My UberEats driver did not deliver to my door, and when I inquired, he became very aggressive. My boyfriend had to walk to the other side of the neighborhood to get our food. The driver even called me back after I hung up, saying, "What did you say to me? I don't have to deliver to your door. Goodbye." It was a very unpleasant experience that warrants compensation.

I placed an order through Uber Eats from a restaurant called Sharis. I missed a call from Uber by a minute, and when I tried calling back, the number provided gave me an error when I entered my cellphone number associated with the account. My order, totaling $39.24, was cancelled without a refund because the delivery person couldn't reach me within 5 minutes. I was in the kitchen and did not hear anyone attempt to deliver the order. I hope to receive my refund promptly. I contacted the restaurant, but they directed me back to Uber for the refund process. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Hello, my name is Yanet Abad. I placed an order with McDonald's today at 11:07 pm. My order number is E5717. I ordered a McChicken, McDouble, 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, and also 2-piece Buttermilk Crispy Tenders. Unfortunately, I did not receive my 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, although I did get the sauces for it. My girlfriend, who is pregnant, has strong cravings, especially late at night. We usually receive everything we order, but this time we were missing the passion fruit juice along with the chicken nugget meal. I have already requested a refund on the Uber Eats app. We are frequent Uber Eats customers, and I hope this issue can be resolved to avoid future occurrences. Hello, I am Marc Mendoza and I encountered some issues while using the app. I placed an order for a meal amounting to $40.78, but mistakenly selected Boston, Massachusetts, instead of Los Angeles, CA, my actual location. I canceled the order, but I was still charged and the meal was delivered. Despite this confusion, I attempted to reorder by adjusting the location on the app. Additionally, due to these location changes, I got locked out of my Wells Fargo account for security reasons. I kindly request Uber to assist me in resolving this matter by providing a refund for the initial order that I couldn't receive due to the location error. I recently ordered a French toast meal from Denny's in Renton, Washington through Uber Eats, but the driver mistakenly delivered wings and fries instead. I have been unable to contact the driver, and Denny's has not been able to assist me effectively. I am frustrated as I have yet to receive my correct order, which has delayed my meal significantly. I attempted my first UberEats delivery yesterday. After picking up the order, my car was hit by another vehicle, causing me to be hit while putting the items in my car. Although everything is fine, I was quite shaken. I confirmed the pickup and then tried to continue on the app, but I encountered difficulties. The app repeatedly showed me the restaurant address. It was only after watching a YouTube tutorial at home that I realized I had to swipe left. Trying to seek assistance was frustrating; I attempted to call but was placed on hold for an extended period. Feeling like a failure, I indicated that I couldn't locate the address due to app issues and ended up discarding the food. I feel awful about this situation. I might give it another try and hope to avoid such mishaps in the future.

I'm having an issue with multiple promotions for free delivery that I did not receive despite meeting the requirements. There were two consecutive promotions in July and a third one in August. I met the criteria for all three but never got an email with the promo code for the August promotion. I've reached out several times in the past 5 days without a resolution. One representative mentioned a refund if I was charged, but after ordering four times, no refund was provided. I fulfilled my part, and I believe Uber Eats should honor their promotions. I simply seek the remaining promo benefits and refunds for orders during the promo period. I followed the rules for all three promotions, therefore I expect to receive them. I was informed that I would receive a refund for an order I attempted to cancel, but was unable to do so due to ubereats not being able to reach the restaurant while the food was being prepared. Despite contacting the restaurant myself and encountering rude responses, I tried my best to cancel the order. However, the subsequent agent I spoke with stated they could not issue a refund. Mentioning that I was assured a refund previously, the agent mentioned they would need to review the recorded conversation to verify this and follow up with me. It has been over 24 hours and I have not heard back. I simply seek a refund for the order in question. Knowing I would not receive a refund, I would not have placed another order through the app.

