Hello, I'm Joshua. My account got locked due to unauthorized transactions. I disputed them immediately. I recently got a new phone but can't use it right now as it's off temporarily. I'm worried because I lost my job, and with a 6-month-old child after the recent passing of their mother, I'm a single father. We are struggling to eat, and though the baby is fed, I haven't eaten in 7 days. I don't have a traditional bank account, just a cash out card linked to Venmo. I can't access my funds to provide for my family's needs, including gas money to return to work, do laundry, and buy essentials like diapers and clothes. Any help is greatly appreciated. I need help resolving an issue with my online account. I have spent hours making phone calls to prove that the activity was not me. I am currently at home as I had to deal with this problem. My child needs me, and my account still hasn't been updated to transfer funds to my Cash App card. I believe my account has been wrongly accused of activity I didn't do. I worked hard for my money, and I am struggling to deal with this situation without the financial means to hire a lawyer.

A company is persistently attempting to charge me against my wishes. Despite my attempts to address this, they continue to do so. As a result, I am compelled to withdraw funds from Venmo, hindering my ability to use the service since this company repeatedly tries to charge my card. I am seeking a solution that would allow me to deposit money into Venmo, deactivate the card when not in use, reactivate it for transactions, and then disable it again afterward. Is this a feasible approach to prevent unauthorized charges?

I recently received an email notification about receiving money from a family member on Venmo. When I clicked on the link provided to claim the funds, I was prompted to create a business account as I already had a personal Venmo account. Even after creating the business account, I have not received the payment despite it being crucial for a purchase I was about to make. It has been 12 hours, and none of the links seem to be working to allow me to access the funds. I was in the process of buying a vehicle when this issue occurred, and I lost out on the deal due to the app's inefficiency. This has been my second negative experience with Venmo, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I would like my accounts to be closed, and the funds refunded to my family member so we can explore alternative transfer methods. I have lost faith in using Venmo and will not be recommending it in the future.

I had my phone stolen about a year or two ago, and unfortunately, I lost access to my email address, phone number, and password. A friend mistakenly sent money to the wrong Venmo account named Denise-malachowski-1, and I am trying to recover it. I forgot my Venmo password and reset it through email, but I can't log in now. I'm asked to verify my identity with an old phone number I no longer have. I'm stuck at this step and can't access my profile to update my information or add my new number. I used Venmo to pay for water ski bindings on the ski-it-again website. The item I received was not in the like-new condition as advertised. It had been modified and is unsafe to use. I have reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issue by either receiving a refund or having the bindings replaced, but they are not cooperating. The item was misrepresented, as it was not disclosed that it had been cut and modified, despite being described as like-new. I have the original ad, pictures of the item received, and our correspondence. What actions can be taken against this seller for their deceitful behavior? Is there a way to prevent them from using Venmo in the future, or any other recourse available?

Memos requested me to confirm my weight density, which I can do easily. I am ready to provide a photo of my ID, showing both the front and back, as requested. However, I encountered an issue when asked to submit a recent bank statement for a bank account that I do not have. The funds are held in a life insurance policy account with MetLife. I'm unsure what caused the issue. It might be because I attempted to withdraw more money than allowed in a 24-hour period or perhaps I made too many transactions in one day. Also, there seems to be an additional charge on my account that I have already reported. Furthermore, I need to update my phone number and ensure there are no problems with signing in on multiple devices.

I have been attempting to contact Venmo support for several days now regarding my frozen account. For nearly two weeks, my funds have been inaccessible, and this situation is significantly impacting my ability to cover my bills as I live paycheck to paycheck. I suspect that a Venmo account was created with my information under Debra L. Nordstrom by my daughter, Debra L. Person, and her friends. They accessed it from Jan [redacted] to July [redacted], along with other accounts, depleting my checking account through my debit card. I am eager to recover my funds from Venmo. I have filed a criminal report, and the Iron River prosecutor is working on the case. My sister, Janet Kinnunen, is assisting me in identifying the payment apps they used. I have been receiving frequent calls and emails from Venmo regarding someone trying to create an account with my number. Initially, I was assured by someone that it was not Venmo and not to be concerned. However, the calls and emails have become more frequent. I receive multiple calls in quick succession from a specific number and also receive verification codes from Venmo via text. I want to confirm if these emails and calls are genuinely from Venmo and if this situation requires my attention. Thank you.

I transferred two payments from my external Bitcoin wallet to my Venmo BTC crypto, totaling over $[redacted] and $66, but I never received them. Venmo confirmed the correct address and the Blockchain shows the transactions as confirmed. However, after a month, no one from Venmo, including supervisors or technicians, has been able to assist me. The external wallet I used for the transfer also mentioned they can't help as the transactions have already been confirmed. I'm at a loss for what to do next.
