Hello, I believe I accidentally overwrote my website: londelin.com. Just 3 hours ago, it was fully functional with a purchased template and a lot of content. Sadly, it seems to have disappeared now. I am hoping there is a way to revert to the theme and content from 3 hours ago. I am quite desperate to recover the template and the content. I admit I am not a professional web designer and I have limited knowledge about using Wordpress. Despite that, I tried to install what I thought was a WordPress application, only to realize I deleted my entire site! Thank you for your assistance. Ilie

The website currently features Persian content, mostly in Farsi, making it challenging to edit using Adobe Dreamweaver due to the language differences. While Dreamweaver was used for editing and uploading, it no longer connects to the FTP server. As a workaround, editing is done in Dreamweaver and Filezilla is used for uploading; however, Filezilla frequently disconnects from the server, requiring multiple attempts to upload files. Inconsistently, uploaded files sometimes lack images. Looking for an alternative to Dreamweaver and Filezilla, seeking a solution allowing weekly direct editing and uploading of written and media content to the website without desktop applications. Interested in transferring the entire website content to a new service. The website was launched in [redacted]. Wondering if WordPress can provide the needed functionality and how to achieve this.

I am teaching WordPress at our local library and need 12 users to use WordPress.com for the class. How can I set up the class without using multisite? I want each user to have an individual account to create their website. Is there a way to achieve this? When I attempt to use different users on my teaching site, it doesn't work, and when I try different emails to mimic separate users, it keeps saying I don't have permission.

Hello, I believe my account has been compromised as my website, rosemark.org.uk, is no longer accessible online. I have attempted to visit it on different devices, including computers and an iPad, but to no avail. The hacker used the email address [redacted] to access my Templatic theme account, but Templatic has since restored my access. Now, I require help with resolving the WordPress hack so that my website can be viewed online, allowing me to proceed with making necessary modifications. Can you provide me with the assistance I need? Thank you, R.

Good morning, I am having trouble logging into certain parts of WordPress for www.envelopesrus.co.uk. We hired Designaweb to obtain this domain and create an e-commerce site. After paying over £[redacted] upfront, Designaweb consistently missed deadlines, delivering an unsatisfactory e-commerce site nearly five months late. With the lack of communication from the developer, we seek full control of the site to engage a more reliable company to finish the project. I aim to update all account information for www.aldburyproducts.co.uk, also developed by Designaweb, transferring charges and ownership to Aldbury Product Ltd due to the soured relationship. We require guidance on managing these accounts as Designaweb is inaccessible, heightening our concerns about server access affecting our business. We await WordPress support's prompt response. Kind regards,

We have been alerted by online searchers that a WordPress site using our previous Trade Association name, Haywood Home Builders Association, exists on the internet. This site was created by a former employee without authorization from our office or board of directors, leading to misinformation being accessible to the public. Since our name change and merger to Smoky Mountain HBA in [redacted], the outdated WordPress site is causing confusion for individuals trying to locate our organization. Our Website Designer advised that only the creator of the site or WordPress itself can remove it entirely. Your assistance in getting this website taken down would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

Hello, my name is Nicole. I am exploring the possibility of using Wordpress for the company I currently work for and for new clients I am bringing in. I am a graphic designer and believe I can build company websites through Wordpress. Nonetheless, I need to pitch this idea to the CEO and need more details to do so. Before committing, I would like to understand the process step by step, such as setting up the domain after signing up with Wordpress. Unfortunately, my previous employer made the mistake of hiring a designer who locked us out of our domain, leaving us with no access to our site. We are working on resolving this issue to ensure we have full ownership of our site going forward, which is why I am considering using Wordpress for future projects.

I have been unable to access my WordPress site using my password that has been in use for the past 6 years. Following the support page guidance, the solutions offered require access to the email linked to the account, which I no longer have as it was associated with an old job. WordPress mentions the possibility of account recovery through providing the original setup code (in the old email), receipts from upgrades (old email), or an ID from PayPal (which I didn't use). Unfortunately, all the options for recovery seem to be tied to my old email, creating a dead end for regaining access to my site. Given that I have invested both money and significant effort over the course of 6 years on this blog, I am increasingly frustrated with the situation. I am seeking any alternative methods to retrieve access to my site that do not involve the outdated email. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email notifying me about the automatic Wordpress upgrade, which prompted me to update my plugins. I proceeded to my ivoryskinlove.com/wp-admin to initiate the plugin updates. During the update process, I encountered a 'Maintenance' screen followed by a blank white screen after the completion. Subsequently, I am unable to access both the wp-admin page and the website itself. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by accessing the server using Filezilla, I am continuously met with an error message indicating a failed connection to the server. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Resetting passwords may be necessary, but I am currently unable to proceed with any actions due to the existing situation. Although I have some prior experience with Wordpress, this particular problem is new to me and has left me uncertain about how to proceed in restoring my website. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to blogging and feel a bit lost. After setting up my first blog, I accidentally created three accounts under the same domain. I suspect I have paid for two of them. I need help cleaning up this setup without incurring additional charges. I want to: 1. Verify the amount paid. 2. Remove unnecessary accounts. 3. Receive guidance on further developing my website/blog. Thank you, Kate Swedlund

