I have noticed unauthorized charges on my bank account that seem to be related to a YouTube account I did not know I had. I would like the YouTube account closed right away, and I expect a refund for all charges from October and November. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may have to consider legal action. I received your email and had a conversation with your team today. I was informed that my refund will be processed within two to three hours. However, I have not yet received the refund. I did not request Showtime on YouTube or the premium YouTube account which were charged at $12.45 and $10, resulting in two unauthorized payments. I am still awaiting the refund promised to me within 2 to 3 hours, as you mentioned. My funds have not been returned to my Cash Out account.

I am having trouble signing into YouTube on my Fire TV using the YouTube app. Even though I am already signed in to Google on my TV, the YouTube app asks for my Google user and password. After following the initial steps successfully, I encountered issues during the activation process on my Android phone. Despite entering the code and attempting to connect, the process seems stuck on "device connecting." I verified my Google account status on both the Fire TV and my phone but have not made any progress. It has been over 30 minutes, and I still cannot access certain videos or my history due to the login issue. I am unsure how to proceed next.

I have been double billed by Google for YouTube TV and Fox Nation. I have attempted to contact Google without success as there is no telephone number or online contact available. Upon reviewing their website, it seems that I have 2 Google accounts billing for these services, even though I only recognize one account in my name. I need help identifying the second account so I can cancel it. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I keep getting a pop-up on my mobile YouTube whenever I try to go online. The pop-up says, "Tell us what you like." I never requested this feature and I can't access your site without answering its questions. I never signed up for this and I do not want it on my smartphone app when I visit your site. How can I prevent this pop-up from appearing on my smartphone when I browse your site?

I am referring to the video where he was wrongfully accused of kidnapping. The child involved is my son and the allegations against him were false; the matter was only related to trust passing as his name was not on the list. I am tired of this video resurfacing. There is a YouTuber named Miguel te busco who recently posted a video promoting a cleaning product for his red Dodge Ram truck, where his 5 or 6-year-old son can be seen naked running around outside. This individual seems unaware of YouTube's content policies. Previously, he had issues with posting videos with copyrighted music. The video title is "Love Bugs Removal / Best Way to Do It - Miguel te busco." Hopefully, this message can get to the appropriate department at YouTube.

I recently had my channel terminated unexpectedly. After being suspended, the following day at 2:16 am, I received an email notifying me of the termination without specifying the reason or video involved. A while back, false reports led to strikes on my account, but I provided evidence and regained access. My content consists of gaming, music, and art videos created with friends. I believe my channel did not breach any community guidelines, considering my recent suspension. It seems like an error and I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently got a 3-month free YouTube offer with my new TV purchase. This offer played a big role in my decision to buy the TV, but I am having trouble redeeming it.
I would appreciate clear instructions on where and how to enter the code for redemption. Despite following the provided instructions and entering the code on the redemption page, I only get redirected to the regular sign-up page without any discount or option to enter the code.

1. Issue: My YouTube Premium on my iPad stopped downloading videos. Upgraded the YouTube version, but still unable to download after attempting to download three videos simultaneously. Even deleting some of the downloaded videos did not fix the problem.
2. I have a family membership subscription, but family members cannot access it. Requesting to switch to a single user premium without losing downloaded videos. Additionally, seeking a refund for the unused portion of the family membership.

I recently subscribed to YouTube TV in order to access local channels, but I've been encountering issues with the playback area being different from my actual home location. The service mentions that the playback area is determined by the IP address, and it can be updated if incorrect. I'm unsure how to proceed with this update, as I've been unsuccessful in reaching any support via phone at the YouTube number.
