I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Uber Eats. We paid for our order, and when I tried to contact the driver for some clarification, he arrived on a different motorcycle than the one shown in the app. Despite giving him the exact amount due of ₹[redacted], the app is still asking for additional payment. This is unacceptable, and I urgently need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Tonight, I placed orders at [redacted] hrs from Burgrill and at [redacted] hrs from The Burger Club using my [redacted] account. Both orders were canceled shortly after I ordered, and I was charged [redacted] and [redacted] bucks for the transactions. I was told it would take 2-7 days for the refund. When I explained I had no cash left to order from Zomato or Swiggy and asked for help placing an order at another restaurant, I was met with apologies but no solution or offer of credits. As a result, I haven't eaten since 8 in the morning, and now I'll be going to bed hungry due to poor communication from your employee. I will not be using the app again after my refund is processed. Our weekly sales have dropped from $[redacted].00 to $[redacted].00 despite our high ratings. This decline coincided with the introduction of new menus. Regrettably, the updated menus do not feature images or beverages, prompting confusion among customers who must now specify unnecessary details like the type of pasta for an order of "baked Ziti." These modifications are not being accurately reflected in the billing, resulting in the need for time-consuming corrections. Despite reaching out via multiple emails and phone calls, promised visits from staff to address the problems have not materialized. I have powered down our tablet and will not resume operations until a representative meets with me in person to resolve these issues. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my delivery partner from Popeyes. He failed to reach out to me, so I had to call him. Despite my house number being on my Uber profile, he claimed he couldn't find it. After a prolonged interaction, he finally located my house. Frustrated by the delay, I declined the cold food he tried to deliver. Following the incident, he stayed at my door for an excessive amount of time, even contacting me outside of the app, which I found unprofessional. Determined to rectify the situation, I contacted Popeyes directly for an in-store delivery instead. Unfortunately, as the delivery was still pending, I couldn't place a new order elsewhere. I have been using Uber Eats for about a year now, and initially, everything was great with local restaurants providing timely service. However, lately, the service quality has declined. I am Ross McEvers. I placed an order on McDonald's scheduled for delivery at 5:30 a.m., having made the order at 5:00 a.m. As it is now 6:15 a.m., no one has left the restaurant, rendering the convenience void. This is my first complaint ever, and it is unacceptable. Despite being a Postmates member with a $[redacted] annual free delivery subscription, I am dissatisfied, particularly as cancelling the order would result in a $10 charge for an hour and a half-old McDonald's meal. I must head to work soon. Realistic time estimates would greatly improve the service. I order from Uber Eats regularly, spending around a few hundred dollars monthly, and I hold an Uber Gold membership. Kindly process a refund to my account.

I've been waiting for my McDonald's delivery for almost 50 minutes now. Initially, it said it would arrive by 10:35, but the driver has been circling the McDonald's location since 10:20. It's only a 6-minute drive from my house, yet he didn't pick up the food until 10:50. Now, even though the app says it's on the way, he's still parked in front of the restaurant. I've restarted the app multiple times, so I don't think it's a map glitch. I'm afraid my food will be ice-cold when it finally arrives, considering how long it's taking. This delay is frustrating, especially given the high delivery fee.

I recently ordered pretzels and cheese dip from Buffalo Wild Wings through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the cheese dip I received was extremely watered down and had burnt pieces mixed in, making it inedible. I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings right away, and the manager directed me to Uber Eats for resolution. However, when I reached out to Uber Eats, the customer service representative seemed frustrated, didn't provide a clear solution, and abruptly ended the call when I asked for her name or employee number. I was informed that it could take up to 24 hours to receive a response regarding my issue, leaving me without food for now. Yesterday, I placed an order on UberEats with order #894D8. When the delivery person was one minute away, I was waiting in the parking lot for my food. His phone number, initially unreachable, was then switched off (Ram - [redacted]). Shortly after, I received an email stating my order was canceled, and I would be charged. My phone was working, and I was actively trying to reach him.
Despite this, he didn't attempt to deliver to my doorstep. I refuse to pay for this mistake. If I'm charged ₹[redacted] for the canceled order, I demand a refund or will escalate the issue.
The delivery person must make an effort to locate the customer. I expect a prompt and favorable response from UberEats. Thank you!

I made an order on Uber Eats and was charged an extra Rs. 60 for a surge in delivery fee. Despite the estimated delivery time being 7 PM, no delivery partner was assigned to me by then. I visited the restaurant at 7 PM, but they couldn't give me the order until a delivery partner was assigned. I had to leave for a class at 7:10 PM and couldn't wait longer, so I asked to collect the order directly, but was told they could only start preparing once a delivery partner was assigned. The restaurant owner suggested I cancel by reaching out to Uber support, which I did but was still charged. I believe I should get refunded as the delay was not my fault. I have tried to resolve this through the help section but have only received generic responses. I have requested for them to confirm with the restaurant that the food was not prepared, but they have not done so. I am hoping for a swift resolution and refund as I was not at fault in this situation.

I would like to address the issue I encountered with my recent food order from Muhhammi Place. I placed the order at 12 a.m., and despite the initial estimated delivery time being 1 a.m., it kept getting delayed to 1:30 a.m. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was unable to do so online. Upon contacting the restaurant, they were unable to provide me with the delivery person's contact information. Despite my request to cancel the order, they refused to do so, stating it was not their responsibility. The delivery person eventually arrived at 2 a.m., but I had already received another order from Swiggy and no longer wanted the food.
Although I informed the delivery person not to proceed, he still arrived at 2:35 a.m. and attempted to deliver the order, leading only to a missed call from him. I did not accept the food delivery. However, the payment has been deducted from my account. This situation was not my fault as the delivery was significantly delayed.
I am also following up on a previous refund that has not been processed within the promised timeframe of 4-5 days. It has now been a week, and I have yet to receive it. I kindly request a refund for the recent order as well. I recommend verifying this issue with the delivery person and reaching out to the restaurant for clarification. I placed an order from a nearby restaurant named Moriz. The location on my account had a slight mismatch, but I called the delivery driver before he left the restaurant to provide the correct location. However, he ended up following the wrong location. I called him again to give the correct address, but he mentioned he only understood Telugu and Kannada. I mistakenly placed an order on Uber Eats without applying a promo code on May 7 at 7:58 PM. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order, but due to some miscommunication, the order was canceled against my wishes. The app does not mention any cancellation charges before delivery, and I believe it is unfair to be charged the full amount, including delivery fees, when the order was canceled within 5 minutes and no delivery was attempted. I received a message saying our driver had arrived, but he wasn't there. After receiving a call that the driver was sent to the wrong place, we provided the correct address. When the food arrived, we were missing drinks and condiments, and the food was cold. One whole meal was missing, and I got the wrong one. I purchased a walnut dry cake from CK Bakery in Jafferghanpet yesterday. The MRP on the cake was Rs. [redacted], but your app listed it for Rs. [redacted]. I contacted CK Bakery, and they stated it was due to Uber Eats displaying the incorrect price. We ended up paying an extra Rs. 44 without tax and delivery charges. When trying to reach your customer service, I was left on hold, which is very frustrating. This issue also occurred when my son ordered 2 coconut cookies, priced at Rs.