While the Uber driver who delivered the food was fantastic, unfortunately, the sandwich was extremely hard, and the beverage was not the one I had requested. I reached out to McDonald’s regarding this issue, and they advised me to contact you directly for resolution since the order was placed through your platform. The driver mistakenly took the order for today instead of tomorrow, as per the customer's request. Consequently, the driver canceled the order, leading us to waste $41.01 of prepared food. Hello, I work as an UberEATS driver in the Montreal, Quebec, Canada area. Recently, I came across a promotion from Uber guaranteeing me $19 per hour to deliver in a new area in Quebec from August 1st to August 6th between 5-9 pm, with a requirement to accept 75% of the orders each hour. Despite following these terms on Saturday, August 4th from 6:30-9:00 pm in the specified area, I only received one order. I accepted it promptly, but Uber has not paid me the guaranteed $19/hour as promised. Their response that I did not meet the qualifications is baffling, as I complied with their conditions. This situation is unfair and lacks proper incentive. I request UberEATS to uphold their commitment to pay me the guaranteed amount and ensure clarity in future promotions. IQueryable

I placed an order last Saturday with the guys, but accidentally entered the wrong address. I canceled the order before the restaurant could confirm it. I then placed a second order with the correct address, which the restaurant accepted. However, I was still charged for the first order that I canceled before they even accepted it. While I was assisting a client in the call center, the courier tried to contact me at 12:25. After wrapping up the call at 12:30, I returned the courier's call but went to voicemail. I was shocked to discover my order was canceled without a refund. It seems unjust to cancel an order without considering the circumstances. The delivery address, including the suite and floor numbers, was available for easy access. It's frustrating that missing a call led to this outcome, and it feels like a scam. I provided all the necessary delivery information, and it's unreasonable that the delivery couldn't be completed. On top of it all, keeping the funds adds insult to injury. I hope for a resolution to this issue soon, as my office heavily relies on your services.

I was in the process of selecting items for my order when I decided to make changes. I attempted to navigate back to the menu to adjust the items or select a different restaurant. Accidentally, I must have confirmed the order before making any changes. Immediately, I contacted UberEats customer support to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I was informed by the representative that the restaurant (San Marcos Wings Grill and Pizza) had already begun preparing my order. I found this incredibly frustrating as I had just tried to cancel the order right after placing it. It makes no sense to me that I am required to pay for an order that I did not intend to make in the first place.

I placed an order with Davidson Pizza Company for a pizza delivery. The delivery person parked a short distance from my location. Despite trying to contact him to assist with directions, he assured me he had the correct address and would arrive shortly. I was able to observe him from where I was standing, and he remained in his vehicle for approximately five minutes before exiting. This made me uncomfortable, especially since I could clearly see him parked nearby. He disconnected the call before I could inform him that I could see his location. Additionally, he appeared to start following me in a direction opposite to his parked car, which further heightened my unease. I hastened my pace until I reached safety indoors. Consequently, I no longer feel comfortable consuming the pizza and have decided to discard it.

Hello, I am Laura Scott, and I have been facing issues with adding my [redacted] Kia Rio 5 to the Uber Eats system. Despite submitting the insurance documents over 30 times, there seems to be confusion as the system recognizes a Kia Rio 4 instead of the accurate Kia Rio 5. Hello, Yesterday, I placed an advance order with UberEats for delivery between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. However, at 7:45 p.m., there was still no tracking information for my order. Concerned, I contacted the restaurant, only to find out they had no record of my order. Thankfully, the restaurant offered to deliver the order at no charge. After canceling my UberEats order around 8:00 p.m., which still showed as scheduled, I realized that without my intervention, the order may not have arrived or been updated. This was a significant order for a group of 9 people I was hosting, causing inconvenience due to the missing food. I need to report an unsettling experience with an Uber Eats driver who recently delivered to my home in Grayson, GA [redacted]. The driver's name was Ray, and he drove a Chevrolet Silverado. He appeared to be an older Caucasian male with a white beard. Upon his arrival, he was honking loudly and made us uncomfortable by staring. Our dog, although she barks, is trained not to bite. When we informed him of this, he rudely mentioned a false law about dogs needing collars. We looked it up and confirmed our dog was not violating any laws. As he left, he continued to stare, leaving us feeling uneasy. I would appreciate it if this driver could be prevented from delivering to our address in the future. Thank you. - M.M.

I had a really bad experience with a delivery driver from UberEats after ordering a pizza. The driver couldn't understand my instructions, drove away each time I tried to meet him, and was rude and blamed me for not being able to find the address despite me providing it through the app, phone call, and texts. I even went to the street to make it easier for him to spot me. Ultimately, my boyfriend had to chase him down 2 blocks, and the driver insulted me, intentionally slammed his car door into my boyfriend, and then sped off recklessly, almost causing an accident. He falsely accused me of changing the address repeatedly, which wasn't true.
