Hello, this is my first time using Uber, and I'm having trouble with a gift card I purchased for $[redacted]. I set up an account two days ago but it seems like the money is not being recognized. Despite having the funds on the card, I am unable to find any available rides or driver information, leaving me stranded and unable to get home. I would like to address an incident where a driver from your company delivered food to 52 Alfred St, Milsons Point, despite a sign clearly stating no deliveries should be left there. The driver left a note torn from a sign-in folder, with instructions for the delivery. The delivery was from Soul Kitchen in Chatswood, costing $[redacted].39, to Level 3, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point. Is this the accepted behavior for your drivers? Since the driver did not complete the delivery and I had to do it instead, I believe I should be compensated for his failure. This delivery person is the face of your company, and I hope his actions do not reflect the usual standard for Uber Eats.

I lost my phone at the Terribles Gas Station and Convenience Store where I had it for almost two years. I had my Uber account on the phone but can't log in because I forgot my email and password. I believe the email linked to the account is [redacted] or [redacted] My daughter, Nina Hunt, would add vouchers or pay with Venmo. Her number is [redacted]. My current number is now [redacted]. I have been reporting this issue for a week now regarding my old Uber account with approximately $50 in Uber cash that I cannot access due to a stolen phone and memory loss from a medical condition. I am struggling to remember the email associated with the account from around 2 years ago and do not have access to the old phone number. I am now using a new phone and email but need help retrieving my previous account's cash balance. My previous phone number was [redacted] and my name is Tanya Canterbury. Dealing with the process of becoming a driver was frustrating due to the lengthy resolution times for each issue. Contacting customer service took hours, as the chat line was challenging to locate. Fortunately, signing up with Lyft was smoother, with approval to drive granted in less than a week without document reload requests. In contrast, Uber caused delays, denied me without notification, and only disclosed their decision after I actively sought out their customer service link. Experiencing such disrespect in their handling of the situation led me to consider it a blessing, leading me to question further involvement with them.

I am dealing with an issue regarding an Uber driver who drove off with my belongings back on 4/19/23. I have been in dispute since then. I was charged $20 for him to bring back my belongings, which I feel I shouldn't have to pay. The driver asked me twice if I was done getting my things, and I clearly stated I had three more bags inside his trunk. As I took my daughter and two bags to the porch, he drove off without returning my remaining bags. Even after chasing him and calling customer service, he insisted on charging me $20 to bring back the rest of my belongings. After an hour, he returned my items, but then Uber charged me an additional $22, which I have not paid. I believe it was the driver's fault for not ensuring all my belongings were with me before leaving. I have disputed this charge, and my card is locked to prevent payment. I urge Uber to stop trying to charge me extra as I refuse to pay for the driver's mistake. Thank you.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding Uber Bike No. UP16BY3196 under the name of Prithviraj. Today, on the 23rd of April [redacted], at around 5:15 pm, I had booked an Uber Bike. Despite being at the Pickup Point, the driver did not arrive. I tried contacting the driver multiple times using the provided phone number, but he did not answer my calls or messages. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the driver neither arrived nor canceled the ride. The driver went as far as to keep the ride active without coming to pick me up. I have attached a photo of the ride to this email as evidence. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken against this driver for his unprofessional behavior.

I ordered Popeye's chicken, but encountered two problems. Firstly, no drinks were included in the delivery. Secondly, the food was not only cold but also seemed not fresh. I left a note online, hoping for a prompt resolution, but sadly, no one reached out via call or email. Disappointed by the lack of response, I searched for a way to contact Popeye's and dialed 1-[redacted]. The representative mentioned that it was too late to address the issue as they only have a 24-hour window for complaints. I left my iPhone in the car earlier today after dropping off a client's car at the Honda dealership. They arranged for an Uber, but they couldn't reach me as I only have a long verification number which is 8A50LF474F14A52888E733DF3BA91BG. When I called my phone earlier when I was with someone who had a phone, it was still on but untraceable for some reason. I really need my phone back as I can't work without it, and I can't afford to buy a new one. This company is Uber. They take a 50% commission, have poor customer service with no contact number, and don't provide help to drivers in need. Orders are delayed by 2 hours, class orders are stopped after one bad rating, and they charge double commission on one ride. I hope someone does not join Uber quickly. If anyone needs urgent help, they give an incorrect email address for India.

I'm an Uber delivery driver and recently accepted an order. I had to step away for a few minutes to use the restroom, but I was back within 10 minutes. After I returned, I quickly headed out on my bike to make the delivery. Despite my speedy efforts, upon arrival, I realized the delivery had been taken. I acknowledge I may not be the fastest, but I wonder how much time is typically allowed for someone on a bike to reach these pickup locations.

Hello, I am seeking help regarding my husband's Uber driver inspection. Despite having rideshare mechanics conduct the inspection and upload a PDF form, he has been experiencing issues getting it processed this year. The form used is standard across all UBER sites for inspections in [redacted]. Despite following the same process as previous years, he has been denied without clear reasons after contacting customer service several times. I noticed that my credit card was wrongly charged multiple times without authorization. Despite following the driver's directions to authorize $40-45, I got charged $0.04 and $0.43, causing confusion. There are pending charges of $40.45, $39.58, $40.37, and $39.45. Additionally, a $5.00 charge appears as "Technol." After numerous calls, the driver claimed the credit card company stated no authorization was given. I require the prompt refund of $[redacted].32 back to my credit card. Moreover, an apology to my daughter is warranted for the no-show pickup. I sincerely hope legal action won't be necessary. My name is Mohammad Yamin, and I have been working as an Uber partner for the past 2 months. Since the first day, I have been facing issues with adding my bank account. Despite multiple attempts and discussions with Uber's helpline, I was told to wait for 48 to 72 hours for the account to be added and the pending payment to be transferred. This process kept dragging on for about 2 months, and around Rs. 11,[redacted] got stuck in my Uber wallet. Every time I called, I was asked to wait for the payment. Finally, on 27/4/[redacted], when I checked my Uber wallet, it showed cash out, making me believe I had received the money. However, upon checking my bank account, the funds never came through. Uber support claimed they had sent the money to my SBI account, which neither I nor any family member owns. I sincerely request your assistance in resolving this matter as these Rs. 11,[redacted] hold great importance for me and my family. I humbly seek to be rightfully paid for my hard work.

I had the worst experience with a driver recently. He was really rough with his driving, not stopping for pedestrians in the street and almost hitting someone. When I questioned him, he insisted he was in the right. When I got out of the car, even the gatehouse attendants were shocked at how reckless he was. I think he shouldn't be driving for your service anymore; it was a dangerous situation.

Hello, I reached out to Uber on Monday to schedule a ride for tomorrow from SFO to Embarcadero, but unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation. After providing my credit card information, the call ended abruptly. This situation is similar to a previous incident in NYC where Uber did not show up for our reservation, leading to additional charges when we booked another ride. I have recently installed the latest version of the Uber App on my phone. I joined a Family Profile successfully but encountered an error when trying to request a ride. Despite ensuring all details are verified and attempting various troubleshooting steps including joining a different Family Profile, the issue persists. I have tried accessing the app from different networks and devices without success. I also attempted to request a ride from the website, where the Family Profiles were not available as payment options. I reached out to Support Chat but the problem remains unresolved.
