I linked my bank account to Venmo, and it was functioning well for over a year. However, unexpectedly, it displayed a "Lost Connection With Bank Account" message. I removed the information and attempted to link it again. The two small transactions were made, and I verified the amounts - which were correct. Despite this, Venmo would not accept the verification, rendering the app unusable for me. Is there a solution to rectify this issue?

I am confused by a situation involving sending Bitcoin through the blockchain. I checked the address on Bitcoin to see if it was received, but even though the transaction went through on the blockchain and was completed, the recipient claims they never received it. I observed that mining fees changed rapidly, but when I looked into the transactions, it showed two transactions happening in and out very quickly, making it hard to trace. When I tried to verify the address, it couldn't be found. I'm unsure if this is a common issue or something unusual.

My account has been suspended for weeks now due to the verification process. I typically use it to fund my other accounts and recently declined a suspicious request, which led to my account being locked with money inside. Even after speaking to a representative, my funds are still frozen. I trusted the company, but now I'm left wondering if I made a mistake.

Last Thursday, I received $[redacted], but I encountered issues trying to deposit it in the bank or transfer it to my card. It seems my account got locked due to the failed attempts. I am currently locked out of my account which I heavily rely on like a bank account to cover my bills. I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Venmo account. Approximately two weeks ago, I opened the account and immediately encountered a problem when it was frozen for 10 days after just one transaction. Even after following the instructions sent via email, once the account was finally unfrozen, I am now facing a new login issue this week. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am unable to access my account. I have diligently followed all the provided steps, waited hours, and attempted to log in repeatedly with no success. Additionally, I was assured my card would continue to function, yet I have $[redacted] in cryptocurrency pending for five days now, not reflecting in my account as expected. I was recently introduced to Venmo to receive birthday money, but encountered issues adding my debit card and Cash App card to cash out. I was unaware that my card was linked to a different Venmo account when I attempted to withdraw money in Lincoln. Unfortunately, my Venmo account got frozen and I rely on them to cash my checks. I mistakenly tried to deposit money on a card I thought was linked to my Venmo account, resulting in my entire paycheck being held for [redacted] days. A few years back, I had a Venmo account that I stopped using. Recently, I created a new one. Unfortunately, my soon-to-be ex-husband sent me $[redacted] to the old account by mistake as he selected the wrong Venmo account. Regrettably, I cannot access the old account as I don't recall the email, phone number, or password linked to it, making it impossible to return the money. Is there any assistance available to resolve this? The outdated account is registered under the name Jeannie Peterson, while the new one is under Jeannie Parker Peterson. I recently got a new debit card and account number. As I am creating a new Venmo account, I'm unsure if the previous account had different contact details. My current checking account is overdrawn, but I need to receive money from family to cover expenses. If I enter the overdrawn card details, will I still be able to transfer funds out, even with a negative balance? I plan to receive money on Venmo, transfer it to a nearby friend, who can withdraw cash for me. Will this work with an overdrawn linked bank account, or will it prevent me from sending money out?

I am a Venmo user and unfortunately fell victim to a scam recently. I sold a French Horn online and received a check that bounced when deposited in my bank account. I was then instructed to pay shipping fees to the buyer on Venmo, who turned out to be fraudulent. The person involved, William Moore with the username @William-Moore-[redacted], took $[redacted] from me on September 8th. My name is Catherine Candler, and my Venmo username is @Mandy-Candler. This incident occurred 20 days ago, but I only recently realized the check had bounced while my husband and I were away in Europe for two weeks. Thank you.

A few years back, my account got frozen because I verified my identity when I was below 18. I thought my account was set up by my mom, and I was just confirming with my ID. I've been attempting to log in multiple times since then, but all I get is a message saying "login not allowed." I've contacted support about this problem, but I haven't made any progress in either deleting my account or gaining access. I have now turned 18.

I am currently attempting to move my Venmo balance to my bank account. I linked my bank account through Plaid and received an email from my Bank of America confirming my consent to share information for the transfer. An employee took $[redacted] from my account. I sent a $[redacted] payment to Capital One on October 18th. Capital One received and posted the money, but then you requested a refund from the bank. The money disappeared, and I did not ask for a refund. It seems like an employee at Venmo triggered this refund fraud. I've been called names by Venmo employees, which is unacceptable. I demand my $[redacted] back.
