We are flying into SFB on June 16th, [redacted]. We have received service at the airport before heading to our hotel in Ormond Beach and on our return trip. I was attempting to book a ride in advance, but when I enter SFB as the pick-up location, it says it's unavailable. We have utilized Uber for transportation in the past. Can you assist me with this issue? I'm looking to secure a reasonable fare to avoid being overcharged for an on-demand ride. The quoted price range for the ride is $67-$70, and I hope to book it for that amount. Thank you.

I was incorrectly charged for a ride by driver Felix on May 23 at 6:20 (ride code T696539C). I did not take this ride and need this charge removed. My correct ride was with Dibiyash (ride code T788212C) where I was driven home. I'm trying to reactivate my Uber account. It was closed several years ago due to fraudulent charges in Baltimore that were resolved with my credit card company. Yesterday, I booked an Uber ride to Atlanta Airport, and it took the driver 26 minutes to reach my house. Just as we were about 4 minutes away from the airport, the driver claimed that I had canceled the trip, which I did not. When I questioned her, she insisted that I had canceled and refused to take me because she wasn't getting paid. Instead, she offered to drop me off at a nearby gas station. Frustrated, I asked her to simply take me back home. She ended up never taking me to the airport. To my surprise, I was charged $70.31 for the airport trip and $12.62 for the short ride back home. The total of $82.93 was deducted from my card. I am in disbelief over this situation and kindly request a refund for the incorrect charges. The driver's name was Melissa.

I am contesting the charge for a fraudulent Uber trip purportedly taken in London, England. Living in California, I did not use Uber in England. Uber claims the charge is valid, but I request an impartial review of their decision on this matter. On Saturday afternoon, I requested an Uber to go to Emancipet in Pflugerville. I had to provide all my credit card information without consulting my husband first. They said a driver named Jorge would come, but when he didn't arrive, I called – but Jorge and no one else answered. Later, I got a message saying the trip was canceled, not by me. They wanted me to choose another trip for a different time, but it was too late as the clinic closed at 6:00 pm. I didn't request another ride. Today, I received an email saying they charged me $5.00 for that trip I didn't take or cancel, and they still haven't responded to my call.

Today, I took an Uber from Willesden Green station to Finchley Road station. The driver's name is Alimire Yabarow. I accidentally left my phone in the car, which has important details for my flight tonight. I've contacted Uber three times about it, but their customer service has been unhelpful. The website advises reaching out to the driver directly, but I'm unable to obtain the driver's contact information. I've tried calling my phone, but unfortunately, there has been no response. I'm worried that my phone may have been compromised.

I arranged transportation from [redacted] San Saba to [redacted] Custer Ave using my sister-in-law's Uber app around 11 p.m. last Sunday. Unfortunately, I left my cellphone in the vehicle, and the driver, who I talked to through Rosemary the following day (which was a holiday), promised to return it to the pickup address. I recently had a concerning experience with an Uber driver who charged me an additional 55 pounds above the usual fare. Despite not covering any toll charges, the driver demanded this extra fee. My regular trips to the same destination typically cost between 50 to 60 pounds, so discovering a 30-pound parking charge and 25-pound CAI toll on the trip details was shocking. I experienced very poor service from my driver recently. Despite needing assistance due to having a cane, he did not offer help until I had already started loading heavy items into the vehicle. Moreover, instead of taking me directly home, he first attempted to drop me off at the front office. Upon arrival at my house, the driver carelessly unloaded my belongings, resulting in some of the dishes I had purchased breaking. Throughout the ride, he appeared distracted by another phone, leading to several wrong turns.

Dear Sir, On the 2nd of June, I took a trip with Uber from Uttara Sector-12 Road-13 to Maniknagar Model High School. The fare was [redacted] BDT. After the trip, I gave the driver a [redacted] BDT note and [redacted] BDT, but he did not return the correct change of [redacted] BDT. Despite my insistence, the driver, MD. ALOM, claimed he had given me the correct amount. I suspect this may not be an isolated incident based on his behavior. I urge you to investigate and take appropriate action promptly. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to cease using Uber and advise my family to do the same. I seek a swift resolution to this issue.

I have been trying to contact Uber since last Tuesday regarding my lost phone and wallet forgotten in a ride from Chandler Blvd to Lone Butte. I traveled to Romania from 24 04 to 22.05 [redacted]. In Timisoara, I requested a car from the Car Rental on 16. 04, which did not arrive. According to my GPS, it was spinning around for about 10 minutes away (approximately 4-500m). I was penalized with 4 RON, not them! Worse was on 17.05 when I waited on Grivitei Street (entrance to North Railway Station) in Bucharest in the rain and wind for about 30 minutes, while the car was about 1 km away (that's what my GPS showed) and the driver didn't answer my calls. I got sick, had to visit a doctor, do tests, and buy medicine, which cost me around $[redacted]. I request that you remove such drivers from your Romania team and reimburse me for the expenses. I recently took an Uber from Hollywood to downtown as a shared ride. Unfortunately, at the second pickup location, another customer cancelled the ride. On Sunday, June 4th, I ended up taking three Ubers instead of two due to this cancellation. Upon reviewing my bank statement and email, I noticed that I was charged for four trips instead of the correct amount. I would appreciate it if this billing error could be rectified to reflect the accurate number of trips taken. If this matter is not resolved, I will have to address it through my bank. Hello, I wanted to share a recent experience I had on May 22, [redacted]. On that day, I did not interact with a driver but received a call informing me that the driver was waiting at my door. I clarified that I had not requested Uber services. To my surprise, later that evening, I noticed a charge of $6.30 on my credit card. I have noticed some unexpected recurring charges on my account that I did not authorize. There was a charge of $0.40, followed by $0.95, then $23.00, and $29.00 which was initially on hold but seems to have been processed again. I updated my card on June 3rd, and after the hold, my account balance was empty until yesterday when these charges showed up. I left my cell phone in the car on Thursday night, 5/25/23, at 9:10 pm. Despite trying to call the number the next morning, it went straight to email. After a message chat with the support group on Friday, 5/26, they were able to contact the driver, Jianbiao, with license plate #3N F511. He confirmed having the phone and mentioned sending it on Tuesday, 5/30. We expressed interest in meeting the driver to retrieve the phone, but never received a callback after providing our number. Uber support was contacted on the 27th and assured they would reach out to the driver. Now, the concern remains as to where the phone might have been sent if indeed dispatched on Tuesday. The phone contains important items like a license, credit and debit cards, AAA card, and $[redacted].

On March 8, I took an Uber from [redacted] Bordeaux Ave to [redacted] Ponchartrain Ave and back to [redacted] Bordeaux Ave. The initial price shown was $47, but I was charged $[redacted] without prior notice. I believe this amount is excessive for such a short distance within the same mobile home park. I kindly request a refund of $63 for the discrepancy in the fare. My visit to [redacted] Ponchartrain Ave was brief, lasting only 5 minutes. As a person with fixed income, I cannot afford a $[redacted] ride for less than a mile's travel.

I need to dispute two charges made to my credit card from Uber on May 26, [redacted]. I booked a ride, but the driver refused to take me to my destination claiming he didn't know the way until he arrived. I requested he cancel the trip since he changed his mind, but he insisted on calling Uber and making me wait for 15 to 20 minutes.
