In August [redacted], I hired Mr. David Barlow to create a website, unitedculturesevent.org, for my project, United Cultures Event CIC. I paid for it through Ipage for two years with my card before it was transferred to wordpress.com. Today, I discovered that he used his name for my account details. This has caused issues for me when I tried to create a new website, ibexeastafricanculturalcentre.com, for which I purchased a domain for two years. I reported a website created about me to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. I have pressed charges against the man behind this site. Following our recent breakup, he maliciously posted false information and intimate photos without my consent. The Sheriff's Department suggested I reach out to you to request the removal of the site. I did not create this site, Michael Hatton did, and he used my identity to defame me. Please, take urgent action to take down this site from the internet. I am in distress due to this situation. Word Press offers a 30-day trial period before purchasing. I attempted to download the e-commerce feature, but the screen froze on a message saying "just a minute we are working for you now." Despite waiting, the screen didn't progress. An unexpected charge of over $[redacted] was applied, and I am unable to use the program to explore its features. Although the first month was supposed to be free, it seems I was charged. Attempts to contact support on Saturday and yesterday were unsuccessful.
