Around a month ago, my son informed me about accessing Youtube music controls in Google Maps, which I found useful for my job as a driver. After purchasing the subscription, I spent hours trying to locate the media playback setting in Maps. Unfortunately, I discovered that the option has been removed. I was prepared to pay for added safety at work, but without that feature, the subscription seems less valuable to me. Had I known about this change, I wouldn't have made the purchase or spent so much time troubleshooting. I do use Youtube music, but I prefer to quickly mute it by switching apps. I recently bought the subscription and would like a refund due to the absence of this functionality.

My account was terminated in June [redacted], but YouTube Premium continues to bill me every month, despite canceling my old credit card and receiving a new one with a different number. I'm in Canada and have been unsuccessful in stopping these charges from Google. My credit card company, PC Financial, claims Google has permission to bill me, making disputes ineffective. If this issue persists, I will consider switching from PC Financial. Please refrain from getting a PC Financial credit card until I confirm the matter is resolved. Despite requesting further refunds in a letter on June 11th due to ongoing payments without the corresponding service, I have not received any response or additional refunds. Recently, I discovered another payment for YouTube Premium had been deducted from my account. These unauthorized withdrawals are causing financial strain, and as a retiree on a fixed income, it's essential to resolve this issue promptly. I am seeking assistance to cease these deductions and secure refunds for the services I am not receiving.

On Friday, September 23 at 11:16 PM KST, I received an email from YouTube stating that one of my videos had been removed for copyright infringement. However, I didn't upload that video. My channel was hacked, and the hacker posted content about Camtasia offering a paid software for free. I typically post fitness-related content, so it's odd for me to suddenly have videos about downloading software illegally. Two more videos about ReFx Nexus 3 were also uploaded without my knowledge that same week. These actions do not reflect my intentions or usual content. I have never violated YouTube's policies before, and I request a thorough investigation by a human reviewer rather than automated responses.

Someone hacked into my personal Gmail account, where my full name is displayed, and took over all my information, leaving me locked out of all my accounts. I've been attempting to start a free trial for YouTube TV. After three hours and several failed attempts with invalid codes sent to my Gmail, I am incredibly frustrated. My son provided his credit card information to proceed, but I fear he may be charged the amounts of $70 or $[redacted] displayed during the sign-up process. Despite our efforts, we were informed that we are not eligible for the free trial. I urgently request that all credit card details and any association with YouTube TV be erased. I had a concerning experience on a live chat during the KDFW Dallas/Fort Worth news station Fox 4 trial coverage of Billy Chemirmir. Near the end, a person named Khaleem Jones asked chat participants to say something nice about him, which I found inappropriate given the serious topic. When I responded, he oddly mentioned "I agree Washington," linking my name to my location in Washington. This made me uncomfortable, and when I pointed out the creepiness, he swiftly deleted all related comments. It's unsettling that he could be accessing personal information during a trial about a serial killer. I managed to capture his name and the chat thread, but not before he erased his messages. Other users also found this behavior strange.

Good evening Youtube team, I recently had my Youtube account permanently disabled for violating community guidelines. I must confess that while I was at work, I left my phone with my grandmother, and my 17-year-old brother used it to upload a disturbing video with sexual content. When I returned home, I tried to upload a video of a song with Spanish subtitles, which typically follows Youtube community guidelines by featuring music catalog content, simple images, and short clips from movies and series. I sincerely apologize and beg you to reinstate my access to my channel. I cannot afford to lose all the effort and time I have put into it due to a terrible mistake. My video views are fluctuating unpredictably. Despite having genuine viewers, my view count keeps dropping to 0 the next day. I have heard that YouTube's algorithm flags suspicious views, but I am certain that the views on my videos are legitimate. Views are vital for channel growth, and it is frustrating that YouTube is seemingly penalizing me despite my adherence to the rules. Recently, my videos have been receiving only 1-3 views before reverting back to 0. I did not authorize a charge of $58.43 on my card. I spoke to a person from an [redacted] number I found online, but I am unsure if it was a legitimate company. I want the money refunded to my card, and I do not want any further charges. The unauthorized transaction occurred on a Friday morning at 9:49 am. I am disappointed by the lack of direct communication with a company representative. Being on a budget, I am concerned about my card's security. The person I spoke with suggested refunding through Cash App and then mentioned Bitcoin, asking me to resend my ID. I became uneasy and refused to proceed. I insisted that the person, who identified as Joe, refund my card promptly. Joe referenced the holiday as a factor and mentioned a contact number would have been helpful. I urge you to address this issue promptly.

They have my location as New Mexico, but I live in Statesboro, Georgia. They promised a fix in 24 hours, but it's been 48. I cannot reach them by phone, and I feel frustrated. I request a call back today from a native English speaker at [redacted]. I am looking for prompt assistance and a credit for the inconvenience of not having English content available. Despite appealing their decision, they replied within hours upholding the suspension without providing a clear reason. In my appeal, I detailed that I am a 76-year-old retiree who only viewed videos occasionally and left respectful comments on a specific channel. I suggested they contact the channel owner to verify my comments. It appears YouTube did not thoroughly investigate my appeal and unjustly judged me. I feel personally attacked and believe they are missing the larger picture by alienating their core viewers. I doubt this issue will be resolved satisfactorily.

I am currently unwell, and the racist content that was unexpectedly played is upsetting. I received a message from one of my favorite YouTube channels congratulating me on winning a prize. The message instructed me to text a number to claim the prize. Thinking it was from my favorite YouTuber Mimi G, I followed the instructions. I was then informed that I had won a sewing machine and a new olso iron, but would need to pay $[redacted].08 for shipping. I paid through Cash App but was later asked to pay an additional $[redacted] for custom charges, which made me suspicious. When I questioned if it was a scam, they reassured me it wasn't. However, I decided not to send more money as I suspected it was a scam. Unfortunately, I ended up losing $[redacted]. I hope this was indeed a scam to ease my frustration. If it was a scam, I urge for it to be removed from the comments to protect other followers. This experience has left me feeling upset and deceived.
