
I am disappointed in the high price I paid for such a low-quality experience. What's more, I noticed that the same film was being sold for a lower price on my YouTube homepage after I had already rented it for $15.99. This discrepancy has left me feeling frustrated and confused.

Two months ago in May, I realized I wasn't receiving many business emails. When I checked my inbox, I found a GTA YouTuber spamming me. Despite my warning, the messages continued. I had to remove my business email from YouTube to avoid further contact with this individual. The company is allegedly managed by MRBOSSFTW, who I believe is dishonest about unconfirmed DLCs. I attempted to address this issue as I don't have time for dishonest people.

Good day! I encountered an issue with my YouTube channel where it asked for a password that I've never had to input before. I tried entering it multiple times but kept getting an error message. Eventually, I requested an SMS code, entered it, and managed to log in. Then, a YouTube security icon appeared prompting me to enable a safe mode to protect against virus-infected channels. I need assistance contacting YouTube regarding the termination of my channel. Previously private videos were made public, leading to emails from YouTube about adult content violations. Although they mentioned not penalizing me for the oversight, later I was informed of multiple sexual content violations resulting in the deletion of my channel. I never received warnings about sexual content and did not have any videos violating the guidelines. I am seeking guidance on appealing this decision to at least recover my saved playlists, including my watch later playlist with hundreds of videos, accumulated over five years. My other playlists with thousands of videos and personal content meant for friends and family are also important to me. I want to clarify these misunderstandings and regain access to my channel. The person demanded money to prevent the video's release online. The person responsible for this blackmail goes by the name Rahul Sharma.
