I am experiencing payment issues where every attempt to add money ends with an error message advising to try again later. As a workaround, I attempted to transfer money to a friend who then sent it back to my Venmo account. Despite seeing my balance on Venmo, I am still unable to use it to pay my landlord. Even trying to withdraw funds from Venmo has become problematic, leaving my landlord extremely frustrated.

I recently received an email from Venmo at 3:55 p.m. notifying me that my statement for July to September is ready. The email mentioned a username @ajuretus and my membership since December [redacted]. However, I want to clarify that I have never created an account with Venmo. I have been attempting to contact Venmo's customer service for over two hours without success. If anyone could please call me at [redacted], it would be greatly appreciated. My name is Angel Juretus, and I suspect this may be related to fraudulent activity possibly done by my old roommate. Thank you for your assistance.
