Hello, I have noticed a charge of $96.00 for an annual renewal without any clear information regarding which account or service it is related to. I maintain a wordpress.org account and do not use wordpress.com. Despite checking my purchases management section, I could not find any details of a recurring payment, or any recent activity related to a premium Wordpress.com purchase. I cancelled my Wordpress.com account a while back while working on my website. If this payment is for Wordpress.org, that is acceptable, but the description stating Wordpress.com and the amount being the same as Wordpress.com premium is confusing. I would appreciate clarification on this charge. If it is for Wordpress.com linked to my pgreenblog.wordpress.com site, I request a refund and cancellation of that account. If it is associated with my other websites like The Science of Business, The Art of Life, and Live from NY at the56group.com, please provide details for access. Your assistance in resolving this promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Paul Greenberg.

Being a first-time business owner, I struggled with creating a website on WordPress.com. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my account and page and now I'm having trouble using my existing domain for a new site. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had someone assist in setting up my WordPress site. They created a new email under my hosting account for use in setting up Gravatar. After following their instructions, I now encounter an error when trying to access Gravatar or other WordPress-related features due to the account not being activated. Despite this, I have not received any activation email for this new address. The situation has left me perplexed as I juggle different emails and accounts, unsure about which usernames and passwords to use.

I received a notice from WP about hosting charges for next year. I have been trying to find out the exact cost, but have not received any responses to my previous messages. The phone service I tried to contact was unhelpful, which is disappointing. My contract is up for renewal next week, so I need to know the details as soon as possible. My blog, wrightingmylife.com, is on the premium plan. I would really appreciate a quick response. Thank you.

I currently have a free wordpress.com blog with a domain I truly enjoy. It's digitalsafari.wordpress.com. Recently, I imported another blog into it and exceeded my storage limit. Despite deleting all the content to start fresh, my WP account reflects that I've used 68% of my 3GB allowance. Unfortunately, plug-ins like WP Reset are prohibited on free sites, so that solution is not available to me. Do you have any suggestions on how I can reset this to reclaim my allocated space? Any assistance would be greatly valued.

Hello, I recently placed my website, consciousnesstemple.com, on yell.co.uk without receiving any warnings or advice. Unfortunately, [redacted] pages started appearing afterwards, and I am unsure how to retrieve my information and content from both places. The yell.co.uk team does not provide support unless I have a paid service with them, which is currently not an option for me. Through some research, I discovered that WordPress is not compatible with yell.co.uk. I would appreciate any assistance in extracting my content from that domain as I have found more affordable options available on different platforms. Thank you for your help in advance.
Best regards,
AB

I am looking to update the MX settings in Wordpress as I am encountering issues with receiving emails. I have forgotten my password and attempted to recover it using the Wordpress 'Forgot your password' feature. However, as I am not receiving any emails, I am unable to retrieve the new password. I have not configured my phone as a backup recovery method. I need to reset my password by having the new password sent to my personal email (not the one I used for logging into Wordpress) or alternatively, I would like to establish my mobile as a backup option to receive the new password via text message. This is crucial for my work email, and your assistance is greatly appreciated. Warm regards, D.

I recently changed the login email/password for my Wordpress account and inadvertently changed the email on an older account to my current email. Consequently, when I attempt to log into the new account, I am redirected to the old account. The old account contains website code and add-ons, but I lack the original documentation. Is there a way to recover the lost account and its contents? Can Wordpress reverse the email change or fix the login connection? Thank you.

I have a business account that costs $25 a month, and I paid $[redacted] for the full year in August. Everything was fine until October/November when I started having trouble logging into my WP/admin to work. Every time I tried to log in, I was prompted for email verification, but I never received the verification email in my inbox. This issue has prevented me from accessing my account.
If you are unable to assist me with the login problem, I would like to cancel my account and request a refund. Please inform me of any charges associated with this process, and I will make the payment promptly. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I need assistance with a billing issue.
I see charges on my account for domain registration and services related to my website. I want to keep the domain for Future Aviation/Aerospace Workforce News and kathrynbcreedy.com. However, I believe I was mistakenly charged $[redacted] for a Site Plan and $[redacted] for WP Forms, which I no longer need. I would appreciate a pro-rated refund for these two services.
I am unclear about the necessity of the Site Plan and would like more information on how canceling WP Forms and the Site Plan will affect my website. I am looking for clear communication with customer support to address these concerns as efficiently as possible.
Thank you for your assistance. Happy New Year!
Best, K.C.

I previously believed I had canceled my "docsatterfield.wordpress.com" account, yet I continue to be charged $31.98 per month. Although I have canceled my "wordpress.com" account, the "docsatterfield.wordpress.com" account seems to still be active. I am not concerned with my "wordpress.com" account and wish to close my "docsatterfield.wordpress.com" account to stop the monthly charges. I am unsure of the exact URL for my "docsatterfield.wordpress.com" account, but I last made changes to it in [redacted]. Despite not receiving any return on investment from the website, I have been making unnecessary monthly payments since July [redacted] (or even since [redacted]) when I sold my business. I retired in October [redacted].

Hello,
I recently reset my WordPress website, and now I am unable to access my account using the existing password. I have tried multiple solutions without success. Can anyone provide guidance or support on resolving this issue? I used the WordPress reset plugin to return the site to default settings, but it resulted in losing access to the wp-admin area. I am open to starting fresh with a new WordPress installation if necessary since the site was not live and no content will be lost. Any advice or assistance from WordPress experts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: WordPress Version Update Inquiry
Hello WordPress Support,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding updating my WordPress site.
Currently, I am on version 4.7.25, and I see that an update to version 6.1.1 is available. While I understand the importance of keeping up to date, I am unsure about skipping several versions.
I am curious if jumping from version 4.7.25 to 6.1.1 could potentially cause any significant issues, and if it is safe to proceed with the update after backing up my website.
Your expertise on this matter would be greatly valued. Thank you for your time and help.
Best regards,

On April 3, [redacted], I am not an admin; they have disappeared. I am not tech-savvy. I work on a MacBook and my primary email is [redacted] through Outlook 36. Additionally, I use Apple Mail. On March 9th, I believe there was a phishing attempt, so I changed my password. Since then, I am unable to send emails through my Microsoft [redacted] account. I can only receive emails. I have received two high-severity alerts regarding email restrictions and suspicious sending patterns. I have contacted GoDaddy, who does not host my email, and Microsoft, who claims WordPress hosts it. However, I cannot reach WordPress despite multiple attempts via email and chat. I simply want to fix my outgoing Microsoft email. I am willing to pay for help. My GoDaddy account number is [redacted], and I seemingly have a WordPress account, but I am completely lost. Please assist. Thank you, Rona Elliot.

When attempting to access hnwteam.com or hnwteam.com/admin, an error message appears stating "There has been a critical error on this website." Unfortunately, the registered email address for the website has been forgotten, with only the username and password available for login. A key document indicating ownership is the Namecheap Order Summary from the website's purchase and connection to Wordpress:
Order Date: Jan 20, [redacted] 12:26:54 PM
Order Number: [redacted]4
Transaction ID: [redacted]64
Possibly providing the email receipt from Namecheap could serve as proof of account ownership. If access is restored, updating the registered email address would be appreciated. Thank you.
