I placed an online order with Panda Express through Uber Eats. The ordering system on Panda Express's menu is poorly designed and resulted in my order being incorrect. Out of my $20 order, only my soda and 1 egg roll were accurate. Uber Eats offered me a $77 refund, which is laughable considering I basically spent $10 on a soda and an egg roll. The food I did receive from Panda Express was terrible. Not getting the food I paid for made me miss my entire lunch, leaving me with a $10 soda and an egg roll. This experience has made me decide to never use Uber Eats again. Their service was atrocious and felt like a complete ripoff. It's disappointing to see companies providing such poor service still in operation. I was even instructed to email to delete my account, with no immediate solution provided. I will discourage everyone I know from using Uber Eats, as it's only acceptable when orders are correct; otherwise, customers suffer alone.

Hello, I received a promo code yesterday for a 50% discount on my first two orders. I attempted to use the promo, but it did not apply when I tried to use it at checkout. The order went through by mistake, but I cancelled it immediately. Unfortunately, I later found out that the order was still being prepared. I tried to contact customer service, but I couldn't reach them. Even though I cancelled the order, money was deducted from my Paytm without my consent. It upsets me that the full amount was taken without permission. I did not even consume the food. This has left me with a negative impression of UberEats. I understand deducting a portion of the order amount, especially if it hadn't been delivered. I believe the mistake was on your end because if I hadn't received the promo code, I wouldn't have placed the order. I would like my money refunded back to my Paytm wallet promptly. Hello,*Yesterday afternoon, I received a promo code for **% off my first two orders. When I tried to apply the code, it didn't work, and my order was mistakenly placed. I immediately canceled it, but the order was still preparing. I couldn't reach customer care to cancel it further. To my surprise, money was deducted from my Paytm without my permission. I was disappointed that the full amount was taken. I understand a **-**% deduction, even if I canceled after delivery hadn't started, as food wouldn't go to waste. While I appreciate that the restaurant could still serve the order to another customer, I believe the deduction was too much. The mistake was receiving the wrong promo code; I only placed the order because of it. When I tried to cancel immediately after ordering, the app didn't let me, possibly due to a technical issue. Please address this promptly, as it has left me with a negative perception of UberEats. I request a refund to my Paytm wallet. I have been facing issues with your GPS system directing drivers to the wrong address for two months, and I am frustrated. I shouldn't have to leave notes for drivers as your company should handle this accurately. The lack of human customer support adds to my frustration as responses seem automated. Despite my loyalty over 5 years and substantial spending, I feel a simple $18 order is causing unnecessary problems. Your reluctance to issue a refund for a mistake that inconveniences me reflects poorly on customer care. I deserve a more appropriate response and a solution to this recurring problem caused by your system. This is my second email on the matter, and I have also tried calling in before.

I ordered from Chicken Express on Uber Eats last night. My order number is #EDDE1. Unfortunately, the 15' pizza I received was burnt and inedible, so we had to throw it away. I contacted customer service immediately, provided visual evidence, but they denied my refund this morning, citing the restaurant's good reputation. I believe as a loyal customer, I should receive a refund for food that did not meet my expectations. I would appreciate a further review of my case and a full refund. I recently had issues with my Uber Eats orders. I tried to cancel an order, but it went through, and money was deducted from my Paytm wallet without my knowledge. Another time, I received a promo code and accidentally placed an order with it, even though it was not a valid code. I contacted customer service to cancel the order, and they did cancel it. However, I later found out that my wallet was short of money when I tried to pay for groceries. I usually don't carry cash or cards, so this was inconvenient. I believe the deductions from my wallet were unauthorized. I request a refund of the entire amount. If there are any charges for cancellation, I authorize only those to be deducted. In comparison to other establishments like Big Bazaar, where an OTP is required for transactions, I wonder how Uber Eats can deduct money easily. I hope you can investigate this matter and refund my money promptly.

Last time I placed an order with you, the delivery boy did not reach my home, claiming the address was wrong when it was correct. Now, whenever I try to place a new order, it shows that I need to pay the previous amount. This is frustrating as it was the delivery person's mistake. Please respond quickly as I constantly face issues with making new orders due to this previous payment problem.

I made a purchase from Subway and had it picked up by the driver, Jenimar. She circled the parking lot in her scooter outside my office before leaving without delivering the order. Despite her claim of attempting to contact me, she cancelled the order without a refund after only 8 minutes. I caught her lie when I tracked her movements on my phone. I am sharing this experience to warn others about this dishonest driver, Jenimar, who took my money and left me without my lunch. Be cautious if you come across her.

