I am experiencing difficulties with my Uber Eats account. Each time I try to add a payment method on the app, it says the method is shared with too many Uber accounts. I placed an order at Aloha Kitchen on Christmas Eve, but today, on the 26th, I noticed that my card was charged by Uber Eats. Thankfully, I have my card set to not allow transactions, but I already paid for my food and tipped on 12/24/21. Please refrain from attempting to charge my card on 12/26/21. I value being a loyal customer and never encounter issues with my orders. Kindly avoid processing any refunds as I never have difficulties. This situation has left me hesitant to use Uber Eats in the future since my card was charged two days later despite already settling the payment.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but it is frustrating to only interact with bots. Yesterday, I ordered a meal that was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person claimed to have called five times, but I have no record of these calls on my phone. Additionally, my front house camera did not capture any attempts at delivery. There is another address very close to mine that shares the same house number but is just 3 minutes away. It seems like if the delivery person enters the incorrect postal code into their GPS, they end up delivering to the wrong house.

We did not receive our complete order from "Buffalo Wild Wings." Unfortunately, the "Beer Battered Onion Rings" we ordered for my 93-year-old grandmother were missing. On December 27th, around 8:50/8:55 pm, I placed an order with an estimated 25-minute delivery time, set for approximately 9:15 pm. Despite it being a bank holiday, I anticipated a slight delay. After waiting and unsuccessfully trying to contact the restaurant twice, I finally connected with them at 10:25 pm. They couldn't find my order in the system but assured me it would arrive in 30 minutes. The delivery eventually arrived at 11:10 pm, two hours later than expected.

I waited three hours for my food delivery. After two hours, I called the restaurant using a different number than the one Uber provided because there was no answer on the Uber-provided number. The restaurant informed me that they did not receive my order and promised to call me back. Ten minutes later, they called back to confirm my order details and said it would take an additional 20 minutes for delivery. I agreed, and eventually, 45 minutes later, the food finally arrived.

I ordered fried rice with mixed vegetables, but the dish I received did not contain any vegetables. I specifically selected this dish because of the mixed vegetables it was supposed to have.
The restaurant's description clearly mentions the vegetables, and the photo on the page shows a mix of different vegetables in the dish.
Instead, I was given plain fried rice without any vegetables.

On Christmas Day, we ordered food and paid for it through Uber Eats. Just before the delivery was scheduled to arrive, the driver called to inform us that the restaurant had closed unexpectedly. He advised us to contact the restaurant once they reopened. Despite the delivery being marked as completed on the app, we were left without our order. Upon contacting the restaurant two days later, we were directed to Uber for a resolution. When requesting a refund from Uber, they declined citing the 48-hour time limit had passed. Consequently, we were charged £27 for food that was never received.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order. I placed it at 3 pm, and it is now 4:31 pm with no real delivery update. I am unable to place any more orders and would like a refund of the monthly fee I have already paid. I hope for future drivers who handle orders carefully to avoid food being damaged, as I have experienced crushed items and meals that cannot be eaten. Having a large ice tea crush my pizza resulting in cheese on the box's top due to condensation is unacceptable. As a previous delivery person, I know the importance of respecting customers' orders. I placed an order with Burger Forge for chicken wings, but they offered chicken strips as a substitute since they were out of wings, to which I agreed. The tracking initially showed the food was on its way and then suddenly marked as delivered without any contact from the driver. I tried calling Burger Forge, and they were unhelpful, telling me to contact Uber instead. Both Burger Forge and Uber were not cooperative, with Uber stating I was not eligible for a refund. I suspect Burger Forge might have misrepresented the situation. I am frustrated and seeking a complete refund.
