I have reached out via email, and I am looking to place a new food order. To proceed, I kindly request a refund or credit for my previous order. Although I received a $5 credit already, I am hopeful that Uber Eats will also provide the refund or credit. I ordered pizza from Donatos, and upon delivery, I found all three pizzas placed on their sides on the driver's seat, resulting in them being completely ruined. Unfortunately, this affected my dinner plans with guests. I have sent two pictures to illustrate the condition, and I can provide an additional image if necessary.

Following a recent order through the Android-based application, the food was delivered to the incorrect address, and the customer service representatives did not handle my issue adequately.
I spoke with two individuals who identified themselves as supervisors. The first person, Tom, abruptly ended my call as I was explaining my problem. On the second attempt, a female named Hazel, dropped my call while trying to transfer me to a supervisor. Lastly, I spoke with Todd, who later connected me with Donna. Unfortunately, Donna did not show concern for my issue and mentioned that although the app made an error, the payment had already been sent to the restaurant and could not be refunded.
I used to be a loyal user of this application but will now switch to your competitors due to this experience. Although I have had positive experiences with the delivery service and courteous drivers, I believe your customer service requires improvement.

The day before yesterday, I placed an order on Uber Eats using account number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the order did not meet my expectations, so I lodged a complaint and received a refund of [redacted] INR out of the total [redacted] INR order amount. Yesterday, upon checking my Paytm account, I noticed a deduction of [redacted] INR for the same order. However, I made the payment for that order in cash to the delivery executive. Following this discovery, I raised another complaint with Uber Eats. They explained that the [redacted] INR refund is an adjustment for the same issue. I am puzzled by how both situations can align.

I wanted to address my recent order (#[redacted]) concern. I placed an order while visiting family in New Jersey but realized within 30 seconds to 1 minute that I made a mistake and cancelled. However, I was still charged $28+, which seems unfair considering the short timeframe of the cancellation.
I spoke to two customer representatives, Katherine and Genevieve, who informed me that regardless of the short duration of the order, the $28 charge still applies. I would like to mention that Genevieve's perspective on consumer sentiments seemed contradictory to corporate policy on a professional level. If Genevieve agrees with my viewpoint but cannot provide a clear justification for Uber's stance on my case, I would like to know who else can address my concerns if a supervisor is unavailable.

I contacted Ubereats tonight to request a refund for missing items in my order—two Peptis. My husband noticed the drinks were missing upon delivery and the driver confirmed the restaurant hadn't included them. When I requested the refund on the app, Ubereats declined, citing previous refund requests. However, missing items have been a recurring issue with my orders through Ubereats, putting me in a frustrating situation. Despite explaining the situation, they stuck to their refund policy limit for my account without offering further explanation. I requested a copy of their refund policy but received no response after multiple attempts. Instead, I kept being redirected to general help options without addressing my specific concerns regarding missing items.

I made an order from Nanumal Bhojraj with Order Number 6F194 on May 30, [redacted], around 8:00 PM. The delivery guy's name is Mr. Shaikh. I requested change as I only had a [redacted] rupee note for my [redacted] rupee order. He returned [redacted] rupees but promised to bring back the remaining 50 rupees from downstairs, which he never did. Despite confirming with him, he never returned with my money. This behavior is unacceptable. It was one of my first orders on Uber Eats, but it might be my last if drivers continue to scam customers like this.

I recently found out that Uber Eats is now available in Wellingborough from a friend. He mentioned that he can order from McDonald's for delivery, but I can't. After comparing the distance and time it takes for deliveries to our locations using Google Maps, I realized there's only a one-minute difference between reaching his house and mine from the same building. I'm confused as to why he can get delivery while I can't, especially when we are so close to each other. It's frustrating because McDonald's is one of the few established chains near me that I can order from, and I'm in an easily accessible location for delivery.

I recently placed an order through McDonald's delivery service. The app indicated that my order had been delivered when it had not been. I waited for about 10 minutes assuming it was delayed, eventually leading me to place a second order. Shortly after, the original delivery arrived (without the app showing the driver's location) making it impossible to cancel the second order for a refund. I had provided specific instructions for my address when ordering which were not displayed correctly on the app. I am requesting a refund for the second meal due to these issues. Unfortunately, my account has been flagged for supposedly canceling orders frequently, but this is not accurate as I only cancel when items are missing, a common issue with certain restaurants. I am Chris Haefner, an Uber Eats driver. I have received reports from customers stating that I have delivered their food, only to find out that the order was canceled because the restaurant was closed. This has happened multiple times, causing me to drive long distances for no pay. Customers should be informed if their order is canceled, and I should also be notified to avoid wasted trips. I believe I should be compensated for my time and effort. There is no fraudulent activity involved, as evidenced by my rating and trip history. I recently placed my first order with Uber Eats for a restaurant close to my home, only 2 miles away. The order was made through the mobile app and the process was smooth. Although the order was scheduled to arrive by 5:45 pm CT, it was delayed and only reached me at 6:50 pm after several calls to the driver who eventually delivered the food. Unfortunately, the food arrived in poor condition, and to my surprise, the driver added an extra $4.00 tip to the bill after leaving. While the customer service representatives were friendly, they were unable to refund the unauthorized tip. I plan to inform my bank about disputing the charges made by Uber Eats. I have been a loyal Uber customer without any issues until now. This unfortunate experience with Uber Eats has left me disappointed, and I will not be using their service again.

