Last night, I placed an order for a meal for two from Burg Burgers in Mapperley using Uber Eats, Order #B8421.
Unfortunately, the delivery was tardy, the food arrived cold, and one burger was missing. I contacted Burg Burgers, who directed me to Uber Eats for resolution.
This morning, I only received a credit of £1.79, which is inadequate. The credit doesn't even compensate for the missing burger, let alone the entire inedible meal.
I kindly request a prompt refund of £28.58 to my bank card.

I placed my order at 11:50 a.m. and paid extra for quick delivery. The website indicated I would receive my order in 25 minutes, but it arrived at 12:50 p.m., which is 35 minutes late. My husband had to leave for work without lunch due to this delay. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. When I contacted support, the representative simply apologized for the delay and ended the chat without offering any resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I request a refund for both the delivery fee and service charge.

I recently ordered from Ola Amigo. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues as my food arrived late and was cold. After contacting the restaurant, I was asked to wait an additional 25 minutes, but I decided to visit the location in person. Thankfully, I discovered that I had been given the wrong wings. Michelle assured me of a full refund, but I have not seen it yet. I should have been refunded $13.60 for a cancelled item, but during the chat, the representative mentioned a $5.00 credit, neither of which I received. Additionally, I contacted my credit card company to dispute two charges from Uber Technologies in Toronto: one from October 20th for $75.19 and another more recent one on December 28th for $[redacted].00. If this matter isn't resolved within 15 days, MasterCard will step in for an investigation. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and I am not satisfied with the service I have received. I ordered McDonald's at 3:00 pm, but it did not arrive until after 4:00 pm. When it finally arrived, one meal was missing, and all the food was cold. I managed to get a refund for the missing item, but my entire order being cold was ignored. I couldn't eat any of it. I want this issue resolved since I've been disregarded thus far. The service has been terrible. They offered me £4 account credit, which I refuse. I want a full refund back to my bank account. I will be deleting the Uber Eats app due to the poor service, long waits, and missing items from my order.

I received a 40% off promo suggestion from a push notification but when I tried to use it for dinner, the app stated that the code no longer worked for my account. Without the discount, the bill is more than I wanted to spend. I was expecting at least $15 off as the deal was for up to 40% or $15 off.

I recently ordered four items, but unfortunately, each had an issue. My fillet-o-fish was burnt and inedible, while the chips were undercooked and soggy, making them also inedible. Additionally, my drink arrived only half-full and was watered down. Even the McFlurry was watered down. To make matters worse, the strawberry lemonade was melted, lacking any strawberry flavor. Uber Eats refunded me only for the problematic Strawberry Lemonade, incorrectly citing it as "burnt." I feel frustrated with this entire experience and believe I am deserving of a proper refund for the disappointing quality of the food I received.

I ordered a Subway for my daughter last night (29th Dec). When it arrived, I was very disappointed. I ordered Italian herb and cheese with pepperoni, extra cheese, but the 6-inch sub I received was dry with only three pieces of pepperoni inside. I paid £7.00 for a small, dry sandwich with hardly any toppings. This was my daughter's special treat, and I'm upset that it was not made correctly. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you.

I ordered food from Chinese Circle restaurant last night. Unfortunately, I waited for 3 hours to receive my order. I called them 4 times after 2 hours, and they only answered once, informing me that my food would be ready in 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting another hour. When I finally received my food, it was cold and too salty to eat. I had to throw it away. I am interested in getting a refund for this experience.

I have multiple issues to address. Firstly, regarding my recent order, I encountered a few problems. The driver informed me that the missing drinks needed to be addressed through contacting you. Additionally, the food was delivered cold and not up to standard. There were safety concerns as the driver's vehicle did not match what was indicated on the app, and she had a passenger handling my order. Despite speaking to an agent via live chat after the delivery and being told a refund would be processed within 3-10 business days, I am yet to receive it. Another agent then provided conflicting information. The cold and unpleasant quality of the food makes me hesitant to pay for the order. Moreover, during an Uber ride, the driver refused my service animal, stating dogs were not allowed, causing distress as my animal should never have been separated from me. This is both illegal and unacceptable. The lack of response and serious action from your company in handling these issues is disappointing. As a regular user of Uber and Uber Eats, I am dissatisfied with the service received.

I work as a Front Desk Associate at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Utica, NY. Tonight, around 8:10 pm, a delivery driver from Uber Eats came to the hotel to deliver a meal without providing complete information. The driver's daughter accompanied her and things escalated when asked for more details. The driver and her daughter became loud, used profanity, and caused a disturbance. The situation led to the involvement of the police. The driver was identified as Sabrina, and the car's license plate number is KJL [redacted]. I've reported this incident to my manager, Chris, and expressed that we don't want this driver delivering to our hotel in the future due to the unprofessional and disruptive behavior exhibited.

On December 30th, I placed an order with Uber Eats. I provided my location to the driver, but when the driver arrived, he insisted I come down to get my order. Despite giving him my room number, he was rude and did not bring the order to my door. The picture he sent me did not match my address and seemed to be on a different street. I filed a complaint with Uber Eats, but they were unable to assist me. I feel frustrated as it is the driver's responsibility to deliver the food to our doors as requested. I ordered food because I was hungry, and it's disappointing to have this experience. I do not recommend UberEATS due to their poor customer service and lack of concern. I sit next to a coworker who recently tested positive for COVID-19 after her household did 2 weeks ago. Despite being aware of her exposure, she continued coming to work. She was eventually asked to leave by our company on Monday, but she was upset as she lacked paid time off. I am now feeling unwell myself. On November 12, an order for $[redacted].60 was made at Outback Steakhouse in Minneapolis, which resulted in an unauthorized charge of $51.01. Another unauthorized charge of $29.44 was noticed on the same day. Following this, on November 14, an order amounting to $63.51 was placed at Buffalo Wild Wings in Minneapolis, leading to an additional unauthorized charge of $39.55.
These occurrences require prompt attention. If left unresolved, I will have to involve my credit card company to dispute the charges and share negative feedback online regarding this concerning issue. The absence of a phone support service to handle such matters is unacceptable.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Uber Eats and do not plan on using their services in the future.

Despite my efforts to ask them to lower their voices, they became increasingly confrontational. Following this incident, I had to involve the police, and a report was filed. I wish to inform your company that I will not tolerate such behavior in the future. I have informed my manager, Chris, about this matter. Please refrain from sending driver Sabrina to deliver any meals to our hotel. If this individual or her associates visit the premises again, I will not hesitate to involve the authorities.

I attempted to order a mixed doner with large chips from "Best Kebab Ye" in Welling, but the mixed doner was unavailable. I tried to substitute it with another item, but I encountered issues on the app. Ultimately, I only received the chips and was charged an additional small order fee, significantly increasing the cost for just the chips to £6.11.