I am the owner of EdwardDufresne.com. I used to access my WordPress blog as an administrator with the username "johnsonpoint" and password. I've been told by an expert on this forum that I seem to have multiple accounts with WordPress. I unintentionally booked a company name and hosting service with one account but can't access the site. The account in question is named onetag12, from an old system I used years ago. I need assistance in resetting or recovering the password to gain access and figure out my next steps. I've been charged around £[redacted] for this issue. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been experiencing repeated login failures on Sunshinemarketplace.co.uk. The system intermittently allows successful logins but also displays errors threatening a ban due to "too many login attempts" without indicating an incorrect password. This hindrance has delayed the launch of my website, causing significant problems. My developer, Jordan Powell, is also perplexed by this unprecedented issue. Urgent assistance is needed to resolve these problems before my scheduled launch on Saturday. I can be reached at [redacted]7. Thank you.

I urgently need assistance with our GoDaddy and WordPress accounts. We have the necessary credit card proof and GoDaddy account information. Unfortunately, our former manager has not shared our WordPress statistics with us. We can provide evidence through email communication, the last four digits of our credit card, and bank statements to confirm ownership. Our website was developed by someone else who has the relevant transaction and authentication codes. Due to personal reasons, we had to discontinue their services, and now they are unreachable. Our WordPress site is at risk, as we are unable to reset the password ourselves. When attempting to reset it, the code is sent to our ex-manager instead of our email. We are locked out of our account and unable to regain access. We suspect our ex-manager is intercepting communications. We urgently need help to secure our WordPress website.

Our website was created by a web developer who is now unreachable due to personal circumstances. We decided to terminate services after paying $5,[redacted], but now we are facing a high risk as we cannot access our WordPress website. When attempting to reset the password, verification codes are being sent to the previous manager instead of our email. We were able to log in earlier today, but now we are locked out after trying to update user information. Our attempts to change the password have been unsuccessful, and we are not receiving notifications for password resets.

I am trying to start a new site using WordPress, but I am having trouble logging in. I have attempted to use various email addresses, such as [redacted] and [redacted], but none seem to work. I find it frustrating that WordPress does not provide a phone number for immediate assistance. I need help finding the right template for my project, as I prefer WordPress for its customization options compared to Squarespace. I have successfully created sites like pasadenaadv.com, catholiccharitiesla.org, catholicbigbrothers.org, BowTieAllergy.com, and BobHopeAirport.com using WordPress in the past. I am eager to resolve this issue and get started on my new website soon. Thank you.

I have a self-hosted WordPress site, and after attempting an update, my website went down. Now I am encountering an error message stating: “Warning: require(/home/content/07/[redacted]/html/wp-includes/class-wp-matchesmapregex.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/07/[redacted]/html/wp-settings.php on line 99 Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home/content/07/[redacted]/html/wp-includes/class-wp-matchesmapregex.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php') in /home/content/07/[redacted]/html/wp-settings.php on line 99” Is there a way to revert my site to how it was before I attempted the update, or is there another solution to address this issue?

I recently received a refund for a Premium Plan that I did not order. The representative assured me all was well, but now I cannot access my website. It indicates a payment of over $[redacted] is needed to reactivate the website. I never subscribed to a Premium account and am puzzled by this charge. I believe this fee is unjust as I never opted for the Premium account. Can you please investigate my account, clarify the situation, and assist me in restoring the website's functionality? I am certain this charge is erroneous as I have never encountered this issue before. Thank you. The website in question is seahagg.com, and my username is [redacted] Let me know if you require further details.

I am unable to access my old account due to losing my backup codes and not having my previous phone number for 2-step authentication. Despite having access to my email for password resets, I am unable to bypass the 2-factor authentication step. I have exhausted all options to regain access to my account and am seeking assistance from WordPress support. I am unable to use the account recovery form as I do not have any transaction information or activation emails. I urgently need to speak with a WordPress support representative to resolve this issue.

I need to renew my WordPress domain annually, but I am confused about a few things. Firstly, in one communication, they quoted me $99, and then in another, it was $[redacted]. Secondly, even though I had a regular domain last year, they are now insisting it was a premium one and want to renew it as such. Thirdly, they want to enhance my domain name from taichiandyoga.com to taichiandyogacom.wordpress.com, claiming it will improve identification and use, but I prefer it simpler and unchanged. I am unable to find an option to keep it the same during the renewal process. Lastly, the renewal deadline was initially set for 9 January, but now they claim it is 7 January, creating inconsistency. A clarifying communication is essential, but unfortunately, phone support is unavailable.