Hello, my name is Prentice H. I recently ordered four items from McDonald's: a bacon McGriddle, two sausage McGriddles, and an extra caramel swirl frappe which I did not receive. I was also missing a sandwich. I am extremely disappointed with my order. Not only did I have to wait for a long four hours, but the food I received was not what I ordered. The driver delivered cold sandwiches that appeared to have been sitting for hours, and instead of my frappe, I received a diet soda. I am currently on the phone with a representative named Sam, who claims they cannot help and blamed me for changing my order, which I did not do. I am displeased with Uber Eats' service and would like to speak to a General Manager or someone in a higher position. I feel that my money and time were wasted, and the food did not meet my expectations. I am frustrated with paying $40 for two sandwiches and a soda. I had a disappointing experience with Uber Eats recently. I want to address the ongoing issue I'm facing, which seems to be related to the delivery person's oversight. I placed an order from Meghna Foods and paid the full amount of Rs [redacted] in cash. However, it appears that the delivery person did not update the cash payment, resulting in an outstanding balance of Rs [redacted] on my account. This has happened for the third time now. On previous occasions, I ended up overpaying by making additional payments for orders that were already settled in cash. On May 31 at 3:24 p.m., while using Uber Eats, I mistakenly placed an order totaling $15.12, which I immediately canceled. Initially, $26.70 was charged to my card, but upon cancellation, I received a refund of $7.13. On June 1st, an additional $19.57 refund was issued, but simultaneously, $15.12 was deducted from my card again. After calling customer service, I was informed that since the order was accepted upon placement, I wouldn't be refunded the full amount of the food. I am disappointed with this response as I feel my hard-earned money was taken without justification. I hope to address this issue promptly and seek a resolution to restore my satisfaction.

Dear @Uber_Support, I must express my extreme disappointment with my recent Uber Eats experience. I placed an order at 2:43 PM, with a promised delivery time of half an hour. After waiting and the delivery person not even being assigned, I contacted customer support. Devendra claimed the food was picked up and would arrive on time, advising me to refresh my app for details. Ten minutes later, with no updates, I called again and spoke to Shraddha. She mentioned the delivery person had just reached the restaurant, contradicting what Devendra had told me. When she failed to provide an explanation, I asked to speak with the floor manager. Abhishek offered me a credit of 75 Rs but failed to address the delayed order adequately. It's disappointing that my simple order took 2 hours with multiple issues, while I was misled by your support team. I regret choosing Uber Eats over Swiggy for this experience. I have all calls recorded and plan to file a formal complaint regarding this matter.

I am currently experiencing issues with the Uber navigation system as it is not displaying the correct location. Despite guiding most drivers to the correct place, during my recent order, I encountered a driver who accused me of the navigation issue. This led to inappropriate behavior from the driver towards my father, who then did not respond to further calls. The driver falsely claimed arrival, initiating a timer, despite not being at the location. When I tried to assist with directions, the driver refused and behaved rudely towards me. I find this conduct unacceptable and am considering legal action against the driver. Additionally, I was unable to reach UberEats support, and our order was canceled without a refund. I request prompt attention to this matter.

I am a resident of Rome and have been attempting to work as a rider for Uber Eats for the past month. I completed my registration on the Uber Eats website and awaited nearly two weeks to secure an appointment and rider class. I followed all instructions provided by the instructor, which included submitting the "Certificato di Casellario Giudiziale Generale" and paying 25 euros to meet the necessary requirements. I even purchased a new bicycle specifically for this job.
On May 30, I visited the Uber office in Rome as scheduled. However, I was informed that the bags needed for delivery were out of stock and was asked to return the following week to collect them and activate my account. Today, when I visited the Uber office at "Piazza capizucchi 13," I was told that my account could not be activated at this time and that I would need to wait another one or two months to start working.
I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility and communication from a company as reputable as Uber Eats. I have been a loyal user of your food delivery services and aspired to join your team as a rider. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been disheartening and unprofessional. I have invested significant time and money in preparing to become an Uber rider, only to encounter setbacks and delays.

The UberEats order I received today from Filibertos in Chandler, AZ was disappointing. Firstly, the delivery was delayed from 1:25pm to 2pm, which was frustrating as the food could have been picked up faster. Additionally, despite requesting extra cheese and sour cream, the cheese was missing, and the sour cream and guacamole were not in separate containers but directly on the fries, resulting in soggy and lukewarm fries due to the hot weather. I believe deliveries should include separate containers for cold items to prevent this issue.

I mistakenly ordered UberEats to the wrong location and canceled the order within 10 seconds. Despite my quick action, I was charged. When I called customer support for help in getting a refund or changing the address, the representative kept saying he understood when he did not offer any solutions. He cited that the restaurant had already accepted the order, which seemed unlikely given the short timeframe. Frustratingly, I was told no refund could be provided. As a student, $25 is significant, especially when that was my dinner money. It's disappointing to miss out on a meal due to an honest mistake, particularly when the restaurant had not even started preparing the food yet.
