On April 29th at 6:09 p.m., I, Mr. Jonathan Koshy, placed an order for a chicken tikka roll and two chicken seekh rolls. Unfortunately, the order confirmation didn't display correctly, leading me to reorder through Swiggy. Consequently, I received two orders, one of which was unintentional. More concerning was the stale chicken which could have caused food poisoning for someone unfamiliar with such situations. The total cost of the order was a substantial INR [redacted] (3.32 USD). Such an experience was unexpected from Uber, a reputed American company. I believe Uber Eats should refund the amount to maintain their reputation and ensure a positive relationship with customers. A cash refund or discount on a future order would be appreciated. I await a prompt response from Uber Eats.

I placed an order for food on my way back from the office. I received a call from the delivery partner, named Syed, asking for the address. The address is already clearly listed in my profile, including a map for reference. I reiterated the details for better understanding. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that my order had been canceled because the delivery person couldn't locate my address, despite it being provided with a map. This was not my error as the address was accurately given. My family was left waiting for dinner, and I was disappointed by the cancellation. I ordered from Tijuana Flats today on 5/5, but unfortunately, my food was never delivered. I attempted to resolve the issue through the app but encountered some difficulties. Despite waiting in my kitchen, I didn't receive any notification or a call. Following up with Uber Eats, I was informed by a representative that the driver had allegedly contacted me and waited for 12 minutes, making me ineligible for a refund. However, I never received any communication from the delivery person and confirmed that my phone number was correct on my account. In the past, drivers experiencing difficulties have typically called me, which did not happen this time. I am disappointed by this unprofessional situation and believe I deserve a refund. I encountered an issue with an Uber Eats customer service representative who was unwilling to assist me and neglected to escalate my concerns to a manager upon my request. Despite my request for the manager to contact the driver and update me accordingly, I never received a return call. When I inquired about proof of attempted contact, I was advised to pay closer attention to my communication channels. Furthermore, my attempts to report the unhelpful representative were thwarted as she ended up responding to my email, and I was unable to rate the unprofessional delivery person. Hello, I frequently order from Uber Eats every weekend. This bank holiday, there was a free delivery promo, which I used twice. However, upon checking my receipts, I realized that I was charged for delivery both times even though I applied the promo code. This resulted in an additional £7 charge that I shouldn't have incurred.

Hello, I have made several attempts to reach out but haven't received any response. I am unsure how to contact you directly. Last night, I ordered from McDonald's, but they delivered the wrong items, including BBQ sauce which my son is allergic to. Despite informing the delivery driver and calling McDonald's, the issue was not resolved. I had to cook new food as the order was cold. The strawberry lemonade drink I ordered tasted like watered-down lemons, disappointing my son. Additionally, I never receive straws, which is concerning as my 5-year-old son could choke on the ice. This experience has left my son, who has a disability, very upset. I usually treat him to McDonald's weekly, but after this incident, I am hesitant to order from them again.

The delivery person, Vikram, has been very unprofessional and frustrating, leading me to consider not ordering from UberEats again.
1. Initially, he did not update or call me when he arrived with my order, causing a long wait on my end. It's unreasonable to expect customers to constantly monitor the map.
2. When I tried to contact him using the provided number on the app, it was unreachable for 10-15 minutes. When I finally reached him, he went to the wrong location and it took an hour to guide him to the correct address.
3. While I have ordered from UberEats before without issue, this delivery experience was exceptionally poor and frustrating.
4. He seemed incapable of understanding instructions, ignored calls, and failed to find the correct address (even when it was very close), displaying a careless and unprofessional attitude.
5. The order arrived at 5 pm, with the food being dried out and lacking freshness. He also struggled to locate my apartment, which was disappointing.
6. This experience wasted my time and money, leaving me dissatisfied with the service. I request strict action be taken in response to this complaint.

