Hello, I created an account with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]7. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and can no longer receive the login code. The account had a recovery email [redacted]/[redacted], but I removed it. I can still remember my email password and would be able to log in if not for the phone verification step. I kindly request to have the phone verification removed as I no longer have access to the number. It would be unjust to lose access to my email just because of the phone number linked to it, especially when I know the password. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as I have been trying to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Abena and my Yahoo account is [redacted] I have been using this email for several years. Approximately two months ago, I noticed multiple login attempts to my account, which I declined after receiving alerts on my phone. It seems someone managed to obtain my password, and when I tried to change it, I encountered difficulties, possibly due to using account key authentication. Currently, I log in without a password and must approve access from my phone when using a different application. Recently, I received an email from an individual claiming to have my password and threatening to access my email and Facebook unless I buy $[redacted] worth of bitcoin for them. They mentioned sharing compromising recordings with my contacts if I didn't comply. I wish I could share the email for further review. I would appreciate your assistance in changing my password and potentially tracking down the person behind this by investigating their email address. Thank you.

Hello, I am getting the following error message when trying to log in: "We have noticed some unusual account activity. For your security, please choose one of the following methods to confirm that it is you logging into this account." The phone number displayed is no longer current, and I am unable to reset my password because your support team is not available due to the Corona situation!!! Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my email account. My email is [redacted], but some websites have registered it as [redacted] Emails sent to [redacted] are not showing up in my mailbox. When I log in using the .com domain, it logs me into the .co.uk account and gives me an error when I try to merge the mailbox in settings. I would like to request one of the following options: 1. Separate the .com and .co.uk accounts so I can manage both separately. 2. Convert my account to [redacted] 3. Merge the [redacted] account to [redacted] so that the .com account can receive emails normally. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking urgent assistance as I am at risk of being unable to use my iPad in the future, potentially rendering it useless, as per advice from Apple. I'm encountering difficulty due to having an old email address, [redacted] It has been a while since I last accessed this email, which I used several years ago to activate my current iPad. I am unable to recall the PIN required to access the iPad. Consequently, to receive the PIN from Apple and unlock my device, I need to access my [redacted] account by recovering the password. I have received a threatening email today from an unknown person claiming to have compromising information about me. The email demands a bitcoin payment to prevent the release of inappropriate video footage. I believe this is a scam and would like to report it to prevent others from falling victim to this scheme. I received an email from Yahoo with the following content: Yahoo Prior to Yahoo! Agreement "Starting from May 13, [redacted], YAHOO! customers who have not updated their email account will no longer be able to log in to their Yahoo and through email addresses. Customers will have to Verify their email address to confirm kindly click on the attachment re-login and verify now! we apologize for any inconvenience caused. CLICK HERE TO VERIFY NOW Thank you, Yahoo! Copyright © [redacted] Yahoo! Inc. All rights reserved. I am concerned if this email is spam. I am hesitant to input my password without verifying its authenticity.

Over a month ago, I was on Facebook using my Yahoo account when I decided to log out. The next day, when I tried to log back in, I couldn't access my account because the password had been changed. I don't remember the phone number associated with the account, and my email is inactive. About 40 to 50 years ago, I created the email account "[redacted]" BellSouth later transitioned the email service to AT&T and then AT&T further transferred it to Yahoo. Approximately 20 years ago, I set up the Yahoo account "[redacted]" Previously, I could easily switch between these two accounts by clicking the email icon. However, now I am unable to switch accounts as the system prompts me for an ID and password that I haven't used in over four decades and can't recall. I attempted the "Forgot my ID" option, and a new ID was supposedly sent to the inaccessible "[redacted]" account. Unfortunately, I'm unable to retrieve it. Hello, I am facing an issue from France! On May 20, [redacted], at 1 p.m., I mistakenly moved too many emails to the trash, about [redacted] emails. Some were meant to be deleted, but others were not. Could you please restore the trash to its previous state before I deleted all the messages? This way, I can sort through them and most importantly retrieve important emails that were deleted accidentally. I previously submitted a restoration request on May 20, which was unsuccessful. I have been using Yahoo Mail for over ten years. Around a week ago, the AT&T/Yahoo email login screen started redirecting after logging in. The "keep me logged in for two weeks" option doesn't work, and I consistently have to log in again. Even when logged in, I get logged off after a short period. I have checked for cookie and browsing issues on my end, and everything seems fine. Please fix your new login screens so that I can stay logged in. Thank you.

Hello... I have been trying all day to change my phone number in my Yahoo Mail account since I no longer have access to the current one, but I cannot make any changes without verifying it through that number (that I mentioned I no longer have access to)... Although I am still logged in via the web browser, I am unable to change anything or even add an alternative email address... I would like to know how to regain access so I can use the Yahoo Mail app on my new smartphone with the new phone number... I hope you can help somehow... I recently received a message that seemed to be from Yahoo claiming they received a request to cancel my account. My account is still operational, so I am disregarding the suspicious message. The email provided for inquiries was chrow.com, which is unfamiliar to me. I have been using my Facebook account linked to the Email ID: [redacted] since [redacted]. Last year in June, I accidentally reset my FB password and now I'm unable to log in anywhere except on my phone. When trying to reset the password, FB sends a code to my Yahoo ID which I can't access because I forgot the password. I'm receiving my emails through Yahoo. Recently, I've been having an issue where Yahoo logs me out every 15 minutes, even while I'm actively using the service. This problem occurs on all three computers in my house, affecting two different email addresses.
