I recently had a ride with Epic and unfortunately left my phone in the driver's car. I have been unable to reach out to the company to locate my phone. The driver's name is Sandra, and she drove a dark gray or black Chevrolet Equinox with the license plate GK2P9U. I tried calling the number provided at pick up but couldn't get through. I observed a dark grey BMW with the license plate AZ0 7XW speeding on [redacted] NW 1st St, Margate, FL [redacted], going over 60 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. The driver accelerated upon arrival and left even faster around 10:00 AM. If this is your vehicle, please address the reckless driving. Can you verify if there was a pickup at this location? I reserved a ride with Mikeya in Atlanta. She was initially 12 minutes away to pick us up. However, at the 3-minute mark, she canceled the ride. It was quite frustrating, as my wife, my daughter, and I were heading out for a college graduation dinner with a specific reservation time. The hotel clerk suggested I switch to Lyft since these cancellations do not happen as frequently. This is the second time recently I have experienced a cancellation by Uber after waiting for 10 minutes or more.

I am continuously experiencing issues with my Uber account, despite it being reactivated. When attempting to verify my account online, I am asked to input the last 6 digits of a debit or credit card, which I do not possess. I rely solely on Uber gift cards for my transactions, and therefore, do not have any credit or debit card linked to my account. This verification method is not feasible for me due to the lack of traditional payment methods on file.

I'm concerned about the system changing my pickup address to an unknown location after I've confirmed a ride twice. This error has led to me canceling my reserved rides on two occasions. I ordered an Uber at 6:33pm. Initially, the app said the Uber would arrive in 5 minutes. After the initial estimate ended, it changed to 10 minutes. The driver took a longer route to my address, essentially making a loop around my local street, Belvedere. The Uber didn't pick me up until 6:49pm, causing me to miss my 6:45pm Yoga class. I ended up getting dropped off at 6:58pm, missing the 10-minute grace period for my class. The driver made a right on Maybell instead of MacArthur, forcing me to get out prematurely to avoid being dropped off at the wrong address. I had to call another Uber immediately to get home after this unnecessary ride. I arrived back home at 7:20pm, frustrated and feeling like I wasted close to an hour of my time due to inefficiencies and inaccurate time estimates. Despite the ordeal, Uber refused to refund me the $15.47 cost, claiming my experience falls under an "unacceptable category." It was frustrating and disappointing dealing with this situation.

I took 6 Uber trips on both May 2nd and May 3rd. However, I have been charged for 11 trips. This is fraudulent, and I need a refund. I am trying to contact Uber as a customer, but there is no phone number available. The app does not provide any means to reach Uber. I need to speak with Uber's customer support. I was involved in a car accident recently. I left the emergency room around midnight, and unfortunately, I had trouble with the ride-hailing app. I walked quite a bit and the app kept asking for a picture of my license repeatedly. It was frustrating to keep going through the same steps. Eventually, I opted for a bus instead, which turned out to be a faster and more cost-effective solution. Dealing with the app was more stressful than my experience in the emergency room. It was really disappointing and unhelpful after such a difficult situation.

I booked a cab through your system yesterday. Initially, the fare was ₹[redacted] up to Rajarhat Police Station, but it ended up being the old Rajarhat Police Station. I needed to go to the new Rajarhat Police Station, so I had to change the location. For just an additional 3.5 km, you charged ₹[redacted], which is ₹[redacted] more! Paying ₹[redacted] for around 25 km and then an extra ₹[redacted] for the next 3.5 km seems unreasonable. Moving forward, we won't be using Uber for our transportation needs. I visited The Brass Captain bar in St. Pete with my friend who ordered an Uber for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach the driver named Noah, and I suspect I left my light blue Michael Kors wallet in the white four-door car. The wallet contains important personal information, such as my social security number, leaving me concerned. Since the Uber was booked on my friend's account under Connor Kwiatkowski, I am unable to retrieve the driver's details. Any assistance in locating my wallet would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order and was charged. However, I received two Uber Eats notifications about delays, totaling nearly 2 hours past my initial order time. I contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that my order was prepared but never picked up because they couldn't reach me. I tried to remain patient. I am requesting a refund to my credit card and a cash credit for this Mother's Day weekend incident. Thank you.

I mistakenly scheduled a trip using my personal phone and account ending in [redacted], rather than my work phone and corporate account. I canceled the trip 40 minutes before pick up and rebooked with my work phone ending in [redacted]. However, I was charged a $33 cancellation fee. I believe I should be refunded the $33 as I did still use an Uber account for the trip, just under the wrong account details.

I need assistance with our Uber account that was originally set up by my late wife, Sharon Brower, using her company credit card. I had a scheduled ride for pickup on May 17th at 4:40 pm with a 5-minute grace period at 221W 1st Ave in Spokane, WA. I was on a Greyhound bus that was running late by 15 to 20 minutes at my pickup location. Despite being unable to access my account, someone was able to chat on my behalf and request to cancel the ride due to the delay. The Uber driver called an hour later saying he would wait for me, which led to some confusion as I had arranged for a taxi. In the end, the driver couldn't wait, and Uber canceled the ride. I had to rebook the taxi and believe that the driver's assurance to wait caused unnecessary inconvenience. I kindly request a refund of the $80 prepayment. I've been attempting to add my son to my account as a family member. I thought I had completed this process previously, but whenever he tries to use the account, the rides get canceled. I've searched on the app and online, but can't find any option to add a family member to my account. The settings section doesn't provide a family option. I'm unsure why I'm facing this issue and where I'm making a mistake. I've reviewed the online help and FAQs, but I still can't resolve the problem.

I arranged for an Uber car to take my niece and children to the train station. However, the driver, Sandeep, unloaded their belongings, refused to drive them, and still charged me. I am requesting a refund for this unacceptable situation. The driver's actions caused distress to my niece as her phone was low on battery and she had to text me to explain the situation. I selected a larger car to accommodate my niece and her children, and Sandeep's Blue Toyota Kluger could have done so. This was not just an inconvenience but a disappointing experience.
