At 7.38 pm, I placed an UberEats order from BonChon in Denver to be delivered to Willow Street. I initially paid by credit card, but on arrival, I mistakenly gave the driver $40 in cash, assuming cash payment was an option. I had also already tipped the driver named "Nathan" who drove a Legacy online. Unfortunately, Nathan did not return the extra $40. I'm frustrated by the oversight, especially when unwell and not thinking clearly about the delivery process. It's disappointing to encounter dishonest behavior from drivers like Nathan. I am seeking the return of the $36 or so charged to my credit card and hope that Nathan can rectify this situation. This experience has left me quite upset.

I recently signed up for Uber Eats and linked my PayPal account. After deactivating Uber in my automatic payments on PayPal, I later forgot to reactivate it before placing a new order. Even though the order went through and was delivered, I wasn't charged. Upon realizing Uber was activated in my PayPal account, I tried to pay, but the transaction kept failing. Despite sending numerous emails and receiving minimal help, I still can't pay the outstanding balance. I ordered lunch from Five Guys with a couple of coworkers. Upon receiving the delivery, I noticed a missing burger and fries. After contacting Five Guys, I discovered that the receipt was also not included in the bag. The delivery person, accompanied by her son, may have taken the missing items. I had to leave work to get a new order, which was both a waste of time and money. I am not happy with just a replacement order; I am seeking a full refund for this incident of mishandling my food and inconvenience.

Upon logging in, I was startled to see a FINAL NOTICE on my account today. A few days ago, I had initially received a notice regarding undelivered orders which I promptly addressed by contacting support. I was assured by the support team that the notice was an automated response to a previous inquiry I made relating to a specific delivery incident. Apart from that particular occurrence, my delivery performance has been smooth, except for a few instances where customers were unreachable. I diligently followed the protocol in such cases, including waiting the required time before abandoning the delivery. Subsequently, my ability to cash out instantly has been suspended without clear explanation when I sought assistance via phone. This action is puzzling to me as I have no unresolved delivery issues and my ratings remain consistent at 97% with minimal negative feedback. I am eager to understand the reasons behind the suspension, how to rectify it, and if not, the estimated duration of this restriction. I recently ordered Haleem on Ubereats and paid in cash upon delivery. The delivery person requested a good rating, which I provided with 5 stars. However, when placing a new order, the app indicated I still owed for the previous one. Upon contacting support, they apologized for the inconvenience but cited a past issue as the reason they couldn't assist me with a refund this time. Despite reopening the issue multiple times, each attempt to resolve it was met with the status being marked as resolved without any explanation. Feeling frustrated with the lack of resolution, I have switched to using Swiggy instead. Unfortunately, the unpaid amount now also appears when I book Uber rides, forcing me to pay. It's just [redacted] rupees, but the situation has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the service.

I have made multiple successful orders on UberEats without any delivery issues until today. While tracking my latest order online, I received a call from the driver stating that the location was too far for delivery and they had other commitments. This led to my order being canceled and a suggestion to reorder. I was looking forward to my meal and then received a call from "SHARM" at [redacted] from Leesburg, VA, asking to reorder and promising a different driver. I am not willing to spend money twice, and I am frustrated that I now have to wait for a refund which will take days. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with UberEats. The customer service provided was subpar, and it is concerning that employees like SHARM struggle with English communication. I believe some form of compensation should be offered for this inconvenience. As a result of this, I will no longer be using UberEats and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I request a prompt refund of my money.

I received my order, but unfortunately, there were more than four items missing. These included 1 kids meal, 1 Big Mac, 1 order of fries, a 10-piece nugget, and 3 drinks. I promptly sent an email, but it took 2 hours to receive a response. The only resolution offered was $10 back on my card within 3-10 business days, with no offer to redeliver or issue a credit. The automated response felt impersonal. Since my vehicle is not working, the botched dinner was even more frustrating, with kids fighting over the limited food. When I contacted customer service, they were unsympathetic and seemed to blame me. While $40 may not seem like much to some, as a single mother, it is a significant amount to me.

I placed an order for a full chicken tandoori from Jaffarbhai in Mahim. When the delivery person was close to my house, I contacted him and provided directions. However, after five minutes, he canceled my order citing the reason that he couldn't locate the location. This is frustrating as I had ordered from the same place two months ago without any issues. I am disappointed that the delivery person did not attempt to contact me to clarify the address. I believe he should be accountable for this and provide an explanation. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me as promised after I made a morning order at Dennys for over $22. Despite requesting delivery by 9:30 am and a courtesy call, no one contacted me. The representative claimed the food was delivered at 8:49 am, contrary to my specified time. Furthermore, there was no incoming call on my phone. Disappointingly, the rep mentioned I would not be refunded due to the early delivery. This is unacceptable since the driver failed to follow instructions, delivering the food 41 minutes before the set time without notifying me. I had to reorder breakfast and the subsequent driver followed instructions correctly. I insist on a refund for the undelivered order and request a supervisor call me regarding this issue. This evening, I ordered meals from a restaurant one mile away. Initially, the wait and delivery time was long, but it was a Friday night, so I understood. After 30 minutes, I noticed the restaurant had the food ready, but no driver was there. Our delivery driver was in a different part of town miles away. We waited as the delivery time updated to an hour from the request. I tried to cancel on the app, but there was no option, and we couldn't find contact info. The driver was still far away. We couldn't reach the driver or the service to cancel. Finally, an hour and a half later, we received the cold but wrapped food. I am requesting a refund. Thank you.

Significant Delay in Receiving Food Order. I experienced a significant delay in receiving my order (order no #F5730) from Kritunga restaurant. I placed an order (#B2552) at 1 pm PST today. Upon the driver's arrival, there was a discrepancy regarding the callbox working, as I mentioned it was functional yet no one was present. The driver indicated being near a fence, which does not align with the entrance of my apartment building. After checking the back of the building and no sight of the driver, she had left, marking the order as delivered despite me not receiving it. Contacting customer support, the associate mentioned the driver reported me as unavailable, which is inaccurate, leaving me dissatisfied with the service received. I hope for a refund for the order lost due to the confusion and miscommunication experienced during this delivery attempt.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Ishu Bhutani, a customer of Uber Eats since the company started in Delhi. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with your delivery team last night. I placed an order at 1 am for my guests, and after an hour of waiting, I tried reaching out to the delivery boy multiple times, but he did not answer. To my surprise, the Uber application showed that my order was delivered, which was not the case. I even contacted customer support, but encountered the same issue of not being able to reach the delivery boy or the customer care team. This is not the first time this has happened to me, and I am concerned about the integrity of your delivery team and the service in general. Tonight in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, my family and I tried Uber Eats for the first time while on vacation. We ordered from a nearby Subway, and despite the ease of ordering, our delivery was slightly delayed and missing two sandwiches. By the time we noticed, the delivery driver had left. After reporting the issue on the app, we were promised a refund, but encountered difficulty reordering the missing items due to unavailability. As a result, we had to reorder from a different Subway, causing a further delay of 30 minutes. This initial experience has left us dissatisfied, and we have decided not to use Uber Eats in the future.

On Saturday (05/25/19), a coworker and I placed an UberEATS order (#04BCA) from El Paisa at [redacted] Harry Hines Blvd in Dallas, TX for breakfast tacos totaling $20.63. Regrettably, the food was never delivered, and despite multiple attempts to get a refund, UberEATS support has not been helpful.