I received an email regarding a few undelivered orders as a driver. I take pride in delivering all my orders from door to door without any issues. If customers claim items are missing, it should be handled by the merchant, not me. I find it unethical to check sealed bags. If someone falsely accuses me of not delivering their food, I am willing to take legal action. Please provide written details of the complaints so I can address them. I received an email from you regarding a few undelivered orders. I want to clarify that I have successfully delivered all my orders from door to door without any issues. If a customer claims otherwise, it might be an attempt to obtain free food or due to a mistake made by the merchant. I am disappointed that my support ticket has been closed twice without resolving my issue. I believe it's time to escalate this matter to a senior staff member. The service I received is unacceptable. I feel that the restaurant needs to be investigated for their repeated errors. As someone with over 4 years of experience in customer service, including 2 years as a customer service manager, I know what good customer service should look like. The automated responses I've been receiving make me feel undervalued as a customer. The restaurant manager advised me to contact Uber Eats for assistance since the order was made through their platform, leaving me unsure where to turn next. This situation is frustrating and I refuse to let them get away with it again.

I had previously ordered from this establishment about a month ago and enjoyed it. Hoping to have a similar experience, I placed an order on May 7th, [redacted]. However, this time was a disappointment. The quality of the food did not meet the description provided. I paid $20 for a full-sized crab cake, but I received three small crab balls, each the size of a quarter in width. The food was cold, damaged, and appeared hastily put together. The sub I ordered was particularly unpleasant, with a strong odor of spoiled seafood. I am extremely dissatisfied and request a refund. Unfortunately, it seems the establishment has closed down. They failed to fulfill their promises, and their advertising misrepresents the actual product. This was the worst food experience I have had on Uber Eats. I had a disappointing experience with my recent order from Fresh Corn Grille. The delivery driver claimed to have given the food to his sister, who was supposed to hand it over to me. After a series of failed attempts to find the food, I finally located it with his sister across the street, waiting for me for 20 minutes. The whole situation was frustrating as my order arrived much later than anticipated, at 7:10 PM instead of the expected 6:40 PM. I believe sending family members to deliver orders is against your company policy. Due to this inconvenience, I am requesting a refund for my order.

I am having difficulty accessing my account. Someone used my phone number to sign in without my permission, and I was not given the option to reset it using OTP or email. The app seems to be experiencing numerous bugs. When I entered my phone number on the first page, nothing happened, but when I entered another number, it worked. I am quite frustrated and confused by what is happening. If there are restrictions on me using the Uber Eats app, please block whoever is using my phone number or provide me with the OTP option through the email I have provided. I kindly request a prompt response to this matter, otherwise, I will need to explore other options. Please do not overlook this issue.

I am extremely disappointed with the Uber driver, Michael, who drives a white Toyota Sienna. Today, I placed an order from El Taquito which turned out to be a disaster. Despite clear instructions to call [redacted] for food pickup, Michael did not make the effort. He just waited in the parking lot by the mattress store, as I also specified, without contacting me. Instead, he messaged through the app when he arrived. When I inquired if he had dialed the provided number, he claimed he was going to but blamed me for messaging him. This caused frustration as my husband, who is at work, couldn't get anything to eat while I had paid for the food and associated fees. The order was supposed to arrive by 10, but Michael only messaged after 10 and decided to cancel the order. I am requesting a full refund as this level of service is unacceptable, and I have no intention of using this service under these circumstances.

I placed an order for poke bowls (raw fish) from a local restaurant at 5:22 p.m. The initial pickup time was confirmed for 5:39 p.m., with a delivery time of 5:50 p.m. However, the delivery time has been continuously pushed back, now showing 6:57 p.m. I've made multiple attempts to reach out to the delivery driver without any response. Unfortunately, I cannot track the driver's location on the app, leaving me unsure if there are any delays or issues with my order. Given the nature of the food and the extended delay, I am concerned about the condition of the raw fish in this heat and would like to request a full refund.

We need a refund for our order that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Our location is in New York, but the food was sent to Connecticut. We attempted to cancel through your system, but were unable to do so and had to contact customer service, which took too long to respond. When we finally reached out, our order had not yet been prepared and could have been canceled at that point if the response time was quicker.