When I called customer service immediately upon noticing the error, I was put on hold for 8 minutes before they contacted the restaurant. Unfortunately, the representative did not offer a resolution and sounded robotic. After persistently requesting a supervisor for 25 minutes, I was connected to Josh. He was unprofessional, repeating the same information without listening to my concerns. Throughout this ordeal, no one mentioned that delaying would incur a higher charge. This lack of professionalism and poor service was disappointing. I do not believe I should be charged extra for an inconvenience caused by your application malfunctioning. I am contacting you for the second time regarding my recent order. Despite paying a $10 service and delivery fee, my order was delayed by over an hour and the possibility of mishandling has left me dissatisfied. While I appreciate the offer of a $6 discount on my next order, I believe a full refund would be a more appropriate resolution. My attempt to discuss this matter with the restaurant's manager, Rene, was met with rudeness, impatience, and a lack of satisfactory solutions. Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding issues with my order while it was being prepared is concerning. My overall experience has been extremely disappointing, and I now have reservations about the quality and handling of my food based on the manager's unprofessional behavior during our conversation.

I cancelled an order with Delux Burger before the restaurant accepted it, but I was still charged. When I contacted customer service, two individuals stated that the restaurant had accepted the order and that I cancelled too late. There was only a brief moment between placing the order and canceling it, and the app did not indicate that the order was accepted. I was charged $32 unjustly. I am requesting a full refund from UberEATS for this transaction.

I placed an order for a Masala Toast sandwich from Eatzzo Vasnat Vihar at 11:15. However, at 11:40, it was delivered to someone else by the delivery man, Murgesh. He did not deliver my order, did not call me, and now the system shows it as delivered. This has happened before 8 days ago as well. The service is terrible, with no response from customer service. I request a strict action against delivery boys who do not deliver the food. I hope you can address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I placed an order on Uber Eats for McDonald’s on Friday, May 3, at approximately 6:30 pm. The delivery driver called me around 7 pm, claiming she couldn't find my location despite being very close. I provided clear directions, but she still left with my food after a short interaction in-store. Uber Eats marked my order as delivered even though I never received it. Order number D5FC1. I placed an order with Jim & Pete’s restaurant at 7 PM with a expected delivery time of 7:30. Unfortunately, the delivery kept getting delayed. At 7:53, UberEats customer service called to inform me that the driver was told the order was cancelled, which was not the case. After being assured the food would still be delivered, I received a cancellation notification at 8:03. Customer service then claimed they canceled the order because the restaurant was out of ingredients. I questioned why this information wasn't provided promptly. After a frustrating conversation and being hung up on, I contacted the restaurant directly. They confirmed they informed UberEats twice about the issue but also got hung up on. I decided to reorder from the restaurant since they assured me they had the ingredients. I hope to avoid being charged for the food and see the customer service agent held accountable for their inadequate handling of the situation. This experience has made me hesitant to use the app again due to the lack of trust it has created.

I placed an order at Rolls Mania shop for some rolls with order number #10CBB. Initially, it indicated that the food was being prepared, then it switched to stating that the food was picked up. Unfortunately, after a few minutes, the order was canceled without explanation. I was unable to reach the delivery partner for clarification. Upon contacting Rolls Mania, I was informed that the order was already collected by the UberEats delivery person named "Gautam." I am disappointed as I lost both my food and the money spent. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and issuing a refund.

I am having difficulty logging in as I forgot my password. Despite attempting to reset it by providing my registered email addresses, I receive an error message stating they are not linked to my mobile number. This has been a persistent issue for a month, hindering my ability to place orders on Uber Eats. Likewise, I am experiencing a similar problem with my Uber account. Despite numerous security verifications, I cannot recall my password or the associated email address, preventing me from logging in. Could you please delete the account linked to mobile number [redacted]? I intend to create a new account with the same mobile number using a different email address.

I recently ordered egg biryani through my friend's account under the number "[redacted]" and specifically requested no chicken mixed in, only egg as I am vegetarian. Unfortunately, my order included chicken despite my note. I had to reorder from another app later that afternoon due to this mistake. I am disappointed that my query on the app was not addressed promptly. I demand a refund for this error. Uber's lack of response is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Uber Eats for my recent order. My order was canceled and my money was taken. I feel like I have been unfairly charged. Uber claims the driver tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. A text message through the app was not sufficient. Since I often watch Netflix on my phone, the text went unnoticed. If the driver had called, I would have answered. I have always been a loyal customer and have never experienced this issue before. Instead of taking care of a loyal customer, Uber has left me without my order and out of money. If I do not receive a refund, Uber will lose a loyal customer and potentially more money than if they had handled this situation properly.
